Airport connects bus to hotel, staff is generally okay, although not all are helpful. When we checked out, we requested two taxis, but when they arrived, the drivers had difficulty communicating with us to confirm that the taxis were booked for us. Unfortunately, there were no hotel staff available to assist us, which made us feel quite upset. Additionally, the hotel facilities are outdated; the lighting is dim, and we found some dust and dirt on the towels and bedding.

Ha avuto un soggiorno sorprendente a Chalet Ivy, un nuovo ryokan moderno con sentimenti tradizionali.
La stanza è molto spaziosa con comodi appartamenti moderni, con un asciugamano privato in camera, con vista coperta di neve senza ostacoli.
La cena e il colazione sono una delle migliori, la sequenza dei piatti e la quantità sono giusti.
Una delle migliori perche'sono la sala, il bar di snack e il bar di bevande sono fantastici. Gli stock con il miglior snack e bevande Sapporo per voi a qualsiasi momento.

The location of the hotel is great. Close to JR, and convenient store is nearby. The room is spacious that you can open two big luggage and still have many room for walking. And I personally love the big window which I can watch the snow from the room.

Vorrei esprimere la mia sincera gratitudine alla signorina Hinako Saito, che ha avuto un’eccezionale assistenza e un’ottima gentilezza nel corso del nostro soggiorno, che ha risolto le nostre questioni con grande pazienza e rapidità, rendendoci molto confortevoli.
Tuttavia, ho incontrato un problema importante con la camera dell'hotel. Non capisco perché il muro tra bagno e camera da letto è trasparente. Quando una persona dorme, la luce dal bagno interrotta l’intera camera, rendendola inconfortabile, e questa situazione mi costringe a usare la luce sul mio telefono mentre usavo la camera da bagno, che era inconveniente.
In seguito, apprezzerei questo hotel 3.5 tra 5 stelle. Le tre stelle sono per l'eccellente servizio della signorina Hinako, e il resto 0.5 stella è per la pulizia della stanza.

Location will say it not bad as it is walking distance from Sapporo Station (About 5min walk). Nearby there is several convenience store which is very important. The hotel do have store like cakes store, snacks store which kind of value add.
Room size wise will say ok given most hotel are small in fact. Perhaps the aircon ventilation can be improved as adjusting the coldness to the max (seem no difference) and room abit stuffy.

Hotel is huge!
However, it’s not exactly an easy to walk to with luggage in the snow location, it’s literally in between to stations, so it’s always a battle which one to walk to. Hotel has a nice onsen, with several indoor pools, and a tiny outdoor one with no views. It’s a shame that the onsen operating time ends super early And only opens 12-10pm and 7-9am, very disappointing.
Rooms were spacious and tall beds so you can store more luggage underneath but there’s only heater mode during winter and you will have to get the staffs to help unlock the window because it is too warm in the room.

Questa è la mia seconda permanenza in questo hotel. La posizione è seconda a nessuno, basta prendere i bagagli e andare direttamente all'aeroporto dalla stazione ferroviaria proprio accanto a lui. Ma una cosa è che la mia stanza è di fronte alle tracce del treno e si aspetta di escredere rumore fino a mezzanotte. La camera di bagno avrebbe potuto essere più pulita, perché ho trovato dei capelli corporei nel bagno appena dopo aver entrato nella stanza.
Un bonus da questo hotel: un piccolo premio che ti permette di accedere in porta e poi c'è un stand che serve latte e popsicli fino alle 10:30.

JJew YawBeautiful hotel not too far from the main onsen street. However, this provides a secluded environment for the hotel to feel very resort like. Decoration and design was classy and top notch. Onsen was good with multiple indoor pools and 2 outdoor pools. Buffet food choice and quality was top notch for both lunch and breakfast.

橘橘子農茶Ho alloggiato in una camera vecchio stile, quindi i servizi della camera erano vecchi, ma nel complesso erano molto puliti. Lo scenario fuori dalla finestra della camera è il Nakajima Park. È molto vicino alla stazione della metropolitana di Nakajima Park, ma è lontano dai principali centri commerciali come Tanixiaoji Commercial Street. Se lo desideri, ci vogliono 15 minuti a piedi più tranquillo, puoi scegliere di soggiornare qui. Qui, se vuoi essere vicino al centro commerciale, preferiresti altri hotel!

EEdwin DingI like the hotel as it is not in the Central Area where it is crowded, so very little tourist groups. Most of the guests in the hotel are local nationals. It is located next to a mall so very convenient for everything. A ton of food within walking distance. Admittedly the hotel is a little dated but it is vey well kept. The service is top notch although they mostly don’t speak English so you’ll have to use google translate to speak to them, which I did not mind. Had a few misunderstandings during the trip which was due to miscommunication. Also please note that the hotel does not provide daily housekeeping, they would change all your towels, give you new amenties and empty all you trash as you leave it outside your room. They come into your room to refresh the room only once every 4 days. Which again I did not mind. I would rate it highly but I can’t give it a 5 having stayed in other better hotels, but this checks off a lot of boxes for me if you are on holiday and want something clean, well maintained, good service and nice.

We had a great stay at Hotel Cross Sapporo, mainly because of its outstanding location! It’s just a short walk to Sapporo Clock Tower and the observation tower where you can check the time while enjoying the city view. Plus, it’s conveniently near the train station and bus stops, making it super easy to get around.
The room was a bit smaller than expected, but it was still comfortable and well-equipped. The amenities were great, though we didn’t get the chance to explore them fully. I believe there’s a sauna or onsen on the topmost floor, which would have been nice to try!
Overall, a solid choice for convenience and comfort in Sapporo. Would definitely consider staying again! #HotelCrossSapporo #SapporoStay #JapanTravel

HHiun ungQuesto hotel non offre assolutamente alcun servizio. Ho prenotato un trasferimento di autobus in anticipo ma è stato detto direttamente che non c'era nessun autobus. Quando sono arrivato, mi è stato detto di non entrare e mi è stato detto di stare all'ingresso per conferma di prenotazione. Anche dopo aver presentato il mio passaporto e confermato la prenotazione, mi hanno insistito per fornire il numero di prenotazione, e non è stato consentito un check-out di un'ora tardi a meno che non abbiamo pagato 2000 yen per persona. Altre esperienze erano buone la stanza era decente ma il personale del desk front chiaramente manca di formazione e hanno molto poche competenze di servizio.

ZZAD YAPThe location of the hotel for me is just nice as it is not in the proximity of Sapporo city center. There is a Kikusui subway station 600 away from the hotel.
Meanwhile, the size of the hotel room is way spacious than we expected with a great river view.
Opposite of the hotel, there is a Lawson convenience store which make it easy for guests to looking for foods or snack.

UUtente ospiteLa posizione non è cattiva, non così vicino a Suskino come altri hotel simili, ma hanno il proprio parcheggio, che costa solo 1500 yen al giorno più si può spostare la macchina in e fuori senza restrizioni. Devi solo portare la carta al desktop anteriore per convalidare ogni volta che esci.
Passiamo a Susukino e l'arcade shopping a piedi, prende 20-30min camminare, possiamo effettivamente vedere la sezione dell'arcade shopping No.7 dalla nostra finestra. In tutto ciò che mi piace questo hotel, la selezione del colazione è grande, ma la dimensione della camera è molto piccola, ben credo che questo è normale qui in Giappone nella città.
