every thing good clean room The environment is quiet, but the distance to the entertainment centers is long, but because it has free parking, you can go to the entertainment centers by taxi, because it is not very easy to find a parking space near the entertainment centers, and it also costs 15 yuan per hour.

1. good location for going Shanghai World Expo Exhibition and Convention 2. MRT/subway is nearby (2 mins by walk) 3. sound insulation in the room- very bad 4. service : bad ...asked for help getting a taxi .. I was told to get one by myself outside the hotel. 5. Breakfast - so so .u could have the better choice at Starbuck/Burger king nearby (~ 4 mins walk to the shopping mall across the road)

This is right next to Atour and very close to Oriental Sports Center, which is why I picked this hotel as a foreigner, solo traveler. The room was very clean, the staff was very helpful and the subway exit is just outside for line 6. Across the street is a nice mall that has Starbucks, Burger King, 7/11 and Domino’s for foreigners. I’d definitely recommend staying here and will probably come back myself.

The service was great, very friendly staff. The location is also very convenient next to the metro.

Very close to the metro station. Easy connection to SNIEC. The hotel smelled like mold in the lobby and corridors. Wet stains on the corridors. Luckily, the room was clean and odorless.

工作人員態度挺好，趕上台風天看我們想出門會特意提醒怎麼走近路。 酒店離地鐵站很近，地鐵出行很方便，我看院子裏停車位也有。去梅奔比較方便，散場騎個單車就回來了。 床品也比較乾淨。衞生間偶爾有一點點異味。住在一樓能聽到一點地鐵開過去的聲音。 總體是推薦的，如果下次來看演出，還訂這裏。

服務：服務很好 前台很有禮貌很熱情 衞生：滿意 環境：出地鐵站沒幾步就到酒店 交通方便 設施：有送餐機器人。房間有很蠢的智能化助手，房間燈具沒有按鈕的設計讓我不是很習慣，空調風速最小還是感覺有點吹。

就在地鐵口附近，看演唱會騎車15分鐘。 衞生：房間很新，衞生狀況很好。 唯一不足的房間隔音不太好，早上八點多被隔壁女生奇怪的喘息和**吵醒。還好時間不是很長，大概五六分鐘就沒聲音了，還可以繼續睡。

一共住了四個晚上，第一天下午到那，一進房間兩個床上被子就是亂的，然後到第四天下午，我坐沙發那，突然發現一條蜈蚣，7釐米左右，當時嚇我一跳，後面我看蜈蚣掉地上了趕緊踩一腳踩死了，然後我給前台打電話，前台説派個人來看一下，接着就一個大爺過來了，看了一眼，説了句咿呀，那張紙拿走了，然後就沒了，啥後續都沒了，沒有道歉，沒有説給我們換個房間啥的，還是我主動去説我想換房間就給我們換的，中間確實我一説就換了，但是這種事情難道都需要顧客主動去説嗎，作為服務行業，遇到這種事連最基本的道歉都沒有，我真是服了

早飯服務太差太差了，西瓜居然是爛的一盆放在那裡，真的一塌糊塗，能吃嗎？工作人員就這樣繞來繞去看見了也不管，AD鈣奶沒有吸管，被告知用短的吸管或者直接叫我們用嘴喝，兩個女的工作人員年歲有點大了，就在那燒麪的地方一直聊天。很沒有形象。
