Customer service is good at the counter, but at Cleaning auntie service are poor and speaking also This hotel 1 day only can give 2 bottles of small water if you do not have enough to pay the water . If you are still sleeping, auntie will come in directly

The staffs were very helpful. The hotel offers complimentary breakfast. The dinner price is reasonable. The room had some smoking smell. it's betting better after the staff helped us open the window.

Nice quiet hotel , you would enjoy 1-2 days off after attending busy exhibitions…. Beautiful near by , best outdoor location cafe shops, breakfast and dinner

Very clean hotel located in a quiet area. Second time staying there and still looks good. The staff there are very enthusiastic about their work and always there to help. Check in was smooth and the breakfast was pretty decent, included a few western options . Looking forward to staying there again

Our stay at the Kew Green was excellent. The room was large and well-priced. The room was clean and well-supplied with amenities. The front desk and cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is good, but there is nothing around the hotel for food and entertainment. We enjoyed the location because it was quiet and only about a 1km walk to the subway and Didi's was always close by. The hotel is only about 5 minutes from Hongqaio Airport. The free laundry usage was a wonderful bonus, especially since we stayed a week. The gym is functional for exercising. The breakfast is good. The only minor complaint about breakfast is that sometimes they would run out of items later in the morning and not refill them. In summary, we would stay at the Kew Green without hesitation when we return to Shanghai.

到了酒店樓下，才發現是之前住過的一家，真是反覆的吸引我哈哈哈。酒店樓下就是免費停車場，很方便安全。酒店環境比較好，設施都比較新，衞生很好。電視可以投屏，面積很大，住的很舒服
