The waterpark and other amenities were really great. Staff was nice and informative. It was clean. Like the water park however if they can provide more things for people to do such as basketball court tennis. The hotel also had plenty for the kids to do and the water park was clean and not over crowded. The environment was family friendly and clean I was so impressed with how clean the room and towels were! so clean ! We enjoyed every moment of it! We had a great time!

I queue up for one and the half hour to check in to this hotel. They just opened two counters to let us check in on Public holiday. I reached at 3:30pm and I was surprised that the lobby full of people waiting and queuing. Some more the lobby had no more place to sit. And I stand for 1.5hours for queuing , my kids and family all standing at the cafe to wait for check in, luckily my mum in law got a chair to sit. Finally we checked in at 5:10pm. I hope that hotel management will look into this issues. Before this, I had never been waiting so long to check in at others hotel. Thank you.

Controlliamo in questo hotel a 16/9/2022 per 1 notte per evento di matrimonio vicino. Era un check-in tardivo a causa della traccia di traffico da Johor. L'hotel sembra un'offerta dall'esterno. La stanza era abbastanza spaziosa. Prima di entrare, chiediamo già alla reception di informare che abbiamo un conducente disabili che ha bisogno di un parcheggio vicino al lobby. Per le informazioni, il loro parcheggio è situato sull'edificio opposto, multi-storey che è inconveniente per noi. La ricezione ci dà l'approvazione di parcheggiare all'aperto, ma quando arrivamo all'hotel, la sicurezza non ci permetteva di parcheggiare, anche se gli abbiamo detto che abbiamo già ottenuto l'approvazione. I just stayed at Moxy Putrajaya, right next to IOI Mall, and honestly, it was awesome. From the moment I arrived, I felt totally recognized – the crew called me by name which made a huge difference and made me feel right at home. The room was spotless, with loads of thoughtful touches in the amenities that made my stay super comfy. But the real highlight? The people! The crew was all about fun and super friendly vibes. I met Dharmen at the bar and chatted with a couple of trainees – their energy and engagement were off the charts. They made sure everyone was having a good time, recommended some cool spots to check out, and really went the extra mile to make my stay special. The whole a**osphere at Moxy is both lively and chill, perfect whether you’re there to relax or looking to mingle and have a good time. Thanks to the Captain, for organizing all this. Can’t wait to go back to Moxy Putrajaya. If you’re looking for a place with fun vibes and thoughful spirited people, this is it. Totally recommend!

During our stay around 3am-4am the Aircond was leaking and there is no help provided after we informed the reception in first few minutes. After we screw them up only they do the work little faster. We ended up move to other room. Poor kids really struggled during that late night. Service was poor they only take action after I started to make noise about it. Other than it was okay. Everything is chargeable at this hotel. So check with reception upfront before placing any request.
