Metropark Hotel Shenzhen

Very good location. Hotel is excellent with the cleanliness, staff friendliness, good breakfast. Highly recommended

The room was cleaned n the check-in process was quick n hassle free. The staff at the reception was very helpful, n we will stay at the same hotel again on our way back in August

Overall experience were satisfactory. The hotel is conveniently located. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable. The amenities provided were adequate, and the housekeeping service was prompt and efficient. However, I did encounter a significant issue with the ventilation. Despite staying in a non-smoking room, cigarette fumes were quite noticeable and unpleasant. It seems the smoke from other areas of the hotel was seeping into the room. Additionally, I was shocked to see guests smoking in common areas, including one instance where a guest boarded the lift from B1 with a lit cigarette. I believe the hotel should enforce stricter non-smoking policies in common areas and improve their ventilation system to ensure a more comfortable stay in future. Hoping that the smoking policy and ventilation issues are addressed in the future.

Thanks for allowing us to stay til 1:30pm. Good place to stay, only on the 8th floor you can hear people walking and talking outside. We definitely love to go back to Metropark when we are in Shenzhen.

Good location with life access from hotel room level to Basement -** MRT station with walking distance 30-40 meters. The front desk service staff all are good with answering all my needs during my 2 nights stayed. Ms ShiXia has helped me special request to late check out time to 4pm due to our late night flight. Really enjoyed our stay and we will come back again when next visit Shenzhen.

Actually the hotel closed to metro Shaibu station exit A2 (the hotel lift can access to hotel),its very convenient & location not far away from shopping arcade

Room is really big. Breakfast was yummy. They kept the luggage safely at reception after checkout.

The best location, so many street food, someday I will stay again.
