Hotel location is good just a few blocks away from C Susukino station; room size is not very big but good enough for a few days stay; breakfast is good 👍🏼

Spacious for hotel in Sapporo, located in a prime area, Susukino. Plenty of restaurants in surrounding area.

The location is great, right in the city and surrounded by restaurants. The facilities in the room could be improved, such as removing the table for sitting, as it takes up space and makes it difficult to open the luggage, making the room feel cramped. I do like that there’s a bathtub, though. The hotel has two branches 550 meters apart. I had 4 pieces of luggage, and I took a taxi expecting to arrive at the hotel, but instead, I had to walk 550 meters with all my bags to the other branch

Have indoor parking but parking cost 1,500 Yen each day. Service was ok. Didn't try the facilities much. No public bath. Breakfast was normal. Convenience store next door. Within town, many things are within walking distance.

Clean hotel but location quiet far from the subway if you have bug suitcases

Overall good, standard room with bathtub and coffee table. However I feel that the hotel staff is not so friendly to friends from overseas, not sure is it the language or they are not full time staff there.

Nice hotel but they need to provide at least 2 pillows per bed and replace their hair shampoo with a better brand.

Hotel is located in a convenient location. Great customer service. However the room is not quite huge. Spent 5 days here. Overall its a pleasant stay

Walking distance to all atttraction places and alot F&B nearby till midnight . If by car GPS will bring you behind the hotel

Nijo market and Tanukikoji shopping mall is within walking distance. Ramen Alley is abt 300m away. Many good restaurants are nearby. Susukino stays alive until 3-4am early morning.
