Need small shop for food and dinner in the restaurant absooutely the same every time. Prices and location very good.

The hotel was a bit older, but not in bad condition. Staff was friendly. Food was OK.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was Chinese and a bit western. They had some amazing pancakes! The pool was beautiful and clean and they even had a sauna. Overall the star was really really good!

房間挺大的，雙床1.35米，一直能看到阿姨在打掃，衞生可以。小朋友玩的地方不多，一個小動物園，孔雀山雞，一衹小香豬和一衹兔子，並不是僅對酒店住客開放。這兩天直逼30度，房間是中央空調，設定還是2 6度，打給前台的解決方案是關空調開窗。有小朋友，也不敢開陽台門，太熱了。

房間據説給升級了，有個小陽台很不錯，居然還看到了兩場煙花🎆，空調很足太熱了，最後關了才感覺正好。 早餐麪條最合心意了，沒有熟炒的綠色蔬菜有點失望。早餐説是10:00結束，結果9:50就開始收攤了，對於5鑽酒店，這樣不合適，以後還是説9:30結束比較好，這樣拖個半小時反而服務體驗好。 小小動物園受到了小童的喜愛，説是不能餵動物自帶食品，這個可以理解，食品安全問題以及食物量的問題，但沒人管理，如果酒店能提供一點食物供大家喂喂就好了，據説原本有羊不見了，可憐了。 停車免費很不錯，服務員態度也很好，就是那個啥會員註冊竟然地域沒有 中國 選項，***** ，反覆找了三遍，也是醉了。

門口大爺再次是擺設 插兜看你車來車往 是不是還看不到人 更別提給你開車門拿行李了 上次來帶了箱子他還在那邊瘋狂打電話激情聊天 服務：差 前台不知道啥意思 之前也住過各種房型 所以這次特意再次定的最貴的大床房 被安排在很低樓層 之前定過幾次這個價位的行政套房之下就是這個價位的大床房 床品明顯更舒適 一次性用品也都是和其他價位房間不一樣包裝 房間也更大 配置智能馬桶 但這次不知道為什麼安排了個沒任何差的房間 那我定最便宜的那一檔房間不就ok 何必定這個 衞生：一般

每年這個時候都會來這裏住幾天，有健身和游泳孩子特別喜歡，附近還有商場（外賣也可以叫 方便），大堂服務也特別暖心，滿足我們要求非常感謝！房間乾淨，還能泡澡🛁，陽台看看外面 舒服的…繞夏陽湖可以晨跑 遠離市區喧鬧聲，下次還會來。
