Amazing and accommodating staff! Each one of the staff I interacted with was friendly and smiling. My wife and I booked the jacuzzi suite and it was roomy and well laid out! One tip would be to include some bubble bath :) The few ”negatives” are.... was 8/10 clean but overall nothing to complain about and bath robes were missing which they provided promptly when asked. I do wish a later checkout could have been accommodated (they did provide noon checkout) but hotel was packed so understandable. The staff checked in daily via text which was a first for us and great touch. Definitely will stay again if in Saskatoon and would recommend!!

My hockey team stayed at this hotel January 2022. It was -30 in Saskatoon, so I wore my winter jacket into the hotel, and I hung it in the closet. My team checked out of the hotel on Sunday and I left the hotel wearing a suit for my game. My team played our game and travelled back to our home town 4 hours away. Monday I realized I left my jacket in the closet. I called the hotel and was told someone already checked into the room and they would check with housekeeping. Housekeeping didn’t find my jacket.. hmmm not sure how well cleaning is done if you don’t notice a jacket in a closet. I know 100% it was hung and left in the closet and by my mistake I forgot it. I am very disappointed that housekeeping claims they didn’t find it.

Totally concur with previous 1 star reviews. Colonial is now a grade “F” dive that has shady and destitute looking people living there and lurking around. Colonial used to be a good, family motel years gone by, but it’s not even a shadow of its former status. After making our reservation, we phoned a couple of days in advance to see if we could check in early. Front desk staff said no problem. Then on arrival day, tried to check in 1 hour early and were told to come back at 3:00 pm, the regular check in time. Checked in at 3:00 pm and walked down hallway to room. Didn’t need to unlock door, as it was wide open and both beds were all ruffled and unmade! Housekeeping staff working in another room said they needed 5 more minutes to get our room ready. When room was supposedly ready, microwave oven was missing. Staff supplied one after we asked. Room didn’t look properly prepared and clean (and there was no fresh scent of cleaner), but we had to leave for several hours. Got back to room later that evening to settle down. Closer inspection at that point revealed very dirty floor. Next checked bed, lifted cover and found a curly hair on wrinkled sheets!!! Holy crap, the staff hadn’t changed the sheets!!! Had a sleeping bag in our vehicle, so brought that in room to sleep in, placed on top of second bed. Lost a lot of sleep, as we were awakened off and on for a couple of hours starting at 3:00 am with noise and commotion in hallway (drunk and loud talking, knocking on doors, doors banging shut, etc.). Shocked to find such a flea bag dump on 8th Street situated within a very good neighbourhood. Dives like this are to be expected on west side of Saskatoon, but certainly not on east side. People with nice houses across from Colonial must be aghast at what they have to look at now every day and the potential for crime. What a nightmare stay!! As seniors, this was -- hands down --- the worst motel/hotel experience ever!! At checkout next morning, tried to get a refund after explaining the nightmare details. Clerk was sheepish and said sorry, but he couldn’t do anything. What he then said took the cake: “Next time you come to stay, maybe the manager could work out some kind of discount.” Next time!!?? Not a snowball’s chance. Warning, loud and clear: DON’T STAY HERE!! In fact, don’t come anywhere near the place!! Period!!

Questo è il mio viaggio all'hotel a tutti i miei posti a Saskatoon. Rimango lì qualche volta al mese quando sono a Saskatoon per lavoro. Dormi bene quando ci sono e di solito non dormi bene negli hotel. Il servizio è davvero buono, l'hotel è molto pulito, le camere sono tranquille e in un buon quartiere. Il parcheggio è buono anche. Molto consigliato.

Aspettato 20 minuti per entrare. Questo era troppo lungo perché ho prepagato online. Non credevano che avessi prepagato per l'hotel online e era molto stressante cercare di controllare in affrontare il cosiddetto “manager”. Ho potuto dimostrare loro che era già prepagato. Ma una situazione molto stressante mi sentivo offensata da loro non credevano in me. Ho rovinato la mia notte di notte e mi sentivo mirato come una minoranza . Potrei non tornare a questo hotel

La camera era bella e pulita. Piccolo bagno. Mini frigo. Lobby è di base con ristorante e caffè con ore limitate. Non è molto vicino a prendere un caffè o un snack. L'area mi sentiva insafe - se fossi sola e avrei potuto rimanere altrove. Gli ascensori erano veloci. I nostri bambini volevano rimanere da qualche parte con un lato dell'acqua.Abbiamo provato altri 3 hotel Saskatoon con gli slidi d'acqua, tutti i punti di prezzo più bassi, e di gran lunga superiore. Abbiamo deciso di dare a Delta una possibilità, e è stato deludente, e il 90% per la zona della piscina. Le piscine erano nudi, non potevamo vedere il fondo, tutti avevano scudi fluttuando in cima. Abbiamo dovuto inconvenientemente insegnare a un guardiano di vita (la vedevamo solo per qualche minuto, quindi non era proprio un guardiano di vita come diceva la camicia) di girare il discorso dell’acqua per noi. La maggior parte delle preoccupazioni riguarda la qualità dell'aria con la quantità di mold visibile. Si accede alla piscina sul 3° fl, ma poi si cammina 3 o 4 scale verso la zona della piscina. La piscina non sarebbe fattibile con problemi di mobilità. Le stesse scale usate per l'accesso al flusso d'acqua. Handrail era solo su un lato della scala, che è insicurezza considerando che sono tutti bagnati. Ci fermeremo di nuovo? Probabilmente no. Questo hotel mostra la sua età? Sì

Il servizio è buono, la sala fitness è un po'piccola e porta la piscina.La stanza è la stessa di Park Town, la decorazione è un po'vecchia, c'è un buon gusto intorno al ristorante vietnamita, pieno ogni giorno. La posizione dell'hotel è molto buona, e si può camminare anche a Midtown.
