The location is far from the drivers and is located in an industrial area. Luggage transfer service does not exist. The welcome is weak. The cleanliness is good. Breakfast has some items and the staff does not add. The staff at the reception are few.

the room is nice, reception friendly. if for short stay is ok, long stay need to consider, since there was no restaurant, grocery shop nearby. no so much of choir for dinner and breakfast. gym facilities is excellent.

在這個酒店住的第二次了，總體環境不錯。 負二樓有健身房，游泳池，spa。 一樓大廳吃飯，味道也可以。

Service tres lent, j’ai du attendre 15 min pour que la réceptionniste trouve ma reservation malgré avoir montré la confirmation par mail avec le numero de reservation! Différence de prix énorme par rapport a votre site. On ma demander 100 euro pour la nuit alors que sur votre site j’ai payer 61 euro.

It's no different from a hostel. There is nothing to do except park the car and sleep at night. I think Wyndham should check it from time to time. Out of 5 points, breakfast 2.5 points, contrary to what they claim, there is no pool 0 points, room cleanliness 3 points, TV 2 points, hospitality 4 points, employee honesty 3 points, room silence 3 points.

They double charged me, once they charged at check in and then again at check out, and it was for the full amount. Ok, mistakes can happen, but I've been waiting for a refund from them since March (almost 9 months!!!). They keep forwarding me from one department to another. Wouldn't recommend this again.

I recommend 100% for anyone to book in ramada I have a great experience ☺️ with all sides. They deserve more than 10of 10 mark. All people I met was helpful and friendly 🙂. I'm glad 😊 to book next time with them.

15 Ekim tarihinde üç gece kalmak üzere girişte peşin alınan ücret karşılığında,dışarısı 12 derece iken çalışmayan ısıtma sistemi ve ilgisiz bir yönetim yüzünden buz gibi odada kalma mecburiyeti.Çok kötü, denemenizi tavsiye etmem.Şikayet ettiğim her seferde hemen bakıyoruz mazereti ve umursanmadığını geri dönüş yapmayarak anlamanız .

Angeblich ein 5 Sternehotel aber ich würde denen nicht einmal 1 Stern geben. Wir mußten wegen Flugberspätung eine Nacht über Pegasus in dem Hotel übernachten, weil wir wegen der Verspätung unser Anschlussflug nicht mehr erreichen konnten. Der nächste Flug war 1 Tag später am Abend. Unfreundliches Personal, Mittagessen und Abendessen bestand aus Döner und Reis. Ich glaube sogar, die haben den Döner vom Mittag am Abend wieder erwärmt uns nocheinmal serviert. Ich möchte nicht gemein sein und erwäne das sogenannte Köfte am Abend auch noch erwähnen. Nicht einmal meine Katzen hätten das Fraß gegessen. Das Hotel liegt auch ziemlich Abseits von der Zivilisation und rundherum Einöde oder Werkstätte. Angeblich soll das Hotel ein Spabereich besitzen, aber als ich danach fragte, hieß es, die würden gerade den Spabereich reparieren. Es wäre natürlich auch möglich, daß die Doppelstandars haben und die Pegasusgäste schlechter behandeln. Also ich würde jedenfalls dieses Hotel niemandem empfehlen.
