Check in was smooth and front desk staff helpful. Nice to have nespresso machine in room.

I think the room is very good , bed is comfortable but the breakfast is just normal, nothing special can choose to eat . Also , the air conditioner isn’t work enough good , sometimes cold and sometimes hot .

This hotel was booked under the impression that was opened for business about 4 years ago with modern design. When I got on my floor after checking in, I found the carpet leading to my room was dirty with lots of stains and when I got to my room I found the wall in lot of areas with water stains and peeling off , the washroom area showing lots of black spots especially the inside the shower and the wash basin !

The room was big and clean, the staff was excellent. The location is away from the main attraction so you will need to ride in and out. For the price, I have no complaints.

Reasonable business hotel in terms of cost vs quality. A few restaurants and cafes accessible within 10 minutes walk around the area but not a commercial district. Breakfast had reasonable choices but probably would be boring if more than a couple of nights stay. Hotel informed me I left my phone charger in the room. Although I did not make efforts to get this back I appreciated their efforts to inform me via Trip.com.

Decent location, 20 mins drive from Sea World. Good service, convenient check-in / check-out. Facilities were good and cleanliness was also decent. 

Spacious room and nice open view from high guest floors.

I stayed 4 nights at this hotel and I didn't recommend you guys to stay here if you don't smoke. I can feel it's smell in the air when I open room door or exit door to go to Landry room at 29th floor. I can't imagine if this hotel can be considered as 4-star hotel because its wall is too dirty and needs to be fixed ASAP. You will have breakfast at 3rd floor, this room is quite small, and staffs only speak Chinese.

Cheaper of all Urcove hotels in Shenzhen , offers a comfortable stay with modern amenities, friendly staff, and a still a relatively convenient location near shopping areas.
