Hotel is clean, receptionists are nice and helpful, food and service in restaurant are all good. Recommend to accommodate.

I lived on the first floor so it was kind of loud. On my first night, there was some motor thing outside the room so I could hear a noise and it was hard to sleep. Thankfully, the front desk was able to switch me to a different room the next day.

Not very friendly front desk staff and overcharge by mistake! But do get refund after claiming!

Nice place to stay, very comfortable. Staff here are nice and very convenient even for late check ins.

The hotel has changed the pet policy and if traveling with pet, they will only let you stay on ground floor. So, probably won’t be my top choice with traveling with me.

Booked this for my work trip and I have to say this is one of my favorite hotels from now on because of the quality of the hotel amenities and the room. Excellent value for the price paid. Highly recommended.

再次入庫，服務依舊靠近硅谷，停車方便，出門吃飯很近，有個華人飯店和超市集中的地方，開車幾分鐘，每次都可以吃到正宗的中餐

真的非常好！性價比非常高，酒店設施不錯，也比較安靜，最關鍵的是免費早餐，免費停車，這一點都是之前住的聖何塞喜來登所不能比的，而且聖何塞喜來登服務巨差，所以我會強烈推薦這家酒店，我前後住了十多天，以後徹底告別聖何塞喜來登酒店了！

房間大，性價比高，服務好！推薦！

相比希爾頓歡朋還是差了點，前台按金要75刀，不知道怎麼那麼不信任住客，還不是離店就退還，不像歡朋，20刀按金一走立馬退。訂單包含的早餐還要簽單，內部管理流程讓客户環節需要客户參與才能理順。裝修較新，這點還行。
