Very very good! Booked for my parents while I spent my day at disneyland. The reception gave them late checkout and accompany them to make sure they got into the airport transfer arranged by the hotel. Supper and breakfast selection was very good. If there's 10 stars, i would definitely rate them 10/10!

The room is clean and spacious. A bit far from the train station. Didi pick up is also by the road side as it don't have a proper drop-off point.

Very good!! They arranged a transfer for us and made our stay very comfortable. I would highly recommend staying here if you’re stopping by for a bit :)

Atour hotel is one of my choices of stay in China , It offers soft pillows and comfortable bed , plus the receptionists are very welcoming . This Chuansha Atour hotel is located near a shopping mall with walking distance , you can find a lot of restaurants in the mall and just 25 minutes car ride to Pudong international airport , hotel also offers pick up and drop off services that you have to arrange with the counter staffs

the lobby recept was wonderful, but others are no good. no free coffee, no roowear and noisy up floor. only one elevator must be not enogh. i do not recommend for business use. atour quality differs depending on the hotels. i do not believe atour brand now.

設施：還可以哦，該有的都有，冰箱裏有飲料提供，還有掛耳咖啡，有自助洗衣房和健身房，不錯哦，有機場班車和迪士尼班車，早餐也不錯，就是遊玩得太晚沒怎麼拍房間照片，總體滿意 衞生：不錯哦，房間雖小，五臟俱全 環境：不錯哦，接近地鐵站 服務：太棒啦，酒店工作人員有禮貌，服務到位，值得一讚

卫生：很乾淨 服务：很好，前台幫我和第一次來上海旅遊的朋友安排了我們期望的房間。晚上因為較晚回到酒店，前台旁邊有位女士還給我們一盤水果，很謝謝她！ 隔天一早有車送住客去浦東機場，我們運氣不錯，剛好可以搭上。 环境：離地鐵近，旁邊也有購物中心。很方便 设施：很好

衞生：住了兩晚 第二天晚上 肚子被咬了一排 懷疑是跳蚤 服務 ：整體服務還不錯 但我當時提交訂單時特意備註遠離電梯口 需要安靜 但前台給我們的房間是電梯斜對面隔兩個房間 本着已經已經入住 不想再麻煩就沒換房間 結果房間隔音很差 不得已買了隔音耳塞 此外 在退房時 前台讓我們五星好評 回來以後又打電話 讓我們五星好評 本來不想評價的 這樣騷擾我們 衹能如實評價 前台兩個小姐姐 瘦的那個小姐姐 服務態度很好 另外一個就是幫我們辦入住的 除了跟我老公有個笑臉 我跟她説謝謝 也不搭理我 難道還重男輕女？ 最後早餐還可以 早餐的工作人員服務態度也很好 晚上有夜宵提供 衹能説這家酒店無功無過 但如果再來上海 我不會再次選擇這家酒店
