Il mio soggiorno presso lo Shenzhen Zhouman Hotel (Dongmen Laojie) è stata una vera e propria sorpresa, in senso positivo!
L'hotel nel complesso è molto nuovo. Dalla camera al bagno, si percepisce che lo stile è stato ristrutturato negli ultimi anni. Il design della camera è semplice ma elegante, e la luminosità è ottima; la luce del sole che filtra di giorno è particolarmente piacevole. Il bagno è pulito e ordinato, le strutture sono ben mantenute e non c'è alcun senso di vetustà. Anche le dotazioni della camera, come il set da tè, il bollitore elettrico e l'acqua minerale, sono complete, a dimostrazione di una buona attenzione ai dettagli.
Ciò che mi ha soddisfatto di più è stata l'efficienza del servizio. Durante il soggiorno ho avuto alcune piccole richieste e, dopo aver chiamato la reception, qualcuno le ha gestite e risolte in pochi minuti. La velocità di risposta è stata impressionante e il personale è stato molto cordiale, il che ha reso l'esperienza molto confortevole.
Anche la posizione è estremamente comoda. Sebbene non si trovi nella zona più rumorosa e centrale, è a circa 20 minuti a piedi da Dongmen Laojie, il che è perfetto per una passeggiata serale di ritorno in hotel dopo cena. Così si può assaporare l'atmosfera notturna di Shenzhen senza essere disturbati dal rumore del centro città durante il riposo.
Per chi viaggia spesso tra Hong Kong e Shenzhen, questa è un'ottima scelta. Ci sono diversi valichi di frontiera disponibili per andare a Hong Kong:
* Luohu Port, il più classico e con i trasporti più sviluppati;
* Liantang Port, con strutture moderne e un'ottima esperienza di sdoganamento;
* Wenjindu Port, con un flusso di persone relativamente basso e tempi di sdoganamento spesso rapidi.

Expect a simple and basic hotel located in the bustling streets of shenzhen. The basic room rate includes one breakfast when the room is for 2 guests and the staff at concierge was nice enough to offer one more breakfast and free room upgrade. Would revisit and recommend.

We enjoyed our 6 nights stay in this hotel very much. The room was big and spacious, with many shelvings for storage. There’s also a washing machine for us to do our laundry. As there were 3 of us and not enough hangers in the room, we requested for more and the front desk arranged for them to delivered to our room. Ideal location, as it is just a minute away from 东门老街. Easy accessible to 福田 and 南头by train too. Would like to give a great shout out to the front desk staffs - especially 刘天南(Mr Nan Liu) and 谢流望who have been so helpful in helping us to sort out our parcels that we ordered online and arranged to be shipped to the hotel and also assisted us to order for food delivery through **. They have made our stay even enjoyable!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, and I'm so impressed with the service! As a solo traveler, I appreciated the warm welcome and attention to detail. The aircon in my room was a game-changer - it kept me cool and comfortable throughout the night. And the shower was amazing! The water pressure was perfect, and the water was hot just the way I like it 😊.
The staff were incredibly friendly and recognized me every time I came and went, which made me feel like a VIP! They were always happy to help with any requests, and the room was always spotless.
If you're looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay, I highly recommend this hotel. The location is also great, with easy access to the metro. Five stars from me! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The hotel's location is right in the middle of Shuibei area, next to the Shuibei Metro Station exit. So it is easy to travel to other parts of Shenzhen via metro. Alternatively, you can always get a cab or hired car to pick you up near the metro exit.
The room was spacious and clean, and the housekeeping staff did an excellent work to maintain it and make the room daily. The housekeeping staff was also friendly and responsive. When we asked for a couple of additional towels, they were delivered within 5 minutes.
In terms of amenities, the laundry room is definitely a plus if you are staying for a long duration. The washers and dryers are free to use, including detergent. And they provide laundry bags for you to pack your clothes after. Another good thing is that you can leave a note on the machine stating your room number, and the housekeeping staff will pack and deliver the clothes to your room door after they have finished drying. Perfect if you do laundry late at night and don't want to wake up in the middle of the night to collect them. The gym is adequate, with a couple of treadmills and a rack of free weights with a bench, some yoga mats and rollers. Simple enough for basic workouts.
While you need to pay for breakfast, there is a free porridge buffet from 2130hrs to 2300hrs. Basic stuff: Rice porridge, some condiments and some steamed food. Consider it something to fill your tummy if you had an early dinner, or missed your dinner.
Overall, I enjoyed the stay. The only criticism I have is the lack of a sports bar nearby to watch Premier League live telecasts, but that's just a personal thing.

