Such a great experience

Great location with Metro and bus stop close by and Lotte department store and shopping centre nearby.

The room was nice and had an excellent view. Enjoyed the winter vibe at the hotel. I would like to visit here again soon. Also the hotel managers were really kind.

Very Good

The room is huge. We stay for 8 nights this time. We can wash our clothes in the room. Cleanup of our room everyday. There is Olivia Young shop opposite to the hotel and Lotte supermarket is close by. Less than 10 mins walk to the MTR. I stay in this hotel a few times already. No disappointment 😊

Very nice apartment. Very spacious Location is really good because just closed to the subway. And it is line 2 which is going to Seoul center. Apartment was very clean. The view of our apartment was not so fabulous but we arrived always very late so absolutely not a problem for us! Recommend !

Generally, we were happy with our 4 nights' stay at the hotel. The staff were very polite and helpful. It is extremely convenient to access restaurants and cafeteria. Lotte shopping mall is just beside the hotel. Just cross over the road and would be able to find Olive Young shop. The only downside is, quite distant from the town area such as Myeongdong. But with a merely less than 5-minute walk to the Mrt Station, it is still considered convenient for us in terms of transportation.

The hotel room is big but a bit old. No cooking wares for the kitchen. Need extra fee for the swimming pool

I have stay for 3 nights in this hotel. The room is big and good for family trip. but when I want to have one more pillow and quilt, it should pay extra money for that. The quilt is dirty and they did not change it. every extra thing should be pay. I have told the reception and request for late check out. they agree for the late check out at 11:20 am. but still ring the room phone when 11:05 and urge me to check out by saying that should be check out at 11:00. that make me feel quite uncomfortable. since they agree to late check out at 11:20.

房間不是傳統賓館，更像民宿。 有超大客廳，廚房有電磁爐、標準冰箱、烤箱微波爐一體機、紅酒櫃還有鍋碗刀叉等全套廚具，卧室和衞生間也非常大。 卧室倆個單人床拼的大床能睡三個人，客廳沙發也能變成床睡人，但是加被子一個需要25000韓幣，樓下就是地鐵站還有百貨大超市非常方便。唯獨一個缺點就是水壓小沖澡衹有小水流。

リピーターです。 素晴らしいホテルです。 フロントの方も親切です。 聖水までもお散歩がてら歩ける距離です。ロッテデパート、eマートも隣接していてとても便利です。 オススメです

房間空間很棒，衞生不錯，但是設施很老舊了，尤其是牆紙，很臟的牆紙。服務沒得説，非常好，前台還是打掃衞生的大姐都超熱情的。樓下就有emart很方便

아이들과 넓은곳에서 너무 잘 보내고 왔어요 숙소가 너무 넓어서 답답함없이 없었어요 우선 넓고 위치도 우리가 가는곳, 롯데월드 , 키자니아, 등등 멀지 않아 위치적으로도 좋았고 지하철과 백화점 이마트도 가까워서 편하게 쇼핑이나 장도 봐서 숙소에서 식사도 할 수있었어요 보안도 좋고 직원분들도 친절하셔서 즐거운 아이들과 서울여행 마무리 할 수 있었어요 3박4일동안 지냈는데 청소도 깔끔히 해주시고 다음에 또 방문하고 싶네요!

Номер был огромный. Кровати очень удобные. Все красиво сделано, но немного заброшено что ли Пыль на полках, разводы на столе и поверхностях.
