This was a re-booking/extension of my previous stay. I asked for a bigger room as my partner would join me. The hotel agreed to make the change. But right in the middle of the transaction, the hotel owner pushed the clerk aside and said I couldn’t change rooms in a rude, authoritarian voice. The rest of the stay, the owner had a stubborn attitude that would work fine for the military but not the hospitality industry. This was in top of a musty smell throughout the building, and cleaning of the room every 3 days only. I’m disappointed in the stay and won’t return here.

Great place for overnight to catch a flight. Older facility (which is fine, did smell musty), extremely small elevator (limit 2 people) so if everyone is leaving when you are take the stairs, shuttle great but only runs once every hour, night staff we extremely pleasant and helpful, morning staff was more interested in looking at his phone not helping.

After a long day, we were sent to the wrong hotel room, at the very end of a very long hallway. Had to walk back down to check in to get new keys/room.

Very comfortable, quiet and friendly. Breakfast was great.
The parking was difficult because we have a big vehicle and the trash was piled up at the parking exit.
Other than that, our stay was fantastic. Thank you.

Property is close to Seatac airport, good shuttle service to & from airport, hotel is a little old yet very clean, quality of beds and pillows were 5 stars super comfortable, very clean bathroom and tub, only complaint I had was breakfast closes too early at 9am.

We stay here a few time a year. Very convenient to the airport. Shuttle is great and also drops us at near by restaurants . Good early breakfast .

The survey questions are irrelevant and asks nothing about the services provided by this hotel. After 45 minutes of waiting for the hotels curtesy shuttle at 11:30pm, I paid for a taxi. There was only one elevator for the entire building, making it difficult to access during rush check in time.
