The bed was comfortable ~ nice location walking distance from 南山 MTR station and 10 minutes drive to 南山博物馆...

The location of the hotel is very convenient and the nearby environment is very lively. Nanshan metro station is just nearby. Overall the service was good, and will recommend for solo travelers.

Very friendly employees, location is not very special but taxis are cheap in china, so it's no big deal. Could be cleaner and refurbished furniture isn't made properly.

Location is not really great but there are places to have dinner within walking distance. It appeared to me that it's within the locals residential area. Only tooth brush, comb, shampoo and shower cream provided in the bath. No bath robe. 2 bottles of drinking water and kettle. Television reception is not good.

Room was nice and tidy with more than enough space. The reception was very nice. The location was okey and easy to get. The restaurant next to the hotel was very good and worthy for trying.

服務還可以，但是！！衞生非常差，帶孩子的別來，如圖，醫生看了診斷為蚊蟲叮咬的皮炎。我們是6月28.29.30住了三天，第一天就被咬了。還有一個大人在另一個房間的也被咬了！！酒店方衹是當晚我們反饋後給了三瓶花露水，自己有帶沒有要，花露水也沒用。後續也沒跟進也沒過問了。我們退房前一天再次諮詢了前台，前台要我們一定要到指定的南山醫院檢查且出具證明，證明這就是被蚊蟲叮咬的才給出保險。因為著急離開就沒有去醫院。沒想到過了幾天就這樣了。衞生真的非常差！！！

第一次來深圳辦事，平台找到這家評分很不錯的酒店，當天很晚入住，前台服務很親切貼心，房間也很新很乾凈，設施都很齊全，周邊出行也方便，很推薦這家。房間非常乾淨，環境舒適！室內設施非常先進，睡眠環境很安靜！服務人員態度很好，為顧客想的很周到！出差過程中遇到的問題，前台都儘量幫忙解決！前台小姐姐還贈送了免費的咖啡和餅乾，服務非常熱情，下次來深圳還是首推這家酒店。
