Very convenient and near the subway station, easy to reach the airport as well ~ recommend

Wifi was poor . Staff are friendly.

Convenient location, next to metro station, many eateries around, a great park & mall ten minutes walk away. Excellent staff, especially the young man at front desk, very polite & helpful, and the woman at breakfast room, always hard working & cheerful, single-handedly took care of entire breakfast. Room however is quite rundown, not renovated at all. Stains & holes on chair and wall, noisy & stale smelling air conditioner. Threadbare towels & uneven floor. Hotel was understaffed

It's a great hotel to stay in. One big plus is that it's very close to the metro, making it accessible to other parts of ShenZhen. The room is comfortable, everything works as expected, and they have a robot that sends food from food delivery services right to the doorstep.

It was a nice hotel. It also has washing machine and dryer which is very convenient.

Overall it was a satisfying stay. This hotel provide self service laundry which is good. But the food choices for breakfast cater more to local; not so suitable to foreigners.

Location is superb! It's located just right next to the subway station. Reception is extremely helpful and friendly which definitely make your stay less hassle. Only downside is you can hear people when they passby the corridor, but with the price you are paying i think this is still acceptable.

Great location which is closed by subway and train station! Many places for eating out inearby. Room is also clean and quiet.

Rooms are small but have the essentials. Not the kind of hotel you’d like to stay the whole day in maybe but perfect if you’re just using it for a good shower and sleep.

It was a good room. Nothing special had everything you needed. Maybe the bed could be a little bit softer but overall a good hotel
