Maybe its just older but it could have been cleaner. Location is great for shopping.

Very pleasant to stay in. The room was very clean and service was friendly and prompt with the needs of the guests.

Quiet and very clean. The breakfast bar was just enough to get you up and started for the day. We decided to stay for an extra night thus giving us more time in Gatlinburg. All and all it was a comfortable stay.

It seemed ok when we got there then the second day we left a whole day early due to bed bugs!!!! We checked out immediately and I tried to get a refund and they never call back and are never available.

Nice and clean place to stay. Very convenient to most tourist attractions. The beds were very comfortable for me.

The property charges a $60 deposit, which is not advertised. They property demands payment of the deposit in cash. If you forget to pick up the deposit at the end of your stay, they will hold it for 30 days. Then you lose your $60. When checking out, you have to wait until they have staff to check your room. Since they don't accept deposits on credit cards, you have to deal with their delays. I don't recommend this property, because of the games they are playing on this. Other than that, the rooms are nice and clean, and the property is in a great location.

This hotel is extremely crappy. From the front desk lady being terribly rude and awful to the complete trashiness and filth of the exterior. I tried to cancel my reservation after only having booked one night previously that day and they would not grant my request. I chose not to stay here due to the awful staff at the front desk and the uncleanliness throughout, even tho I still had to pay. This is one of the worst hotels in this area snd I would avoid at ALL costs!!

The bathtub is terrible paint peeling off and I had no heat she came and checked and kept telling me the room would warm up I slept in my clothes with four blankets the staff on the day I checked in was excellent the hotel needs some upgrades and some maintenance

The property was old and outdated, also had a musty feel. The bathroom could use a major overhaul, tub was peeling and the shower head was old, rusty and very dirty.

Booked through Travelocity - had 4 adults and one child. Travelocity said it had 2 queen beds and a pull out sofa - arrived and there was no pull out bed. Front desk staff said none of their rooms had a pull out sofa so it was ******* that had false advertising.

The location is great. The service mediocre. Especially the front desk lady that was there in the morning during check out.. she was pretty rude. We had a non smoking room ; however the blankets and covers had cigarette burns The bathroom oh boy where do I start. The tub was peeling and it was pretty worn down. It was not a pretty sight.. I guess I’m disappointed as we paid $189 total for a night and it did not meet our expectations.

We booked our room here at the Days Inn online the day before we were heading out it asked for a card to put on file in case we did not show and they would charge it . when we got there they told us they did not have a room saved under our name that the booking was canceled and when I asked the lady why it was canceled she said because it had to be paid in full on the card before we came down but online it did not say we had to pay in full it just asked to put a card on file in case we reserved a room and did not show. I’ve never stayed here before at this place and I don’t think I will anytime soon because on New Year’s eve weekend it’s hard to find a place to stay, but luckily we were able to.
