Peaceful, Nature-Filled Getaway! We had a wonderful stay here. The cabin-style setting is peaceful and surrounded by breathtaking views. The adorable animals (huskies, deer, lambs, donkeys, swans, and ducks) made the experience even more special. The hospitality was excellent—staff were responsive and kind. Can’t wait to return in another season. Highly recommended for nature lovers!

We had high expectations for this hotel as it was the most expensive hotel ($250 per night) throughout the whole trip, yet turned out to be the most disappointing experience:- 1. Location not convenient, no nearby amenities 2. Bedroom were rather old fashioned and dimmed (even after turn on all lights) 3. Most power sockets not functionable (loose connection) 4. Bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly (had urine smell and clogged drain issues) 5. One of our room was assigned at the end of hotel, and there was NO LIGHT on the pedestrian path. IT WAS DARK AND NOT WALKABLE AT NIGHT! 6. One of the deer was badly injured with open wound, it seems like hotel do not bother about it (No bandage) 7. ******* clothing with photography experience is on first come first serve basis. So if you arrive late to hotel and departing next morning, most likely they are fully booked and you have no chance to enjoy the service (Same as laundry service) 8. The best part, the staff walked into our room WITH SHOES on while showing the room. Reception later explained IT IS NORMAL PRACTICE for staffs to enter hotel rooms WITH SHOES on. Great PR answer lol so guys please beware of the floor hygiene~ Summary: With the same price you can get a better 5 star service hotel in town area, so spend your money wisely~

My stay at Li Si Man was really good! The room was beautifully clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient, just 5 minutes from the train station. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, even before we checked in to the hotel, helping with transport and transfer arrangements.

The viral hotel in tiktok. Saw people staying here with beautiful views n good reviews made me wanted to experience it. And i tell you what, It was worth every penny. We fully utilised all the free gifts the hotel offered, from free airport/railway station pick up/drop off, free tibet clothing experience, free photo shoots of 20 mins around hotel area (3 free digital photos for keep only-just making it clear) but you can purchase more for 30 yuan per photo. All the shots were lovely. It was really hard to choose only 3 from all but i didn't have any extra budget on me, so had to stick with only 3 of the free ones. Make up was not included but are available with extra charges. We took the service and was definitely happy with the choice. My son enjoyed feeding the animals (except the dogs) carrots which was also provided by the hotel. Room was warm enough at night, was equipped with oxigen tank also to help with breathing if anyone in the room have difficulty breathing. I was one of them since i have low hb. Chest hurting at night. But nothing serious happened. One of the staff made a clear and excellent explanation in english of all the room amenities. I would definitely recommend others to come and stay. I myself would repeat the experience if i had the chance to come again to shangri-la. Thanks lisiman for the experience and the farewell gift.

Nice view hotel with cute animals, staff services are good, got welcoming tea, warm hot milk soup for supper, free breakfast, carrot for animal feeding, 3 free photoshoot with tibet costume. Room okay. Have heated floor, humidifier 👍🏻 free fruits also.. when check out they gave us 2 boxes pf butter cookies as souvenir and free shuttle to dukezong city. We enjoyed our time staying in this hotel. Maybe the hotel can give option for muslim meal since the location to the city is quite far.

Great view with a lots of animals. Suitable for families with kids.

Hotel is a bit away from the ancient town and basically anything. However, and it’s a big however, you are getting the view and experience of a lifetime. The mountains, the pets, the experiences the accommodation offers is unmatched. The service and the accommodation itself is exceptional. Everyone was welcoming and smiling and always trying to accommodate us. The rooms: beds were comfortable, toilet is the automated ones love love love!, projector experience, the view, I cannot fault this place and I would come back again if I’m at shangri la. My kids loved the pets experience!

Exceptional stay! The room had all the amenities we needed, and the staff were incredibly helpful. The heated floor and humidifier made our stay comfortable despite the high altitude. # Highlights - Breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape and starry night sky - Delicious food at the hotel restaurant (though large portions) - Unique horseback ride experience to Napahai Lake We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, service, and stunning location.

Very friendly people and loads of cute animals. Stay came with some benefits which were really nice and sweet. Will definitely come back again

View was good with friendly dogs and animals to play with. However my room had faulty fan and also water heater was not that effective as our room was the furthest away from the water heater tank. Overall experience was good and enjoy ourself

Definitely will choose this place to stay again if travelling back to Shang Ri La. Transport is provided and also photography services.

One of the best hotel I’ve stay in Yunnan. Staffs are all very attentive, helpful & friendly. I’d rate them 10/10 for their services. Bedrooms are very comfortable as well

The Stay at Lisiman Xinsu was great with the incredible views outside our room. Eventhough it was slightly out of the town but we has a great time at this hotel! Cute Pony which like to take photo with us and 3 lovely Alaskan!
