Hotel Somerset a Shenzhen

Questa è la seconda volta che soggiorno qui. La stanza è la stessa dell'ultima volta, molto grande, molto pulita e ordinata. Anche il personale è molto gentile. Se ho domande sul mio itinerario, saranno felici di rispondere alle mie domande in dettaglio. La posizione è molto buona. C'è un grande centro commerciale nelle vicinanze. Dopo cena, potrete tornare in albergo a piedi.

I was happy to stay at the Somerset Qplex SZ.  My stay was long (about 2wks) so I experience different rooms on different floors.  All the rooms were new, clean and well decorated.  The guest lounge and the gym were large (never crowded) and well furnished.  The gym and yoga were well equipped including towel (which was a nice touch).  However, I wish there was a pool.  Also, I found the mattress super hard so I asked for an extra duvet to be place on top, hence the 4 star.  The breakfast was good with buffet style selection and cooking corner to order fresh items.  The coffee was strong (for china) which was good surprise.   The location, while there isn't train station nearby but everything is a short didi ride away.  I can walk to OCT within 20-30min which is nice.   The hotel is next to Qplex shopping center which has a good variety, from cheap (local bun shop, Subways, Macdonald) to middle to luxury restaurants and coffee shops.    I can easily satisfy most of my meals within the mall which is very convenient.   There are couple of massage place nearby too.  Best of all was the staff.  Everyone I met (from front desk, to cleaning crew to security) was so kind and helpful.  I needed a very specific regulatory documentation  and they went above and beyond to help me.  I like to shout out to Jason, Feya and Jaycee for making my stay such a pleasant experience. Would I stay here again: yes 100%. Would I recommend to a friend: yes 100%.
