The hotel is situated just below the peak of Genting Highlands, offering convenient access to the nearby market. The rooms are clean and well-maintained; however, the views from the hotel are not particularly impressive.

Service is excellent! Both the admin and security staff. They are very polite and ready to help. Facilities are very new and comfortable for using. The overall experience was superb, the only flaw may be a bit noisy at night due to traffic and construction at daytime, but the sound proof effect of the room is very good. Will definitely reconsider if coming back again.

Great front desk service . We reached the hotel slightly early and asked for early check in was offered. Appreciated much. All greeted everyone when they visited their hotel. The best was that their bed are very comfy.

Clean hotel, made our trip a pleasant trip for the families. Everything is well maintained altho it's been 5 years. However, it's about 20 mins drive up to top of Genting Highlands. Other than that, all good. Staff are friendly as well.

Generally not really good experience, not really clean, found hair on the bed and toilet when we checked in. As well as a dirty dots (looks like a puke) on the bed..very noisy at night, kids playing and the noisy street after 11pm..

Hotel location is so convenient to GPO and 15 minutes to Genting Resort . Nearby there's Restaurant , Mini market so easily to get anything . Hotel 🏨 breakfast 🥞🍳🥞 is so well done and delicious. Staff in the coffee ☕ terrace is so friendly especially the F&N Manager Mr Edham and Chief chef is so helpful and Caring. This Hotel 🏨 is so wonderful.
