Il posto era carino e pulito. Ma ci avevano dato una stanza con una finestra "finta". La prossima volta dovrebbero specificare se la finestra non lascia entrare la luce nella stanza.

Io e il mio amico siamo rimasti soddisfatti dell'esperienza e del servizio eccellente, il personale è stato molto disponibile, l'hotel era pulito, la posizione è buona...ci torneremo.

Camera molto spaziosa e pulita, posizione centrale ma tranquilla, in una strada laterale, quindi fate attenzione quando prenotate un taxi da qui. L'aria condizionata era ottima e avremmo voluto rimanere più a lungo. La colazione era in linea con gli altri hotel di Hanoi, quindi non possiamo lamentarci.

Pro: Situato nel quartiere storico. Contro: Si trova in un vicolo stretto, quindi il nostro autista ci ha lasciato all'uscita dell'autostrada e abbiamo dovuto camminare per qualche metro per raggiungere l'hotel. La camera è piccola. Le opzioni per la colazione sono estremamente limitate. C'erano insetti anche nel succo d'ananas. Il personale non ci ha aiutato a trasportare i bagagli al momento del check-out.

Per chi viaggia da solo, non c'è posto migliore in cui soggiornare. Ero già stato ad Hanoi in precedenza, e questa volta ero in scalo, quindi non avevo molti programmi. Il personale mi ha consigliato un'escursione di un giorno alla baia di Ha Long, ci sono andato ed è stata fantastica. Il ristorante che mi hanno consigliato era delizioso e, nonostante il mio volo fosse in tarda serata, mi hanno persino permesso di depositare i bagagli dopo il check-out fino alla sera prima. La colazione era discreta e il servizio davvero eccellente.

If the hotel has no free seats, they won't cancel your reservation, they'll just put you in an old hotel, but for the money you saw first, more precisely, everything was paid for when booking. But if you saw and didn't like the room, of course you don't like it and canceled it! There was hair on the floor in the bathroom, I'm talking dirty here, she bends over the hair and says there's nothing. I don't even want to remember all the horror. At first it seemed that there was a quiet calm street inside, but this is only the first seconds. There is a terrible smell of garbage on this street, you will have to walk to the hotel, with a suitcase and if heavy, then it's still a pleasure. Rats are running. The hotel constantly smells strange food on the ground floor, you go out and absorb all these aromas. The staff was nice until I said in response, the review would be fair, like your room. You can't treat customers like that! People left for me and went to another hotel.

The second time that I visit this hotel. The and location is still nice, but this time I see cockroaches. I see both in the room and in the breakfast area hope the hotel could improve in this area.

Chose this place because of good reviews but was disappointing. Ground floor cafeteria smelled of stale urine the first 2 days I was there. Took a rook with window and got scammed as the window faced a wall 2 feet away so it was dark with no natural lighting. I'm OK with the alleyway that other travellers talk about as this is normal for vietnam. Bathtub poorly designed sucu that it kept leaking on floor and caused floor to be wet.

A strategic place if you are into cafe hopping. The hotel also provides tourist attraction tour so you dont have to find other places for alrernative. Overall its a good place to stay. I would like to highlight that the breakfast is such a a simple yet hearty breakfast! I wouldnt mind staying here again for my next vacation

Good location in the heart of old quarter. Rooms are okay and worth the price

The staff were friendly and professional. The breakfast buffet had a variety of hot and cold options are those still limited but it was plenty for us. It’s located just off the main road so it was nice and quiet during the night yet still close to the lake and other hotspots. They booked us the limousine bus to Ha Long :) I would definitely come back to this hotel.

As good as usual. Hotel offers breakfast boxes when we are departing to the airport in the early morning.

We stayed for 4 nights and we found the location to be really convenient to fully explore the Old Quarter. The room was made up everyday, the shower had heating with strong water pressure providing a pleasant shower experience for a budget hotel. Two bottles of water was also provided daily. The receptionist, Dan, did a wonderful job building rapport with us and made us feel very welcomed. They also allowed us to store our luggages at the hotel after we checked out for many hours before our flight, free of charge! Another staff went out of his way to help us with our bags and escorted us to the area where it’d be easier for us to be picked up by our Grab booking. Didn’t catch a name but we’re very grateful. Overall experience 4/5. Negative points to mention: On the 1st day, housekeeping left unfinished trails of “evidence” that they’ve made up the room. For instance, they left the old trash bag on the floor after emptying the bin and replacing it with a new one. On the 2nd day, they replaced the pillows with new sheets but left the old ones on both sides of the nightstands. By the third day, we noticed the loo wasn’t cleaned at all

Clean hotel, great location, friendly staff. Overall excellent experience. Will definitely recommend.
