Hotels con pick-up a Sea Tac

Ho scelto di rimanere qui dopo il mio volo 9-hour dal Giappone, per superare la traiettoria. Ero rimasto qui prima e mi piaceva, ma questa volta il mio soggiorno era medio. L'hotel ha un odore molto forte, quindi ho aperto la finestra solo per capire che la mia seconda stanza era facilmente accessibile dal pavimento. Hanno aggiunto una nuova lavanderia, ma è nel parcheggio, che mi fa sentire insicurezza. Inoltre, le strutture come la navetta e il centro espresso libero erano a posto. Lo consiglierei per un rilascio, ma non per una vacanza.

Room was very clean and spacious. The staff was very courteous and accommodating, especially the driver who transported us from the airport. This was our first visit to Seattle, and because we are getting on a cruise ship it is a very short one, but it will be a memorable visit because of the hotel stay.

While the property is clean & well located near SeaTac terminals and rental car center, the property is clearly very old and suffers from a host of infrastructure problems (poor draining sink, flickering lights, difficult to regulate temperature in shower, overall damp smell, creaking floors & thin walls). Staff was however quite friendly, and for one or two nights its perfectly serviceable. Airport noise was noticeable and while I don't mind it at all, a light sleeper might have a more difficult time.

The front desk lady at morning was so rude I ask to keep my baggage because flight was at evening while i check out time was at 12. She replied we don't have this service but finally she kept my baggage. 

Greatest stay for money in Airport area. No frills but half the price on hotwire hot deal. Very well maintained hotel, with free shuttle from airport. Staff was great, rooms and bathroom were clean. The area has nothing around and a bit industrial....but for a 1 night 'stay' before cruising.....was perfect! Those who complain are looking for something more than a nice room/breakfast/staff for a night or two. This is not supposed to be a high end place....it doesnt have a high end price. Also, the shuttle took us to the light rail and we went downtown to the cruise port with our bags for $6 total ($3 each) instead of $66 in an uber. (We are able bodied and mobile.)

This is just a wonderful property, probably one of the best Hampton Inns I’ve ever stayed at (and I’ve been to at least 100). Close by airport, prompt shuttle service, underground parking, and immaculately clean. Quick, professional check in, easy to get to rooms. Always an excellent breakfast spread, it’s well stocked and very clean - thank you Jeyralin! Also thank you to front desk Chris and Nicole. All are wonderful, professional people who make this one of the best Hilton properties around! Look forward to my return!

I was a bit concerned about staying here due to some negative reviews but in the end, everything went well and I had a wonderful stay. I needed a one night stay at a hotel in Seattle near the airport as I was arriving in the evening and had to be back at the airport the following morning. I was going to be in the hotel less than 10 hours so I did not want to spend a lot of money. I booked the Seatac Inn because it is very close to the airport and I needed a reliable shuttle. The shuttle driver was very prompt and very polite the two times I used the shuttle. The receptionist was very helpful. The room was fine and clean and very basic, shower was great, basically what I expected for the price I paid. No complaints from me at all. The bath towels were a bit small and I could hear noise from the busy road but not enough to interfere with my sleep. Those things really weren’t important to me. I needed an inexpensive hotel with a reliable shuttle, close to the airport and a room that was clean and safe, even if it was a bit dated and SeaTac Inn delivered. I traveled as a single middle-aged female and I did feel safe in the hotel room. I would use this hotel again if I ever needed an overnight stay near the Seattle airport.

My recent stay at this Hampton Inn left much to be desired. The problems started before I even arrived on the property. First, their airport shuttle was an absolute nightmare. After waiting 58 minutes (yes, we timed it), calling three times (with promises that ”it's on its way!), and never seeing it show up, I had to Uber to the hotel. It was a pain in the butt. Adding insult to injury, when we got to the hotel, the shuttle was just parked outside the entrance with no one to drive it. Literally sitting in the hotel parking lot! Other guests were grumbling as they checked in, so it wasn't just my experience. The hotel clearly has no intention of running the shuttle service they promise, and they should not advertise having an airport shuttle. Problem two was with the staff, who seemed more interested in slacking off than providing service. Their apathetic attitude made me feel like I was interrupting a group of stoners at a hangout rather than being welcomed as a guest. Despite being a Hilton Diamond member, there were no benefits to speak of (no room upgrades, no bottled water, no ”thank you for being a Diamond member” greeting at the front desk, nothing). It was disappointing right from the start. Location-wise, the hotel is close to the airport and a light rail, but that comes at a cost: constant noise throughout the night. If you're looking for a quiet place to rest, this is not it. The interior of the hotel is dated, and while the room itself had been updated, it still felt run-down and uninviting. Something about it just seemed ”off,” like it was halfway to being modern but missed the mark. The lack of basic amenities was another issue. No water in the lobby, just lukewarm coffee and tea. The Wi-Fi was spotty at best, making it impossible to get any work done. And forget about grabbing food because there's nothing nearby and it's not walkable to any restaurants, so unless you want to Uber everywhere (which is crazy pricey in Seattle), you're stuck. There are some mediocre places that deliver at least. Unless you like $30 Uber rides from the airport, terrible service, and an overall uninspired experience, I can't recommend staying here. I certainly won't be coming back.

Il motel era in una posizione ideale per l'aeroporto. La stanza era pulita, ma media. Il personale era molto utile e amichevole, mi sento superiore alla media per aiutare i clienti. Il colazione aveva un buon colazione burritos e patate di salsa, e la maggior parte delle altre cose che si aspetta un motel aeroportuale per il colazione. Il WiFi aveva un problema, almeno per me. Il segnale WiFi si è mantenuto in e fuori per qualche motivo. Rimarrei in questo motel, dato il motivo per cui l'ho fatto questa volta.

La grande esperienza, ma l'ascensore non funzionava. Dovremmo portare il nostro bagaglio sulle scale. Ci hanno dato la possibilità di andare al primo piano, ma ci sono stati problemi di rumore. Io li userei di nuovo, perché i letti erano comodi.