Un gioiello nascosto inaspettato nel distretto di Luohu. Eccellente ospitalità da parte del personale del check-in, del personale del ristorante e delle pulizie. È la seconda volta che soggiorniamo in questo hotel, dopo l'ottima esperienza della prima volta. Questa volta siamo rimasti un po' scioccati dalla mancanza di dettagli nella pulizia della camera. La prima camera che ci è stata assegnata non è stata pulita a fondo, con macchie marroni sul fondo del letto e sul pavimento, ma il personale alla reception è stato molto reattivo e ci ha cambiato la camera immediatamente. La seconda camera aveva delle macchie di scarpe sul davanzale della finestra, ma la donna delle pulizie se ne è occupata il giorno dopo. Tutto il personale che lavora alla colazione dell'hotel è stato molto cordiale, accogliente e disponibile, soprattutto con i nostri bambini con allergie alimentari. Alcuni ospiti possono essere molto rumorosi e fare feste in camera durante le serate di venerdì/sabato, ma nei giorni feriali è tranquillo. Nel complesso, ci siamo goduti il nostro soggiorno in questo hotel e torneremo sicuramente. Speriamo che le pulizie siano più attente ai dettagli durante la pulizia.

Soggiornare al Leica Hotel con mio figlio è stata una meravigliosa sorpresa! La posizione dell'hotel è superba, vicinissimo alle attrazioni e alla stazione della metropolitana, e al piano inferiore si trovano un supermercato e un negozio di alimentari, il che lo rende incredibilmente comodo per le famiglie con bambini. La camera era ancora più spaziosa delle foto, arredata con eleganza e calore. La casa era pulita a fondo; si poteva camminare a piedi nudi sul pavimento. Gli articoli da toeletta erano completi e forniti con cura. Lo schermo del proiettore da 100 pollici è stato un enorme vantaggio, perfetto per guardare i cartoni animati con i bambini la sera. Le tende oscuranti offrivano un'eccellente protezione, permettendo ai bambini di dormire fino a tardi. La receptionist è stata gentile e paziente e ha persino offerto il deposito bagagli gratuito. Nel complesso, l'esperienza ha superato di gran lunga le mie aspettative e l'ho già consigliato ad amici che viaggiano con bambini!

Ottimo, come una camera in stile giapponese. C'è un ascensore. I ristoranti nei dintorni sono tanti ed economici, ed è vicino alla stazione della metro, a due fermate dalla dogana di Hong Kong. Spero che mettano a disposizione pantofole della taglia 42.

Questo letto confortevole è anche pulito, dormire un buon letto, e i compagni di stanza sono molto tranquilli. Il bagno è anche pulito, fornisce ventilatore, dentifricio, lavaggio di capelli, polvere di lavaggio, anche lavaggio di vestiti, e c'è un microonde frigorifero.È l'11:00 della sera e c'è un discorso forte nella sala. Spero che possa essere migliorato e consigliato al servizio clienti. È un buon atteggiamento. The location is around 10 minutes away from Dongmen Pedestrian Street and the grocery store but there is a 24/7 convenience store located downstairs. Upon check in I asked the lady boss why there was no sofa compared to the pictures on the website as she told me different rooms have different layouts. There was a problem with the AC on the living area that is why the guy boss had to adjust the room temperature for us to sleep comfortably. It can sleep 4 people as we were billeted on the 31st floor. The guy boss was so kind as to help me order items from taobao as I needed to order items from the app and my alipay wont connect to the taibao app that is why I asked him to use his app and he ordered for me. He also helped me to look for a key duplicating store on the last day as I stayed there for 5 days. But I can't say much about the lady boss(his wife) as we asked her for help on the last day to book a didi taxi since I don't know how to use the app. She didn't help me and told me to ask someone downstairs to book it yet the guard didn't know how to either. We can speak mandarin but I find the attitude of the lady boss not so good compared to his husband who was so kind to help me out. Good thing a taxi stopped by and we were able to catch a ride to the port going back to HK. It was raining then so we had to take a taxi back to the port. Location wise it is okay if youre not with seniors as my parents had a hard time going to the Pedestrian street(30 mins walk from them). There was typhoon for 2 days so we didn't go out. My parents were sick but the good thing is there was a hospital in front and a pharmacy besides it, wherein I bought medicines and food for them. Subway is around 200 meters but you need to carry your stuff going down as there was no escalator going down only up. 4 Restaurants were across the apartment. There were several small roaches that they really need to disinfect the room as I saw them crawling on the wall. Most units then were not occupied as it was lean season but saw some units have a balcony wherein ours didn't have any. If not for the kindness of the guy boss I would say I still had a pleasant experience staying there. The apartment is more of an Airbnb type that you have to provide everything. No water or tea was provided during our stay. There was a washing machine besides the bathroom which helped us to wash our clothes when we were there.
