Questa era una riserva/estensione del mio soggiorno precedente. Ho chiesto una stanza più grande, perché il mio partner mi unirebbe. L'hotel ha accettato di fare il cambiamento. Ma proprio nel mezzo dell’operazione, il proprietario dell’hotel ha spinto il cameriere da parte e ha detto che non potevo cambiare le stanze in una voce rude e autoritaria. Il resto del soggiorno, il proprietario aveva un atteggiamento forte che avrebbe funzionato bene per l’esercito, ma non per l’industria ospite, che era al di sopra di un odore di meraviglia in tutto l’edificio, e la pulizia della stanza ogni tre giorni. Sono deluso nel soggiorno e non tornerò qui.

I recently traveled through Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SeaTac) and was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the bathrooms. As a frequent flyer, I've encountered my fair share of airport restrooms, but SeaTac truly stood out. Upon entering, the floors were spotless, and the stalls were well-maintained. The sinks gleamed, and there was an ample supply of soap and paper towels. What impressed me the most was the attention to detail—there were no unpleasant odors, and the mirrors were streak-free, which is often a rarity in busy airports. The staff seemed to be consistently checking and restocking supplies, ensuring that everything was in order. I even noticed a cleaning crew actively maintaining the area, which gave me confidence that cleanliness is a priority at SeaTac. Overall, my experience in the SeaTac bathrooms was refreshing and made my travel experience much more enjoyable. Kudos to the airport management for keeping these facilities in such excellent condition!

The room is clean and spacious , with the essentials amenities which are very good. There is a microphone inside the room for us to heat up the food , so convenient. One little downside is that the house keeping need to be informed 1 day ahead for making up our room which there is no sign telling us this information. But the housekeeping did a great job on room make up though.

Siamo arrivati in ritardo a questo hotel boutique. Il personale è amichevole ma il bar è stato chiuso al momento dell'arrivo. Torneremo al nostro prossimo viaggio a Seattle e restiamo qui. Molto conveniente, vicino all'aeroporto e vicino a 13 monete ristorante, vi suggerisco di visitare lì. Il loro servizio e cibo è costantemente buono.

Arrived earlier than check in time. The front desk was able to give me early check in additional $50 paid. Location was even nearer than I thought and so convenient. Room is clean and comfy and overall good experience. Will stay again if I fly to Seattle and need hotel near airport.

Overall the staff were friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. The corridors and overall look of the hotel were super dated and felt like I was stepping into a prison hallway. Could do a bit of work there to make it more welcoming. Instead of bringing amenities up to the room, the staff simply said they didn’t have anyone to do so- but three people were just standing at the reception chatting away. Don’t expect much, but a good room for a quiet nights sleep near the airport.

Per la prima volta, abbiamo avuto un breve licenziamento per il ritardo dei voli. Il personale del desk front è molto bello.La stanza è spaziosa e pulitaIl colazione è grande, con cibo caldo e frutta e bevande. Un ritiro è un po' rumore da quando è chiuso all'aeroporto. Lo consiglio.

Perfect place if / when accommodation is needed near Sea - Tac Airport. This hotel is very near and the complimentary shuttle service provided is operated by a really kind & helpful Larry . Junita at reception was also patient and nice ; the room was large & spacious , with an extremely comfortable king - sized bed + more than ample fluffy pillows ! Plus the gas fireplace in the lobby was a really nice touch . I would certainly recommend this hotel to any traveller wanting a good rest . Thumbs up !!

I paid the whole amount for 2 nights when I made a reservation through Trip.com (as the immediate payment was condition on the site). When checking in, I gave the hotel my credit card information for the security purpose (which is totally normal), however I noticed that I was doubled charged for the accomodation fee after I left the hotel. Please cancel the latter accomodation fee as soon as possible. Please let me know the direct email address to communicate on the detailed info of my reservation and payment. Thank you.

A AWSOME STAY,REALLY GREAT STAFF AS ALWAYS ,WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE OUR STAY AMAZING.We will be back again.
