Dash Box Hotel Cyberjaya

The swimming pool was superb. But very dissapointed with toilet conditions, seems like poor maintainance . Hopefully the management can improve in future.

Amazing we had a room right in front of the pool, it's also great that even at night the water felt warm. There were only 2 slides but it's enough for even an adult to enjoy the pool. Less a star as there was no bath mat and hand towel. The hotel has limited food choices but grab and foodpanda is in abundance. Parking space right in front of the door was also very convenient especially if you bring kids and have a lot of luggage. Overall my kids enjoyed the short stay.

Nice View. But pool consider not clean. Full of dry leaves. Some of the guest play in the pool without proper wear. Like just sleeping suit. But nobody staff or guard to control. The room full of hair and mamee snack on the floor. Terrible expirience in their restaurant. Take forever to serve. We order pizza, mushroom soup, chicken tender and salmon salad and lemon tea(rm14). Cost around rm110+. This price had cancel mushroom soup. (super salty) Only pizza can put in mouth. (no fresh basil like show in menu). Small salad bowl cost rm30 exclude 10% and 6%tax yet. Chicken tender come with a drumstick steak. 😵💫 French friea like reheat many times. The price absolutely not worth to wait so long and pay. No return. Not recommend. Oh yea, dont expect hotel supplies same like photos show. And the room full of rusted. Becox they use alot of iron furniture. Total different. Sorry no picture provide. U can visit if u dont believe. 😅

Very nice location at heart of Cyberjaya, easy to acces and we can park at the front of our unit. The check in process also easy and warm welcoming by staff. The most attractive is the swimming pool is wide and open until night. the only thing hotel need to be done is CLEANLINESS in the bathroom. I dont want to mention here but management need to take it seriously. I have stayed here several time and the condition getting worse.

Best features is the pool of course serene atmosphere and nice surroundings.

This hotel is great for families stay. The pool view is fantastic. My child love the view and pool, ofcourse.

Pros - Nice welcome by the hotel counter staff. The check out process was also made easy. The swimming pool was good and kid friendly if u are to bring your kids along. There is a big “Dash Box” trademark on entrance to swimming pool. Location is also in middle of Cyberjaya with some nearby fast food restaurants Cons - Stayed there few days but there was no any day the room was cleaned up every day or every other day. However apperance of the room u got on arrival will like that throughout stay as hotel staff will never enter your room back to clean up, replace toiletries or mineral water bottles. Rubbish needs to be left outside the room every day if u need it to be removed by hotel. Even by putting rubbish outside the room hotel staff will never enter the room to clean up or change toiletries. The toiletries will never be replaced by hotel and you need to use the same toiletries you got on arrival throughout the stay especially body wash, shampoo, a soap and toothpaste. The 2 mineral water bottles you got on arrival will be the only mineral water provided by the hotel throughout the stay. Just imagine if u are to stay there for a week. U need to get your own toiletries and mineral water rest of your stay as the ones provided will only last for a day or two. Same rule apply for the two towels provided too. It is probably ok to use same towels for 1-2 days but may not be for kore than that. Swimming pool at night is full with mosquitoes. Be reminded to wear a long sleeve cloth and pant if to stay around swimming pool at night Considering this kind of service provided by hotel (pros and cons) it does not seem to be worth for money or price paid. Prove me wrong. If no improvement by hotel management believe me u will see the same review will be given by other customers too

This is the most lousier hotel in Malaysia. I want complain Trips.com & hotel provide the unforgiving experience. I booked this hotel on 27th. But Trip.com show I book date is 26th. 26th I was stayed another hotel. When I reached this Dash hotel. They said will change date for me. They let My mother waited there for 5 hours not let her check In. They are truly a Ruthless company. This is government connections based hotel. Very very lousy environment, dirty environment & cheating hotel. I contact Trip.com at that time. Robot message not solve the problem for me. My money paid has burned. Trip.com also a not professional platform. The dash hotel is the lousy hotel in Malaysia. They kept asked me pay double. And lied my mom only 3pm can check-in. After that, they also said can not found booking number from their system. Later change excuses again, ask me pay extra money to them. I refused. One of their staff in counter agreed with me said they should refund my money if they refused let me stay in. Very disappointed. It’s part of culture in Malaysia
