Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno fantastico! Persone super gentili che lavorano lì e ti aiutano con tutto per rendere il tuo soggiorno ancora più divertente! Sono state prenotate diverse escursioni e tutto è stato organizzato per voi nei minimi dettagli. Mi è davvero piaciuto immensamente! Volevamo prenotare un'altra notte, perché i bambini avevano tanta voglia di fare, ma purtroppo erano al completo. Motivi sufficienti per tornare di nuovo!

Fun stay in the jungle! Lovely bungalows that were cosy. Friendly and helpful reception staff, cute cats chilling there too! The restaurant was convenient, however a little overpriced. Luckily it’s not too far to walk into the village so there are plenty of options. Mainly couples/ families. Open air bungalow, so had many critters/ frogs/lizards visiting during the night.

It was a fabulous hotel nestled in the middle of the jungle along side the rive. Will definitely go back !

La struttura è molto caratteristica, immersa nel verde di surat tani. Il personale è molto cordiale e disposto a darti una mano per qualsiasi esigenza. Le attività sono svariate e tutte in linea con l’ambiente che circonda la struttura. Noi la consigliamo come esperienza da fare almeno una volta nella vita!! Unico neo: Rispetto allo Stato (Thailandia) in cui ci troviamo il costo della struttura, delle attività, del servizio ristorante/bar e del taxi è molto elevato.

La location devo dire molto carina ed il personale gentile e super disponibile. Inoltre abbiamo visto le alternative di khao sok e our jungle house credo sia tra i migliori, esperienza comunque un po’ spartana ma è questo a renderla interessante. Le attività ed i transfer costano un po’ più della media ma tutta l’organizzazione è gestita dalla reception togliendo ogni pensiero. Noi abbiamo trascorso una notte a cheow lan lake e qui la nota dolente. Sebbene non ci aspettassimo un 5 stelle l’organizzazione è molto scarsa: alloggi sporchi e trasandati, le attività in loco sembravano improvvisate. Cibo offerto meglio lasciare stare. Consiglio: il lago è da vedere assolutamente ma optate per l’escursione in giornata. Se non fosse per l’esperienza al lago avremmo dato ad our jungle house 5 pallini.

We had an amazing stay at Our Jungle House. We were with 5 (me, my parents and two younger brothers) and did a combined stay of the tree- and lakehouse. It was very well organized, the activities were absolutely amazing, the people we were helped by were very nice and friendly and prices were good. Can really recommend it! If you have #Skyteam (the guides name is Sky) you're in for a good time!

I was a bit worried after some negative reviews but now I don’t know what people were moaning about! We stayed in the half moon treehouse for the first night. It’s beautiful and yes it’s open to the elements but you’ve booked an eco/jungle adventure so what do you expect?! The fact there was no air con made no difference to us, it was rainy so it was cool at night and I’m usually fussy about sleeping in heat! Food was mediocre in the restaurant. Still good on general standards but for Thai food standards it wasn’t as good. The tour was well organised and when we arrived we were given a very clear itinerary. From reading reviews I was expecting the water bungalows to be absolute hovels. I had prewarned the kids they were going to be shacks and we’d be roughing it. As our boat approached the bungalows I told the kids this must be a short stop as part of the tour as they couldn’t be where we were staying. I was wrong! Theyfar surpassed my expectations. Again I really don’t know what people are moaning about who say they were basic/rough. The upgraded ones looked like they had air conditioning. We were in the basic which I personally think are better as they have large patio doors that open out onto the lake. The ‘posh’ ones a darker wood and with a small door. Again food was ok. You had to sit with the rest of your tour group and share dishes out on the table. My kids eat Thai food with no issue but from what I could see no western options were offered. Maybe one to flag with them early if you have fussy eaters. My only complaint would be that we were told we’d see a waterfall or caves dependent on season. We saw neither and when I questioned our tour guide about it he said ‘I don’t know why the hotel keeps telling people that’. We went for a walk in a jungly area which was nice but not as much to see as the night safari the evening before. I’ve given them 5 stars despite the slight tour misleading info to compensate for the clearly fussy princess travellers moaning about the standards. This is not a 5 star hotel experience, but it’s soooo much better!

