Niente acqua calda la mattina del giorno del check-out, ma per il resto è stato tutto perfetto come il nostro primo soggiorno. Quelle vasche da bagno sono ancora fantastiche!

Datemi un upgrade gratuito perché avevo un'altra prenotazione di dimensioni maggiori. La reception è stata reattiva alle richieste, soprattutto su wechat. Hanno persino accettato di cambiare stanza immediatamente quando ho sentito odore di sigaretta nella stanza.

Non è esattamente ciò che è descritto qui. Per niente piacevole durante il nostro soggiorno in questo hotel. Scarso isolamento, niente aria condizionata, niente riscaldamento, shampoo e gel doccia di bassa qualità, la stanza era piccola e molto calda, le pantofole fornite erano sporche. La TV ha funzionato per un giorno ma ha smesso di funzionare il giorno dopo. Il pavimento della stanza era rotto. L'unica cosa positiva è che hanno lavatrici self-service fornite, anche se il sistema di asciugatura non è un granché. Chiunque abbia uno standard elevato dovrebbe evitare di soggiornare in questo hotel a tutti i costi.

La reception si rifiuta di accettare carte Visa e la colazione è solo cinese, il che per me è stato molto difficile.

I enjoyed my stay very much. My friends were given cheaper, smokey stinky rooms so we all had to move. In the process of moving from the mold and smoke smelling 3rd floor to the much nicer 4th. We noticed that the stairwells are under construction and there is water damage to several of the walls. Other than that, the desk attendant & cleaning ladies are very helpful. They are helpful even if some have to use a translation app. My room was lovely and well cleaned. Room darkening curtains, two air units, comfy bed, tea, water and a deluxe bidet. The address is not correct even when you type it in on *******, but again the staff is incredibly helpful with anything you need.

Good location, nearby OCT subway station and right in front of Splendid China, easy commute to airport and Civic Center. Room was okay, could be cleaner, particularly the bathroom. Light (but bearable) cigarette smell in the room. Weird aisle floor.

We stayed at this hotel for one night over the weekend and found it to be excellent value for money. The location is perfect—just a short distance from the Shenzhen Bay immigration control point and close to the Window of the World theme park (we enjoyed a lovely 15-minute walk). And it’s conveniently located just opposite the MTR station. We booked the standard twin room with a sea view, and it was definitely worth the small extra cost (only about 5 RMB more). The view was lovely. The room itself was small but very clean, with modern furniture, spotless white bed linens, and fresh towels. Breakfast was reasonably priced—30 RMB for adults and 15 RMB for children—and offered a decent variety. If we need to stay overnight in Shenzhen again, I’ll definitely choose this hotel. Highly recommended for a short stay!

Different from the pictures. The toilet and room floor is not clean. Small sized. Not that much equipped room. Room door lock was not working sometimes. Several times, I has to wait around 5min to open it. It’s difficult when you have urgent issues to go in to the room. Breakfast is medium. The breakfast choice is limited. Location is very good. Near to window of the world, just 10 min walk. OCT Metro station around 2-3min walk. The frontdesk man doesn’t speak eenglish also.

The best price with the comfortable room.

This is the second time I have stayed in this hotel. The location is excellent for visiting the OCT and nearby parks, cafes, restaurants, and bars. The hotel is within 100 meters of the OCT metro stop so it is very convenient to get around the rest of Shenzhen from here, and also, there are always taxis available in this neighborhood.

The room actually had a window facing the ocean, even though it said the room was windowless. On the downside, it was the hardest bed I've slept on in China. It was like a block of wood. I know some people like this, but it's bad for my back and neck.

Very helpful, friendly staffs. We encountered some problems which we require to watch the CCTV and make a police report, they were helpful and accommodated our request immediately

I always try to stay at this location as it is convenient... very close to my meetings, as well as a metro stop (on Line 1). Great Korean restaurant around back of the hotel, and a few convenience stores for incidentals and snacks.
