Questo hotel è ormai diventato una casa lontano da casa. La dimensione della camera standard è buona ed è abbastanza spaziosa per il prezzo da pagare. Le camere hanno un buon bagno, con servizi igienici giapponesi e uno spazio per appendere i vestiti. Inoltre ogni camera è dotata di ferro e asse da stiro solo per mettere in ordine il tuo aspetto prima della partenza. Il personale è incredibilmente cordiale e disponibile, fornendo assistenza per tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno. La colazione ha una vasta gamma di cibo per prepararti per la giornata dopo un sonno molto confortevole nel loro letto. Come ospite abituale, mi è stato concesso il lusso di alloggiare in una delle loro camere più grandi e, essendo di oltre 6 piedi, è uno dei migliori letti in cui abbia dormito a Shanghai. La posizione è a circa 10 minuti dalla metropolitana, che si trova in cima a un centro commerciale, a 15 minuti di auto da Laoweijie (una strada con diversi ristoranti e bar in stile occidentale). In alternativa, la piccola Tokyo è a soli 15 minuti a piedi con alcuni ottimi bar di whisky. Se questo non è il tuo stile, ci sono molti negozi e ristoranti locali per soddisfare le tue esigenze. Consiglio vivamente di soggiornare qui a chiunque desideri soggiornare un po' fuori dal centro di Shanghai, vicino all'aeroporto e alla stazione ferroviaria di Hongqiao.

Great stay again ! Happy to return back to this hotel. Convenient location for leisure and business mix. To get to both hong qiao , Pudong and downtown via taxi or metro which is about 5-10 mins walk. Staff are super helpful with any enquiries, courier help and welcoming - makes you feel at home away from home. View from the back is local hood, front is park, they don’t allow outsiders to roam around upstairs , deliveries are by robot to the rooms. Small self service laundry down stairs with a few cardio machines.

It’s really a good experience to stay in this hotel. Breakfast was good with lots of variety,those are really helpful for international travelers. Staff of this hotel are really friendly & helpful. Only I faced one problem with the AC of the room,which was not that much cool.Except this everything was fantastic.

Staff very friendly, good breakfast, room clean and smart toilet like japan. Very near garden and supermarket. Housekeeping cleaning room every day, I'm stayed 2 nights, very happy here. I think hotel far from MRT. But u can walk maybe 10 minutes or rental bicycle.

Convenient location and staff are very helpful. A wide variety of food for the breakfast. It would be much better if hot dishes are on a heat stove and lids are used to cover them.

The staff were really helpful and helped with every request. Booking taxis etc Breakfast is ok with lots of choice but I personally would have preferred more fruit but you cannot please everyone. Room was big enough and clean but no idea how to work the toilet 😂😂 They should provide a step by step guide It’s a little out of the action but taxis are so cheap it is good to stay in a hotel further out and cheaper and pay for taxis Lovely stay thankyou to the staff

I was attending an event at the Millennium Hotel nearby and since that place REEKS of horrible perfume, I wanted to find something nearby. The Holiday Inn Express seems to be newly renovated and everything looked new and clean. The room is small, but they make good use of the space. The bed is very comfortable and you have a choice of clearly marked soft or hard pillows. It’s very close to Line 10, so that’s convenient, and there are plenty of small restaurants and shops nearby. There were a lot of choices for breakfast, but nothing very delicious. Everything was either greasy or (unintentionally) cold. Despite seeming attention paid to making sure that things are clean and well-presented, every towel in my room - from bathmat to bath towel to hand towel - was old and frayed. Also, the iron , despite have a neatly tied cord, had a gigantic red blob on it, and multiple black smears. Housekeeping had to have seen these when they wound the cord and placed the iron away, yet they left it in that condition. Otherwise, I’d definitely recommend the hotel and stay there again if I were to be in that part of town.
