Windows can’t lock and smoking smells.

Positives: The room is very nice and spacious and clean. The pool is quite nice and provides towels. Negatives: Shower was either very hot or cold. No adjustment possible. Pool wasn't heated so a little cold. Location was terrible. Within a few km of the airport but took an hour by taxi due to horrendous traffic and tiny roads. Nothing nearby except 7-11 and cheap massage. Gym was broken and out of service. Breakfast was super chinese style and even poor for that.

Bed is hard as rock. I booked for 4 days and I have to move to better hotel / very noisy / Chinese tour dropping off . I have non smoking king bedroom . And guess what smell like smoked . They moved me to the corner room which is smaller but that’s ok.. now at 8 am.. you hear all staff with loud walkie talkie on in the echo walk way outside . Poor cleanliness . Let’s talk about buffet .. poor quality of food . Whatever you see on the promotion is nothing like it . Hotel got run down . Probably good for transit for one night . Do not recommended for extended stay . Also balcony door it’s not sound proof . Even you are on the 9th floor , you still can hear traffic outside .. it’s up to you .. this just my two cents .. and fyi

If you like to be around hundreds of loud and disrespectful Chinese I highly recommend this hotel. Their buses are constantly idling in front of the reception ensuring a healthy air quality and noise level.

Firstly never again book to this hotel. Here is the list 1: very poor English no communication 2: lots of missing items in the hotel room like no soap slippers coffee tea ect. When ask they say no even in the list showing there are including 3: too Farr from everting even airport around 21km 4: place like day stay for tourists like 100 buses comes and goes every day too noisy even night time 5: sound proof in room is poor can hear everting outside of room. 6: hot and cold water in the room hardly adjustable and blockage in head units very slow water flow There are Lot to list but for a good traveler will understand this review well good luck.
