Risposta dalla struttura: 您好，您入住時詢問酒店工作人員能否延遲到14點退房，前廳小夥伴明確告知客人，可以延遲到14點前退房，可客人實際退房時間已經超過了14點，是14:47退房，酒店未收取延時費用。前台同事還好心幫外賓客人打車去奧體中心，去附近餐廳，客人衣服忘記在酒店，晚上還來取了，結果外賓還是給了差評，這種外賓當面一套，背後一套，就是攜程慣的，都欺負到咱們中國人身上了，酒店全心全意服務外國客人，外國客人反手一個差評，讓酒店人心寒啊
