Location is along the road but not near downtown. Poor service, requested for late check put as trip.com privilege upon check in, reception said yes. The following day, they called us to check out early. They could have said no earlier, so that we knew. 1 english speaking staff. 1 friendly staff, the rest were not. No amenities. Breakfast had no choices considering many were foreigners for Asian games. There is a obnoxious odor in the lobby. Rooms were old. Paint were already removed. Don't try this hotel.

Location is a little far from the train station, but still walkable Breakfast was not too bad but could have more variety Rooms were cosy and bed was comfortable. There is a gym but when I was there, people were smoking inside.

Hotel location is great, subway is within 5 minutes walk and direct access to tourist attractions.

Totally enjoyed my stay there. The staff was so pleasant and wonderful. I’ll give them an A+ for service!

What can I say? The family suite is just perfect! It is big enough for 4 people. There are 2 bathrooms, there is even a walking closet area! The location is okay, we walk around 10 minutes to the metro station. I would say the breakfast is the highlight. They provide Western food as well. It is totally worth it!

The road going there was closed so it is a bit inconvenient. For the price they charge, we are very disappointed by the decor, cleanliness, and service. It looked old & not well maintained.

真的很少有酒店的衞生讓我如此惱火，洗漱盆裏那麼明顯的上位客人的鼻shi不收拾，馬桶圈上也有上位住客迸濺的shi，浴巾毛巾我都沒有用，太臟了，一家酒店設施好不好設備新不新不是最主要的，衞生是底線吧，請酒店客房部的負責人對保潔部加強管理。本來預訂了兩天衹能提前換其他酒店。wifi也不太好用，屋裡信號強度不夠，這都是小事，衞生是大問題。

五一期間住在這家酒店，非常滿意 房間：房間乾淨整潔，面積大，設施完備，連網雲電視隨便看，有沙發和書桌，玩完回來工作也很方便； 服務：服務非常周到，服務員態度很好，物品遺失幫忙尋找，點名表揚前台小姐姐，衣服掉酒店了，前台小姐姐打電話給我並幫我郵寄； 地域位置：酒店北臨2號線錢江世紀城，南臨6號線博覽中心，靠近錢江世紀廣場，可以直接看到江畔風景，還有城市燈光秀，去哪裡都很方便！

聽演唱會 選了這家酒店 步行近 方便 酒店樓下 有家小咖啡店 性價比不錯 圖三是他家的拿鐵（不是酒店早餐咖啡） 到酒店下午四點左右 給升級了較大點的房間 房間設施齊全舒適 就是第二天酒店水管出了點問題 不過搶修很快 早餐雖然品種不太豐富 但是口味還是不錯的 建議酸奶儘量冷藏擺放 否則既影響口感 也不符合食品安全要求 油條，蔬菜色拉，香蕉品質好

位置很好，在錢江世紀公園旁邊，離地鐵站也很近，考慮到西湖邊車開不進去，節假日開車不堵車，就定在奧體旁邊了。酒店環境乾淨，早餐也算豐富，旁邊的公園環境很好，正好騎車看日落，小朋友很開心。

看周杰倫演唱會訂了這家，離大蓮花還是蠻近的，步行10分鐘內就能到，離地鐵也不遠，很方便。 我睡眠不太好，所以入住的時候説要安靜的房間，前台小姐姐貼心地幫我升級了房間~ 房間和衞生間面積不小，而且現在還是小瓶洗漱！好評！

來看演唱會，離奧體近 房間太不隔音了，沒休息好，下次來看演唱會肯定會換一個酒店，衞生也一般 頭晚訂了酒店沒趕上，浪費了一晚，我覺得酒店可以打個電話問一下啥的，感覺會完全不一樣
