In addition, the hot spring water in our hotel is circulated and filtered in order to provide clean and stable water. Sanitation is not a problem. Please rest assured.We also deeply apologize for the stains and old tatami mats in your room, which caused you some discomfort.Regarding the restaurant prices, we are very surprised to hear that you were quoted 190,000 yen per person for the dinner set. We do not have such a pricing structure, and we apologize for any misinformation that may have been conveyed to you.On the other hand, we are very sorry to hear that you gave us a good evaluation of our staff and the souvenir shop on the first floor.
