酒店共有7層樓高,有電梯設備，乾淨衞生，服務周到，是寬度為1米5的大床，而不是1米8的大床，（訂單上 標出的的是大於等於1.8米的大床）房間大約17個平方左右.交通便利，離新興地鐵站衹有百餘多米，還有自助的原磨咖啡喝。住酒店的性價比高。

酒店放超級大煙味，有啲辛苦，全部啲物件都吸曬煙味，洗手間去水有啲差，但overall都幾好。酒店附近有好多便利店(CU GS25 7-11)，亦都有幾多野食。

My friend and I stayed there for 5 nights, and it was better than what I expected for the price. It was quiet and clean. Location was good as well. Lots of places to eat around, and some of them
were open 24hrs, which was nice. Also, they had cases of bottled water in the hallway, so we had access to it anytime we wanted.

I stayed there for a week. I’ll definitely return to this hotel in the future if I travel to Seongnam.
The room conditions were excellent. Staffs were very helpful and patient although I used translate app to communicate with them.
PS: You can let the receptionist know that you’re a smoker or non-smoker so they’ll give you a suitable room.