we stayed at the jungle house but also ate at our Junglecamp. Obviously, the resort cannot govern the weather but unfortunately the rain did dampen the use of the resort so it does affect this review but that is not obviously a result of the resort but something to take into account in terms of when you go. We had a treehouse which we thought would overlook the river and the cliffs as shown in their YouTube video. Unfortunately we could only see trees and there was no covering over the balcony so you couldn’t go out in the rain. Some do have coverings especially in our jungle camp and given the rain I would suggest you book these so you can sit out of an evening and have a view. A lot of people were complaining about not having Aircon, but this was not a problem as they give you mosquito nets and the room is open to the air with good fans so I do not believe this was an issue. We could sleep fine with the temperature. The bathroom has all the modern facilities, the beds are extremely comfortable and you are given complementary water. We do miss our tea and coffee luxury but you are told you don’t have this before you come and it is available at breakfast and just around the corner in the restaurant. One thing I didn’t anticipate is the treehouse will sway slightly when it is raining, you will obviously hear lots of noises and we did have little visitors in the room. As such, you have to be prepared for this you wouldn’t want to stay more than three nights because of the lack of sleep if you’re nervous about the insects or the rain but it is very much a novel and interesting thing to do. One thing that we were not aware of is you can walk to lots of bars and restaurants on the main street which was an added bonus. The restaurants are reasonably priced with great food. There’s a bar with a pool that you can sit and enjoy with the family and a game area. Lots of monkeys running around which is fun for the kids to see. We had dinner at our jungle camp which is probably the best meal we’ve had in Thailand really fresh, great service, reasonable price and highly recommended. The breakfast in the morning you can pre-book and was delicious and served à la carte. There was one night where my son missed last service so they ordered a takeaway to the restaurant bar area so the staff went over and above which we really appreciated. The tubing down the river lots of families did which was a lot of fun as well as kayaking which is a great added bonus for this resort. We thought we were nearer to the national park to do the lake than we were. This was a very long day and I would’ve stayed nearer had I known. So the resort is great but for the lake tour I would stay near otherwise it makes for a very long day. In the rain they give you umbrellas. You can pop to the bar or restaurant on site or pop into the town. I just think they need coverings over the balcony so that people can enjoy the setting even when it’s raining as it’s still warm. this was onl

A resort in the jungle, with wonderful tree-houses, exciting programs (bamboo-rafting, trekking, 2 days at the Cheow Lan Lake on floating houses (wandering in the Khao Sok National Park, night and early morning safari) with very nice guides - We enjoyed every moment of the 4day 3 night program. It was absolutily amazing, we are satisfied with all the program, the kindness of the staff, the facility, the accomodation. Perfect! Neverthless we recommend the place and the trip for adventurers, it makes you to move out from your comfort zone! Thanks the staff who help the climate protection and the education of the children of the region!

We stayed in the two story tree house. The beds were very comfortable and there was no need for the mosquito netting during our stay. We had a view of the river which was flowing nicely after all the rain. We saw monkeys foraging from the balcony of our room. Meals were delicious and they had a nice selection of cocktails at the bar. The resort helped arrange our excursions as well as transport back to Krabi.

We recently stayed at Our Jungle House and there is so much to love about it. The scenery is absolutely stunning, the location is peaceful and immersed in nature, and the staff were friendly, helpful and kind throughout our visit. The food is excellent too. Every meal we had was delicious. It is a little on the expensive side, but the quality is high and it felt worth it. The river is another highlight. It was a joy to have this right on our doorstep, and our kids had the best time playing and cooling off there. But I need to be honest about one major downside that would stop me from returning unless it’s addressed: the heat inside the rooms. I fully support the resort’s eco values and I’m not expecting air conditioning, but the problem is the design of the treehouses. They trap hot air, especially on the mezzanine sleeping levels, and it becomes unbearably hot. There are vents but no proper ventilation system to expel the heat. Each bed has a small fan, but there’s nothing to cool the room itself. I was so uncomfortable I genuinely considered leaving early. What’s frustrating is that this isn’t new. Lots of guests have made similar points in reviews going back years, and I’ve read the management responses. They all focus on defending the decision not to install aircon, which is understandable, but by doing that they completely miss the point. The issue isn’t about aircon, it’s about ventilation. There are many eco-friendly ways this could be improved, like installing exhaust fans or providing a decent freestanding fan in each room. But this doesn’t seem to have been considered at all. Honestly, I think the owners would benefit from spending a few nights in the rooms themselves during the hotter months. I think they’d quickly realise how uncomfortable it can get and hopefully be more open to making practical, sustainable changes. There were a few other smaller issues too. The lighting in the treehouses is extremely dim — so much so that it’s hard to see your belongings after dark. The sliding doors bang loudly in the wind at night, which made it difficult to sleep. This could be easily fixed with a gasket or stopper. And while the bathrooms were fine, they’re looking quite tired and could do with a bit of a refresh. One last thing worth mentioning is that our itinerary for booked activities seemed to shift based on staff availability rather than guest preference. It didn’t cause major issues, but it did shorten our tour time and we weren’t the only ones to notice or mention it. Better communication around this would go a long way. This is a magical place in so many ways and I really wanted to love everything about it, but the heat and a few avoidable issues made it hard to fully relax. I hope these points are taken on board, because with a few changes, this could be a truly exceptional experience.

Our family had a wonderful experience at Jungle House. We found the administration of our stay extremely supportive and effective at all points, giving us peace of mind before and during our stay…. Essentially, everything is extremely well organised. The accommodation is clean and in a beautiful setting and there was a good choice of food for all the family. We came here based on a recommendation and I would happily recommend Jungle House to anyone who asked. Thank you to all the staff who work really hard for their guests.

It was a fantastic stay in a perfect treehouse (Sunrise) that we enjoyed a lot. The staff was very friendly and reliable and excursions on time and well organised. Everything was fantastic. It is a beautiful area and the trails are nice, too. Great activities. The treehouse was magical for us. It were lifetime moments we enjoyed in the Jungle house and can definitely recommend it.
