Grande servizio clienti! Lobby e camere sono davvero pulite e con buona **osfera. Possibile parcheggiare la vostra auto lì intorno 8$usd per notte. L'hotel è solo una pietra gettata al centro commerciale e alla linea sapporo JR. Si consiglierà di restare qui in futuro!

The staff were always very nice and greeted us warmly every time they saw us. We got upgraded to the royal Level of rooms which gives you access to the French restaurant. Beautiful spacious room with a great view. Short walk to the shopping street and to Odori Park. Would stay there again for sure.

Questo potrebbe essere l'hotel più bello che abbia mai soggiornato in Giappone durante il mio tempo; il design è moderno, il buffet è meraviglioso (anche se un po' costoso) e la vista del parco Odor è stata grande. Mi è piaciuto soprattutto il bagno, che è separato dal bagno, che è raro per le camere alberghiere più piccole in questo paese. Le strutture sono fantastiche e molto belle, forniscono un sanitore di tasca super comodo, un set di cute per il tempo secco invernale, sali di bagno e la lozione corporea MIKIMOTO è così buono per la pelle secca, assolutamente lo ama. Il visibilità dal 33° piano è sorprendente, sia che sia un buon o un cattivo tempo, la vista sulle montagne di neve incantevole è solo oltre soddisfazione. Ho cercato di prenotare un tour locale con il servizio, ma non sono utili. Sarà perfetto se il personale potesse essere più professionale con i turisti internazionali.

We had a great stay at the Hotel Emion! The hotel is new, modern and very clean with some nice amenities. Our room was great and it was very comfy and quiet. There were lots of extras in the rooms like a kettle and mini fridge, a TV with casting abilities, pyjamas and all kinds of hygiene products. We had a very good night's rest here. The bathroom for the room had nice bathroom products with big bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The shower pressure was great and it was easy to control the temperature. A highlight of visiting Japan is always using the Japanese toilets and they had a nice new model that even had a sanitation feature. The hotel has some good amenities like the onsen and baths on the second floor. Again, very clean and some good high temperature pools to soak in as well as a sauna and cold bath. The nice bathroom products from our room were also available in the baths area. The onsen has a nice change room and the ladies have a separate spa card to access their change area. The hotel lobby was very comfy and cozy with direct access to a 7-11 by the front desk. The second floor also had quite a few vending machines and laundry machines available. The laundry machine washed and dried our clothes for 600 yen in 2 hours and had self feeding laundry detergent which was a nice touch. The location is pretty good and we found we were within a 20-30 minute walk to most of the places we visited while in Sapporo. The hotel even has access to Sapporo Train and metro station via entrance 15 and you can stay indoors the whole way if you follow the corridors and pedways all the way. It just opened but we wish the sidewalks in front could be cleared a bit better because it was pretty slippery and icy during our stay. We'd also recommend having a change machine and more laundry machines because it was very popular. I waited in the area for a machine to be available and two people showed up right when my laundry was done at 12:40 am. The laundry machines do require you to put in a code before you start and after you finish to make sure no one else unloads for you.

The hotel is about 10minutes walk away when you emerge from Odori Stn Exit 3. It is also about ten minutes walk from the Airport bus stop outside Hotel Resol Trinity. Walking distance from eateries. I would recommended the underground shops at the train station. The room is comfortable and had enough space for one large and one medium size luggage. Help yourself to the sachets of toiletries at the lobby.

La camera è piccola per 3 adulti: una camera standard a Nest Hotel è molto piccola, e con 3 adulti può sentirsi crampi e inconfortabile. Ben fatto e utile. Sono arrivato molto presto al mattino, ho potuto lasciare le mie proprietà all'hotel prima di entrare. Una lunga passeggiata dalla stazione Sapporo e da e verso la stazione. Free Onsen polvere - molto terapeutico, si può avere bisogno di 3 confezioni o più per un aroma più forte.

Io sono rimasto in questo hotel, e era molto confortevole, gli darei una 4 su 5. Ma i piatti erano troppo piccoli e morbidi, come se non potessi nemmeno dormire bene. E la pulizia era buona, ma il telaio nella stanza e le strade erano super polveri, come se fossi camminato attraverso una tempesta di sabbia o qualcosa del genere. La posizione e il servizio erano buoni, ma niente di speciale, non andavano davvero oltre e oltre, o niente.

The hotel has an excellent location, being near a shopping street and a mall. The buffet breakfast is delicious with a wide variety of choices. The train station at Susukino is conveniently accessible, just a 3-minute walk from the hotel. However, while the room size was satisfactory, the carpet was a bit old and dirty.
