Mediocre experience

Inizialmente volevo atterrare alle nove e dormire un po' prima di giocare di nuovo il giorno successivo, quindi ho scelto un hotel vicino non mi aspettavo che l'hotel fosse la piccola porta a vetri come quella nella foto 4~ Ero ancora confuso quando è stato menzionato il taxi. Mi chiedevo se l'avevo preso nel posto sbagliato, perché non c'era nessuna foto che lo mostrasse, quindi ho fatto un giro e ho chiesto, e mi sono assicurato ancora e ancora che i passanti dicessero che era così. e assomigliavo a MB. Cosa c'entra questo con l'introduzione dell'immagine? ? ? Dopo essere entrato, c'era un corridoio basso. La guardia di sicurezza mi ha chiamato di nuovo e mi ha chiesto di aspettare. Dopo aver lottato per quasi un'ora, mi è stato detto che non potevo fare il check-in. ? ? Non mi sono preoccupato troppo, perché non ero sicuro che fosse il responsabile dell'hotel e c'era solo una guardia di sicurezza. Il bambino aveva sonno, quindi ho prenotato rapidamente un altro hotel per prenotare un hotel di cui non avevo mai sentito parlare. Ho prenotato un Hilton e sono arrivato in hotel: sono le 2, quindi posso dormire un po'~

The location was great, mall, restaurants, groceries, shops just walking distance. The room was clean, easy to check in.  Small leaking in the toilet hose. But, overall everything was good. 👍

Comfy beds and convenient location near grocery stores. However, the house was infested with cockroaches, they came out at night and even flying. The cabinets, plates, and utensils had a strong cockroach smell, and unfortunately, the towels also had a bad odor, just like they hadn’t been washed.

Security was good. Logbook security. Access card required from parking to Soho suite. Whatsapp owner to get instructions on how to check-in. Clear instructions. Location wise. Kipmall, ninso, food truck , laundry just below the building. Soho suite with pool view. For future, maybe owner can provide washing machine so tenant can do laundry inside. Only 2 towel provided, despite having 3 people in booking. Good for short stay.

Great place BUT nearly did not get to check in. Communication skills zero. Day before I messaged asking for checkin details. No reply. Then I call the number. Not work. Land in KL on my checkin day and still no response. So to and fro with Trip.com to get this sorted. They were brilliant and got resolved. However, not appreciate the stress of sitting around at the airport trying to book somewhere else as thought I had been scammed.

The room was nice. The place is near the shop and supermarket, which is very convenient. However, the elevator is under maintenance, so it is quite scary.

Nice studio apartment for transit and transfer to KLIA. Massive space with a comfortable queen size bed. It is enough for couples like us. There are many shops and malls strategically located at KIP. Everything all at once. For sure worth it. I will definitely stay at the this area again in the future. Overall, I'm satisfied.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel offers the best view, and everything was in excellent condition, from the cleanliness to the amenities provided. All items were well-maintained, and the room was cozy and comfortable. We had a peaceful night’s sleep and truly enjoyed our time here. Highly recommended!

Strategic location for a transit passenger. Easy to get grab car in the morning. Check in Instructions is clear
