The location is good. Many local restaurants nearby the hotel.

The stay was overall an good experience. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was big. The breakfast was a little disappointing, not much variety of food but the noodle stall’s staff was very attentive to customers requests. The gym was okay, comparing to other similar ranking hotels, it had quite a variety of machines for customers to use. Another improvement point would be on the towels in the room and gym as they were very dirty and yellowish.

The hotel is 10 mins away from the nearest railway station, which is a fairly convenient location. The room is spacious and well-equipped. However, the cleanliness of the toiletries could be improved since there are stains and hair inside the water glasses. The service is not bad.

Really enjoyed my stay there. There is very comfortable bed and good service. It was very interesting to discover the breakfast in local Chinese style

Clean, quiet, convenient and value for money. Only that the washroom is a little small so if you are a big or super tall person, probably will feel a bit difficult...

Our room is very tidy & clean. All hotel staffs are friendly & enthusiasm.

環境：很好，房間很方正，因為出行幾天，特意選了個房間方正明亮的酒店 服務：讓我最深的就是客房部，我住了幾天，有一次去洗衣服，把衣服放洗衣機裏，晚上回來去拿，發現幫我烘好了裝在袋子裏，這點真的比同類型很多連鎖品牌做得都好，一家單體能夠重視客房服務 同時把洗衣房管理的井井有條，我覺得真的很用心，同時特別要表揚一下客房大姐，8樓的，打掃房間因為有些外賣，大姐不知道還要不要，寫了個紙條👍🏻👍🏻 前台 第一天辦入住的女孩子比較熱情，其他的小夥伴們，感覺還是比較中規中矩吧，服務熱情還是需要加強

位置還挺方便的，睡得也挺好的，不過剛入住備註了不要房頭房尾，後面打電話來告知才看到那個備註。廁所漏水，後面就換了房間。 樓下都是吃的～不過停車位週末有點緊湊，樓下充電樁一直都是沒位置充～

住過幾次，這一次可以説是體驗最差的一次： 1.剛進客房，房間有股味道，像是很久沒有人住過，消毒味道。 2.床上有蟑螂，早上醒來發現的，打給前台的確有人上來跟進，看到蟑螂在牆上爬，用手拿紙巾拍死的。退房及次日，均有詢問處理進展，酒店至今沒有解釋解釋和提供解決方案。 3.早餐過程中，服務員強調自己要收拾餐具，沒什麼服務可言。 以上是客觀評價，供參考！ 希望酒店能重視問題，特別是衞生問題，畢竟還帶着小孩！

房間相比同價位的酒店還算蠻大的 就是廁所有點小🤣 早餐有現煮的粉面，種類還可以😋 前台小哥哥小姐姐也都會主動問好👍 但是明明用積分換了延遲退房，但是還是會打電話催退房還説已經晚了很多，可能系統沒有同步好吧。🤔 其他沒什麼問題，還是很不錯的👍

房間環境整體是比較滿意，衞生，採光、隔音都不錯，房間是偏小的，前期溝通的時候，讓酒店幫忙準備水果，遭到拒絕了，加錢也不行，不過也可以理解，4.5星好評

廚師只說事實 酒店23年開的訂了2天大床房 設施還是很新的 也有機器人送餐服務 附近有網紅店@長安亭火鍋 @南山博物館等等 要玩的有玩的 樓下全是吃的 而且酒店價格也不貴，性價比是很高 來南山玩的朋友可以看一下

選了12樓，酒店看上去特別舒服，然後還有早飯，早飯也很不錯，冰箱還送了飲料。做為上海的遊客，在深圳這個城市覺得特別難選擇的是美食，太多好吃的。

在這裏住宿很愜意，房間衞生很好，房間配有按摩儀器能很好的緩解勞累，大堂乾淨明亮還有三個休息室，壯先生和LILYSU服務熱情，酒店的氛圍也非常好
