The hotel’s surrounding environment is nice, with a quite spacious park and many restaurants and shops. It is not in a shopping center, but all Yinchuan’s business centers are within easy reach of taxis.

I had already stayed in the same room 2 nights with a great experience. Then i was okey to expand my staying one more night at the same room. When i go to reception, it was a little bit crowded. I explained my situation and the lady in the reception told me there is no any room at the hotel. Then, i saw availability on trip.com then Mr.Brook at the reception helped me a lot to secure my same room. This was great help for me. Thanks Mr. Brook for your solution. At night I ordered a tiramisu but the restaurant told me they are in out of stock. If you are running out of stock you can delist the related products. You should definitely try the lamb soup. It was very delicious. Overall; Wanda Realm in Yinchuan provides great experience. It’s worth it to try. Thanks Wanda Realm Family.

Great hotel, nice rooms, highly recommended

Wansa Realm was a goos hotel, the only downfall was that the swimmin pool was under renovation...Breakfast was amazing, would love to stay again

What originally was meant to be a one-night stay ended up being four nights because we enjoyed it so much! The hotel is super clean and the rooms are nice. Breakfast was plentiful, tasty, and varied. We were not familiar with the Wanda Realm hotel chain before, but will definitely look at others on future trips around China. The entire staff was so kind and attentive. Would stay here again 100%! Special thanks to Brook, Director of Rooms, for super customer service and his helpful English skills.

Service is not bad

房間還行比較安靜， 但是煙味太大， 傢俱偏舊，看起來不夠乾淨，需要更新一下， 第一天入住時清潔不太好，其他幾天還不錯； 酒店前台的服務水平還需要提升，12:50問有沒有午餐，前台的一位小妹説要等到五點，全靠另一位工作人員糾錯説2樓的餐廳營業中，不然要遭餓昏過去， 酒店工作人員的服務態度蠻好，包括做清潔的小姐姐， （沒有拍房間照片，衹拍了餐廳望出去的風景，銀川的天氣蠻好，氣温不高還有風～～） 希望在房間除味上多多加強！

自助餐太不值168元一位。最無語最大跌眼鏡的是，我們體驗5樓游泳，進去遊了一個小時，突然出來一男一女，告訴我們在游泳館裏等候也必須穿泳衣，問其什麼規定，他説口頭規定，態度極其惡劣。問他為什麼其他人也不穿泳衣可以在場內等候，回答説因為是學游泳的孩子家長。而且手裡拿着棍子作出驅趕我們的動作，簡直匪夷所思。這樣的管理亂象，太有損萬達品牌，也有損信譽！

非常滿意的一次入住體驗，首先停車方便，入住登記也沒有等太久，前台盡力滿足各種需求，由於帶着小孩直接升級了大套房，非常非常的大氣還沒住進去就感覺自己賺翻了，套房將近一百平，裝修偏商務加點奢華，一家都很滿意。附近吃喝玩樂還算方便，酒店後面就有一排餐飲適合下樓簡餐，房間冷氣非常給力，床品舒適，每個細節都是乾淨整潔，強迫症如我也挑不出一點不好，客房服務有求必應，外賣可以機器人，孩子舒服的泡在酒店呆了一個下午不願出門吃飯。 總結，如果我還會來第二次寧夏那我還是會首選銀川富力萬達嘉華酒店。

衞生間吊頂如此？ 踢腳線不維修？ 早餐的盤子都是水噠噠的，有烘乾消毒？ 車輛號碼入住時給了，出行還要自己付費，員工為啥不錄車牌？ 722房間一陣黴味 有要求的，不推薦入住

8號離店時下雨，門口安保劉師傅冒雨幫忙叫出租車，特別感謝，此處也體現出酒店服務管理的細節所在，還有就是今天早上7點多因按金情況致電前台溝通，前台接電話小姐姐態度耐心，語氣温柔，及時説明情況，很滿意。

帶着小孩來的，酒店給升級了房間。房間很大，很乾凈。最讓人驚喜的就是房間很乾凈，前台小姐姐服務、態度也很好，下次來還會選擇入住。強烈推薦。

本來想着拼床的，移開以後發現全是灰，真是太臟了，隱蔽位置，也該定期打掃一下吧。讓加一個被子，卻送來一個被心，一個被套？然後問用不用幫忙套？太不專業了吧。最後沒用！被子黑黑的。有點惡！前台服務員態度冷漠就算了，活還不專業，感覺好次，撐死就4星，不能再多了，熱水也不熱，放半天，浴缸形同虛設，非常不推薦住這裏，衞生，安靜，熱水好是任何一家酒店還具備的基本條件。

酒店位置不錯，附近有大型商場，旁邊還有公園，離博物館也很近，酒店前台的服務很好，都很熱情，也很有耐心，還主動幫我升級了房間，房間衞生打掃及時，整體乾淨，整潔，阿姨衞生做的也很仔細，認真，過來開會住了幾天、覺得很滿意👍
