MMr CKSWe stayed nights at Noa, I love it. Value for money and implacably clean. The creative and industrial design is fantastic. We stayed in the joyful gathering room, every detail is thoughtful and creative resulting in a experimental and comfortable stay. Mary from front desk was amazing and took great care of us. I would certainly stay here again in Shenzhen. Well done 👍

Review of Mandarin Oriental, Shenzhen Reviewed yesterday There are hotels you visit, and then there are hotels that leave an imprint on your soul. The Mandarin Oriental, Shenzhen, belongs firmly and unequivocally in the latter category. From the moment I stepped into its soaring lobby, I knew this would be one of those stays that redefines what luxury hospitality means. Arrival and Reception First impressions matter, and the reception team at the Mandarin Oriental understands this with an almost intuitive grace. Jason Zhu greeted me with the kind of warmth that felt less like a rehearsed welcome and more like being received by an old friend who just happens to have impeccable professional instincts. His attention to detail was extraordinary — he had noted my preferences before I could voice them, and the check-in process was so seamless it barely registered as a process at all. Sicily and Marsh were equally outstanding, always present at just the right moments with a smile, a helpful suggestion, or a thoughtful gesture. Together, the three of them set a tone of effortless elegance that carried through every hour of my stay. In a city as fast-paced and forward-looking as Shenzhen, there is something deeply reassuring about a reception team that makes you feel as though time has slowed down just for you. The Club Skyline View Room If the lobby whispered luxury, the Club Skyline View Room declared it in full voice. Perched high above the glittering sprawl of Shenzhen, the room offered a panorama that genuinely stopped me in my tracks. Floor-to-ceiling windows framed the city's dazzling skyline — a forest of illuminated towers stretching toward the horizon, the lights of Futian and beyond shimmering like an earthbound constellation. I found myself drawn to the window repeatedly, at golden hour, at twilight, and again in the deep hours of the night, each time discovering a different mood and a different kind of beauty. The room itself was a masterclass in refined design. The palette was calm and sophisticated, with rich textures and thoughtful layering that felt contemporary yet timeless in the way the Mandarin Oriental has always done best. The bed was, simply put, superb — the kind of bed that makes you reconsider every mattress you have ever slept on and find them all wanting. Linens were crisp and impossibly soft. The bathroom was a sanctuary of marble and glass, generously appointed with the brand's signature amenities, and the soaking tub positioned near the window offered what might be one of the finest bathing experiences in southern China. Every detail, from the lighting controls to the turndown service to the quiet hum of climate perfection, spoke of a property that understands the difference between filling a room with expensive things and creating a genuine sense of place and comfort. The Mandarin Club Accessing the Mandarin Club elevated an already exceptional stay into something truly rarefied. The lounge itself is a beautifully curated space — serene, sophisticated, and blessed with those same sweeping skyline views that make this property so special. But what transforms the Club from a lovely room with good canapés into a genuinely memorable experience is its people. Chelsea Zhou is a revelation and deserves a special mention. Her hospitality instincts are pitch-perfect; she anticipated needs I hadn't yet articulated, and managed to be attentive without ever being intrusive — a balance that even the finest hotels in the world struggle to achieve. Priscilla Pang was equally impressive, radiating a genuine kindness and professionalism that made every interaction a pleasure. Whether it was the afternoon tea service, or the evening menu and cocktails, Chelsea and Priscilla ensured that every moment in the Club felt personal, polished, and quietly luxurious. I returned to the lounge far more often than I had planned, not just for the excellent food and drink,

JJerman VIl mio soggiorno al Ritz-Carlton è stato pulito e confortevole, con il livello di qualità e coerenza che si aspetta dal marchio. La proprietà è bella, le camere sono ben progettate e il servizio è professionale ed efficiente in tutto. Mentre tutto è stato ben eseguito, l'esperienza si è sentita più formale e meno personale di quanto possa essere l'ospitalità veramente eccezionale. Ho preso un appuntamento con alcuni amici per viaggiare insieme e ho prenotato una villa due balconi con un'ampia vista Il panorama è molto buono La biancheria da letto Le strutture sono complete e pulite La colazione gratuita è abbastanza buona C'è una spiaggia proprio al piano di sotto C'è poca gente ed è fantastica per scattare foto. Il parcheggio non è costoso, il limite è di 10 yuan al giorno. Sembra che il parcheggio sia gratuito anche se la spiaggia non è grande, l'acqua è limpida, l'ambiente è bellissimo e ci sono molti posti dove scattare foto e fai il check-in. Lo consiglierò agli amici.

MMeizhu_EnjoyI had a wonderful family stay at this hotel. The service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and helpful that’s really impressive. Since I stepped into the lobby. It was clean and simple and the staff name 菲菲 (Alice) she is so nice and very welcoming us. She still remembered us even next day and gave some advice to travel GZ. Not only her but the night shift staff also, so helpful to order food, because I don’t have the phone number here. For our room was spacious, and comfortable for our family, we love it so much. Laundry room is open 24/7 and there are staff standby for helping. Breakfast don’t skipped it, there are an international breakfast and Chef always takes care all guests, Moreover hotel is very nice location nearly metro easy to walk or you want to take the taxi also. Honestly Highly recommended for family trips!

UUtente ospiteMi sono innamorato del Langham sin dal mio primo soggiorno a Los Angeles, poi sono stato al Langham di Guangzhou la seconda volta, e Shenzhen è stata la terza. La cosa che mi ha colpito di più questa volta è stata l'incredibile insonorizzazione dell'hotel! La camera era spaziosa e ben attrezzata, con un design intelligente. Anche se ho scattato solo due foto, non riesco a descrivere quanto mi sia piaciuto! Mi hanno dato una stanza vicino agli ascensori, e temevo il rumore, avrei voluto chiedere di cambiarla alla reception ma erano al completo, quindi ho dovuto restare lì. Ma ho dormito davvero benissimo! Solo quando arrivavo alla porta della mia stanza sentivo occasionalmente un leggero 'ding' dell'ascensore, e non si sentivano le voci delle persone nel corridoio, così silenzioso! Troppo confortevole! Ho fatto un breve giro nella lounge, non era buona come quella di Guangzhou, ma comunque sufficiente~ C'erano tantissimi stranieri, hahaha, ci tornerò di sicuro!

The hotel is extremely clean and very well maintained. Rooms and common areas were consistently in great condition, and everything felt well managed and organized. The location is one of the biggest advantages of this hotel. It sits right next to Windows of the World, which makes it an ideal choice for anyone planning to visit the theme park. If that attraction is on your itinerary, it is difficult to find a more convenient place to stay. The hotel is also connected to a shopping mall, which makes dining and shopping very easy without needing to travel far. On top of that, the property is located right at the exit of a metro station, so getting around Shenzhen is extremely convenient. Service throughout the stay was professional and efficient, and the amenities were exactly what you would expect from a well-run Westin property. Overall, this is a highly convenient and comfortable hotel, particularly for travelers who want easy access to Windows of the World and the surrounding Nanshan area.

DDanielaTimesThe views were very nice and the hotel room was clean and modern. They provided snacks and soft drinks free in the minibar that were refilled everyday, plus water bottles and coffee/tea. The service was really great, they helped us with everything and they were very kind and polite. The breakfast was quite good, but there was lack of space on busy hours and some things like orange juice took too long to get refilled. See attached the night views from the room
