Bella hotel e vicino a tutto! Il personale è molto attento e prende cura di noi. La signorina Air ci ha aiutato molto bene durante il colazione. Il signor Max e il signor Neil alla ricezione ci hanno aiutato molto con le direzioni e le comunicazioni con i conducenti di taxi. Il personale qui non parla bene inglese, ma hanno il modo di comunicare bene con noi, dove vediamo molto utile e apprezzato. Se visitamo Harbin di nuovo, rimarremo certamente qui di nuovo! Hotel carino, personale carino, buona posizione, fantastico colazione e prezzo ragionevole.

The location is good near Zhong Yang walking street in Harbin . You can walk around for enjoy the atmosphere at night . The hotel is in Russian style and well decorated . The room has good facilities and good technology. The breakfast room is very beautiful and variety lines of food. We stay with the promotion of free tea set and gift . It’s very impressive!

Questa volta ho soggiornato in due hotel a Harbin. Questo è il secondo hotel in cui abbia mai soggiornato. Non ci sono altri hotel. Posizione dell'hotel: uscire e girare a destra per 200 metri fino al centro di Central Street. Girare a sinistra per 100 metri verso il mercato mattutino di Hongzhuan. È anche molto comodo prendere un taxi per altre attrazioni. Servizio: ho soggiornato in tanti hotel a cinque stelle e Junyi ha il servizio più attento. Tutto il personale di servizio è cordiale e cortese. Quando aspetta il check-in, il cameriere porta prima asciugamani caldi e tè caldo per alleviare la fatica viaggio. Il bel ragazzo ha mandato i bagagli direttamente in camera e ha presentato in dettaglio i vari servizi. Mio figlio ha detto: Non ho nient'altro da chiedere. Mangiare: Le due strade davanti e dietro l'hotel sono ristoranti frequentati dai residenti nelle vicinanze. Sono deliziosi e non costosi e sono molto migliori dei ristoranti di Central Street.

Il ristorante dell'hotel ha offerto solo colazione, ma era ok per ordinare consegna. L’hotel è leggermente strano nel fatto che sembra anche essere un hotel di soggiorno neo natale con molte infermiere e familiari che si appesantino nei corridoi a tutte le ore della notte. La questione principale con le camere era che erano 28 gradi C e non c'era modo di raffreddare leggermente per poter dormire bene. L'apertura delle finestre non ha aiutato e l'aria condizionata dell'hotel è stata comprensibilemente progettata per riscaldare la stanza - forse qualcosa che possono pensare. Bello hotel e un buon soggiorno - non dormivano bene.

We were delighted to find that our room was spacious and provided ample space for us to relax and unwind. The reading lounge in the room was a lovely addition, allowing us to enjoy some quiet reading time. The bathroom is spacious and clean. The check-in staff were friendly and willing to assist us with any inquiries or requests we had. The helpfulness and courteousness made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. Convenient Location: The hotel's location was truly advantageous, as it was within walking distance of Zhongyang Street, which is known as Asia's longest pedestrian street. This central location allowed us to easily explore and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of Harbin. The inclusion of breakfast buffet and afternoon tea was a delightful addition to our stay. The hotel offered a decent selection of food during both meals, ensuring that we had a satisfying start to our day and a pleasant afternoon treat. Staff at the restaurant were always attentive and ready to assist us. They provided excellent service and ensured that our dining experience was enjoyable. Their attentiveness added an extra touch of warmth and hospitality to our meals. City Tour Arrangements: We were pleased to discover that the hotel had a local tour arranger at the lobby near the reception area. Ms. Tong Tong, the tour arranger, proved to be extremely helpful in organizing a private car for our city tour. She ensured that our preferences were taken into account and made valuable suggestions for places to explore. Professional and Polite Driver: Our driver for the city tour, Mr. Gwu MiAn, was exceptional in his professionalism and attentiveness. He took us to the places we wanted to visit and made sure we were comfortable throughout the journey. His kind and polite demeanor, coupled with his provision of water to keep us hydrated, added an extra level of comfort to our city tour. Overall, our stay at was memorable and enjoyable. The spacious rooms, clean bathroom, helpful check-in staff, convenient location, inclusion of breakfast buffet and afternoon tea with decent selections, and the attentive restaurant staff all contributed to a positive experience. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Harbin and seeking a comfortable and convenient stay.

In generale, una grande scelta per un soggiorno, specialmente per coloro che visitano in inverno!

La stanza dell'hotel è piena di giacche. Abbiamo bisogno di aggiungere giacche. Abbiamo molti ospiti che hanno aggiunto giacche. Nessun giacche. Ma grazie soprattutto per la zia Ten Tang che ha lavorato per la notte. Ci aiutiamo non solo a trovare giacche, ma anche a fare un'ampia giacchetta. Sono molto mossa. È la ragione principale per cui abbiamo scelto di restare di nuovo.La posizione geografica dell'hotel è molto buona, molto vicino alla strada centrale. L'hotel è anche sul bordo della piazza di Pink Flower e è molto conveniente viaggiare.

The staff who helped me with the check in process after midnight was very kind and friendly. I was happy with the attentiveness from the staff even though it was a late night check in. The room was surprisingly nice and the view of the lobby was amazing. Upon checking out, the staff was very helpful, especially Miss Leona, who assisted me with the luggage. Overall, I had such a pleasant at this place and would come back to stay at this place again.

Overall this is one of the best hotels i have stayed in. Rich cultural history and uniqueness. I shall put the negative part first before I put the positives at the end. Cleanliness I marked down because someone before me put flowers into the bathtub and there were random roses petals coming out of the knob that controlled the drainage of the bath tub. There were stains on the bathtub too. Location I put 5 but actually I would rate it 4.5. The street that the hotel is on is extremely crowded and jam in the late mornings to night. It is highly likely that you will be dropped off near the entrance of the street and need to walk in if you cab. We decided to use public transport and walk in instead on the second time we came to the hotel. But early in the morning it was relatively empty and the cab could come in to pick us up. It is very near the walking streets / zhong yang jie. There was an event literally outside our hotel area. Got a chimney bread plus ice cream on the same street as the hotel but is diagonally on the opposite right. This booking is for a lower tired room. But when we went there we were offered discounted upgrades. Not free but at least it wasn't the price stated. We upgraded to the highest tier, a suite with dedicated sitting area and bathtub. Celebrated my birthday here. They prepared a cake. It was delicious 😋 Many costumes to try but most were too big. For reference i am 152cm 48kg. I managed to find a blue and white costume with a matching hat that was more fitting so I could wear it out of the hotel room to take photos in the reception area. The toilet staircase, the chairs in the reception, outside the elevator, a backyard and the restaurant are nice places for photo taking. The ancient elevator closes at 5pm. I am not sure when it opens. The restaurant had a promotion on dianping or douyin. Recommended for 4 people. But portions are typically huge and if only 2 people come likely to waste. We met another couple on our trip and we decided to share. Non hotel guests can eat in the restaurant too. Just before we left, we had a door gift too^^

一進酒店大門，我就被那寬敞明亮又時尚的大堂吸引住了，房間也超棒，乾淨整潔得沒話説，各種設施一應俱全，就像一個温馨的小窩。最讓我驚喜的是酒店的位置，去哪都很方便，白天去中央大街逛吃逛吃，晚上還能回來舒舒服服地泡個澡，這小日子別提多愜意了。離哈爾濱火車站也很近，對外地來的朋友相當友好。 還有酒店的工作人員，一個個都像小天使一樣，服務熱情得沒話説。每次看到他們，都感覺心裏暖暖的。期待下次來哈爾濱還會來入住的
