Amazing hotel but the hygenie is not that gd need improvement, frontdesk a bit messy Gd service

All I can say is the service of this hotel is superb. The level of sincereness is beyond imagination. My husband (at the time) thought he lost his wallet and the boy at the concierge named Yu Jing helped us tremendously. Starting from helping us scan through the cctv, translating, helped us called the right calls… it’s really beyond his job description. I end up joining the Atour membership (but not from this case). They have discounts on next stays and includes free breakfast for all future accommodation. Rooms a good decent size and it’s on top of the KK one shopping center. What more can u ask?

The room is clean and neat, and the facilities are well maintained. Full of restaurants nearby.

Having some troubles with the iro in room TV broadcasting in which live tv broadcasting kept looping itself. Tried many channels and it’s the same. Very annoying. Breakfast is also not up to quality although it’s was a gift from trip.com. I would not pay for it.

The hotel is attached next to the shoppping mall, very convenient location, good service & spacious room too

Everything was good, just that, it was kinda warm at the lobby area.

1st step in, there is an amazing smell in a design lobby. Friendly, helpful & wonderful services from the concierge team. The team have provided us good information on all the necessary details we need to know. After we checked into the room, it has given us another wow experiences such as spacious room, great toilet & shower room segregation and the super comfy bed & pillow. The laundry room has provided sufficient washing machine and dryer. The hotel assistant was very attentive and helpful. Kudos to 晓旭. He was very friendly, helpful and informative. He had introduced the A'tour branding and membership with complementary our breakfast and supper to us. We will be back!!! Definately will recommend to others!!!

The location is perfect with a large shopping mall and metro just right next to the hotel. The service of hotel staff was good too but it was too hard-sell. They kept on asking for joining membership and even personal contact. Besides, the first room we got was very smelly with a strong smoke smell. The hotel was good and helped to change another which was okay.
