* Se stai andando a Tolosa e vuoi un posto comodo dove stare, ti consiglio vivamente il Nemea Appart'Hotel Toulouse Concorde. Una delle cose migliori è la sua fantastica posizione, proprio di fronte alla stazione ferroviaria principale, Gare Matabiau, a soli 2 minuti a piedi, letteralmente di fronte all'hotel. Questo rende gli spostamenti in città super facili e comodi. L'hotel in sé è incredibilmente pulito. Dalla hall alle camere, tutto è immacolato e ben tenuto. Le camere sono allestite in stile appartamento, il che è fantastico se ti piace avere un po' più di spazio e la possibilità di cucinare. Ogni camera è dotata di un frigorifero e di tutti gli utensili da cucina di cui potresti aver bisogno, quindi è perfetto se stai pianificando un soggiorno più lungo o vuoi semplicemente preparare i tuoi pasti. Il letto nella mia camera era davvero spazioso e comodo, il che è sempre un vantaggio dopo una lunga giornata di esplorazione. Il bagno è stato un altro punto forte, con una bella vasca da bagno dove puoi rilassarti. Un'altra caratteristica eccezionale è il personale cordiale. Sono sempre stati disponibili e si sono assicurati che avessi tutto ciò di cui avevo bisogno, il che ha contribuito molto all'esperienza positiva complessiva. Nel complesso, soggiornare al Nemea Appart'Hotel è stata un'esperienza fantastica. Combina una posizione privilegiata con tutti i comfort di casa e un servizio eccellente, rendendolo la scelta migliore per chiunque visiti Tolosa.

L'hotel è molto pulito e in una buona posizione. Ma mi hanno chiesto 150 euro di deposito quando sono arrivato il primo giorno. Dopo quattro giorni quando ho fatto il check-out non mi hanno restituito i soldi. Diversi membri dello staff hanno detto cose diverse. Qualcuno ha detto che mi avrebbero restituito lo stesso giorno stasera. Qualcuno ha detto che mi avrebbero restituito in tre giorni lavorativi. Finora sono tornato a casa da tre giorni e non ho ancora ricevuto i soldi. Esperienza davvero brutta. Non andrò mai più in questo hotel.

Ci è piaciuta la camera ma non abbiamo ricevuto abbastanza comfort (solo 2 piccoli tubetti di shampoo per 3 notti per 2 persone). Non c'è il servizio di pulizia della camera.

Not my first time at the Nemea Toulouse. Great appart hotel, very comfortable but noticing over the years, it s getting a bit run down. Bed side lamp broken, light bulb missing, toilet seat fixed poorly. It s a shame. Overall very good and clean.. Check in was a bit disappointing though , I arrived 45 mn early before check in time but I was told to wait. Check in was not warm , just robotic , lack of customer service in a way. But thankfully the person at check out was totally different and with a smile.

Wonderful Apart hotel just opposite the train station. Room is so spacious, we booked for double room but was pleasantly surprised to be given a studio with small pantry. It has lovely view over the canal and train station. Lots of eateries and supermarkets within few mins walk. Value for money and definitely enjoyed our stay in Nemea Apart Toulouse Concorde!

The room is good size. Clean. Complete apartment amenities. Near the train station. 9 minutes by taxi from toulouse airport. Conveniently located to the centrum of toulouse. Varied restaurant choices around too. You simply can't go wrong with this stay. Of course the basic of hotels isn't part of it: coffee/tea, nor housekeeping and you got to throw your trash upon check out. Still we enjoy our stay. :) Excess: there is a beeping sound coming from the toilet exhaust or extinguisher.

The room was very big, clean and comfy. I really enjoyed my stay. I was happy over all, only thing I was surprised that they are asking €150 security deposit ( hopefully I will get back in 24 hours as they said).

Unfortunately, I found it to be average. There were some issues regarding the amenities provided, as toothbrushes and toothpaste were not available. Additionally, I noticed that the cleanliness of the room did not meet my expectations.

They’ve got spa and sauna. Locations is very good. Staffs are nice. The room wasn’t very clean when we got in. There were holes on curtain and blanket.

This hotel is very close (virtually opposite) to Toulouse Central Station. My room was on level 7 with good city views. The room has all the standard amenities including a very small kitchen with plates and cutlery. There is BBC on the TV, but not CNN, which is general standard in Europe in 3 to 4 star hotels. The bathroom was very large and shower was exceptional. The air-conditioning was also easy to use and worked effectively. However, there is 150 Euro deposit, even when you have prepaid for the reservation. This was not clearly stated when making the booking. This is so called "security deposit", is required to cover the loss of plates, cups and knifes/forks this go missing They tried to insist I use a credit card for this payment, but I decided to pay cash. The only problem with security deposits, they often take many weeks to return to international debit and credit cards. Other issues about this location: Just 1 min walk from the hotel is an excellent mini supermarket, which sells things likes ice, alcoholic drinks and a range of salads. While this hotel is convenient to the central station and supermarkets, it is about 2 to 3 km walk to main tourist attractions of Toulouse - cathedrals and plazas. If you coming to see Toulouse to visit Airbus (Factory Tour and Museum), the metro train departs from the central station area, with additional transfer to a Tram. The total travel time is 1 hour. If you traveling to the airport, the airport express bus leaves from the Central Station zone (about 2 mins walk from the hotel). The fare is 9 Euros which expensive for 25 to 30 min trip. The first bus leaves at 5:00am and bus operate every 15 to 20 mins. There are cheaper ways to airport, but that requires a metro, tram and or bus connections.

It's all nicer than expectation but with the guarantee is a little bit annoying
