Il mio volo è arrivato tardi quindi ho soggiornato per una notte vicino all'aeroporto. Tuttavia, la distanza dal terminal all'hotel è lunga. Naturalmente Tune KLIA2, un hotel dello stesso gruppo, offre un servizio navetta gratuito, ma ogni due ore. Avrei quasi potuto andare nel centro di Kuala Lumpur mentre aspettavo e mi muovevo. Nonostante la distanza fosse notevole, le camere erano pulite e il servizio del personale era eccellente. La colazione era da asporto e aveva due opzioni. Sarebbe una buona scelta per chi viaggia in economia.

Il personale mi ha organizzato la stanza 151. La stanza era accanto al parcheggio. Accanto alla stanza c'era un albero dove avevano nidificato centinaia di uccelli. Inoltre la stanza è accanto all'impianto di climatizzazione dell'edificio ed è molto rumorosa. In sintesi, quella notte non sono riuscito a dormire bene a causa dei forti rumori tutta la notte. Sia il suono degli uccelli che il suono dell'impianto di climatizzazione La camera aveva pochissimi servizi, solo 2 bottiglie d'acqua, 2 saponette, 1 tubetto di shampoo e 2 asciugamani. 1 telo da bagno, elettricità rotta, ventilatore rumoroso nella stanza Bisogna accendere il ventilatore perché il condizionatore non è molto fresco. Colazione ordinaria Chiunque salga al T1, si prepari a concedere almeno mezz'ora. Tra i terminal viaggiare non è così conveniente come pensi. I treni sono abbastanza lontani e costano 4 ringgit a persona. L'autobus è gratuito ma corre tranquillo, fermandosi ad aspettare le persone al parcheggio prima di entrare nel Terminal 1.

I stayed at the Ibis Hotel, and just back to sydney last night . it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The hotel is pristine, very new, and offers huge pools that are never crowded. I particularly loved the awesome poolside gym and lounge. The breakfast hall is enormous and serves a fantastic breakfast. The rooms are beautiful and come equipped with thoughtful amenities like nail files and shaving blades. During my stay, the pool was so serene that I often found myself as the only person there. The spa was incredible, spacious, and professionally managed. Maria, the masseuse, was excellent, and after a 40-minute massage, all the pain from my 13-hour flight was gone. I fell in love with this hotel. As always, Ibis Hotel never disappoints! I will definitely visit this hotel again, even if it's just between flights, For a masaage and a body scrub and hair wash and blow out wheich they do xx Their generosity stood out when they offered me a free breakfast at 6:30 AM before I caught the complimentary shuttle to the airport. Yes, the shuttle service to and from the airport is free! Oh also i checked in at 11 a.m altho the check in time was at 3pm. My short trip to Malaysia was made even more memorable thanks to the Ibis Hotel. Highly recommended! Xx

Nuovo hotel, buona TV, buon aria condizionata, ma colpisce nella testa del letto.Ho ottenuto un aggiornamento gratuito in camera finestrata (ma non apre). Vicino a un pranzo locale (simplificato) e vicino a una porta è un caffè con le cose da paniere. Puoi raggiungere questo con l'autobus dall'aeroporto, STAND B10 al livello 1 di KLIA2 (esito 3 o 5 non ricordo), lo stesso autobus si accende anche a KLIA1, l'autobus si ferma (a richiesta) circa 100 metri dall'hotel e i costi 3MYR. paghi direttamente al conducente. Chiedi aiuto ai locali o guarda le carte mentre vai.

Room is clean and we are given a room not facing the road so its good. Have a quiet night before our flight. Near to klia. Recommended for a short stay before flying. Definitely will come back again.

However, it could benefit from having more sofas or seating areas for visitors waiting to check in. This small improvement would greatly enhance the comfort of the guests. For Muslim travelers, the convenience of having Surau An-Nur Kasturi Heights right in front of the hotel entrance is a significant advantage. It makes attending prayers very easy and accessible. If you’re interested in shopping, MesaMall is a nearby shopping complex that you can visit. It's just a short distance from the hotel and offers a variety of stores and dining options. Additionally, if you want to try some local food, you can easily have it delivered to the lobby using food delivery apps like Shopee Food. This adds a great level of convenience, allowing you to enjoy local cuisine without leaving the comfort of the hotel. In conclusion, despite the slightly lengthy check-in process, my stay at this hotel was enjoyable, and I would recommend it for its excellent facilities, convenient location, and the added convenience of nearby amenities and food delivery options.

Il mio soggiorno è stato super piacevole e mia nipote gode davvero della piscina! Ricordate, la piscina condivisa con la residenza shaftbury e sono piscina d'acqua salata! La piscina è molto grande, assicuratevi di portare la vostra abito da nuoto, non la rimpiangerete! Non c'erano scarpe in camera, ma abbiamo aperto tutti i trattori, ma non abbiamo trovato nessuna; probabilmente doveva chiedere dalla ricezione, ma non c'è niente di male, perché il suo pavimento non è piastrelle né legno duro. I servizi del personale, come sempre dal gruppo Accor, sono di alta qualità. Ci sono ascensori diversi da parcheggio (parchiamo al B1) all'altro piano, il personale ci aiuta anche a puntare nella direzione giusta. Assicurati di portare il TnG con te per poterla convalidare per parcheggio gratuito. Ho prenotato via Trip per venire con colazione, ma il ragazzo non si è deluso. Il buffet del colazione, come il mio precedente soggiorno in un altro Mercure hotel, SUPERB! Kudos al cuoco che serviva e fece il panino croissant da tavola a tavola, amava il loro croissant e le loro riempimenti! Kudos al cuoco che mi preparava la spazzatura come ho chiesto. E anche al delizioso lemak nasile. Inoltre, quella sorprendente crema di ghiaccio per colazione che, ovviamente, è la più piacevole per mia nipote. Solo che siamo andati a colazione molto tardi alle 9:00, quindi il riempimento è un po' lento su alcuni cibi, ma ancora possiamo gustare quasi tutti (eccetto la stazione di noodle). e il ristorante usato per il buffet del colazione è così grande che si può stare lontano da altri ospiti.

I just stayed at Moxy Putrajaya, right next to IOI Mall, and honestly, it was awesome. From the moment I arrived, I felt totally recognized – the crew called me by name which made a huge difference and made me feel right at home. The room was spotless, with loads of thoughtful touches in the amenities that made my stay super comfy. But the real highlight? The people! The crew was all about fun and super friendly vibes. I met Dharmen at the bar and chatted with a couple of trainees – their energy and engagement were off the charts. They made sure everyone was having a good time, recommended some cool spots to check out, and really went the extra mile to make my stay special. The whole a**osphere at Moxy is both lively and chill, perfect whether you’re there to relax or looking to mingle and have a good time. Thanks to the Captain, for organizing all this.
