Personale - Così benvenuto, attento, parlando inglese molto bene, sempre sorridendo, cercando di fare il meglio a seconda delle vostre esigenze. Hotel - Mi fa sempre sentire bene, sempre pulito,fornire tutte le cose di base come la spazzola dentale, barbecue,capelli,comb, asciugacapelli,shampoo, lavatrice,condizionatore per capelli, lozione corporea, maschera oculare,tea e sacchetti di caffè. La maggior parte delle attrazioni sono molto vicine come la torre di TV sapporo, la torre di campanile sapporo, il parco odore, vicino alla stazione JR Sapporo. Colazione - non molte scelte ma può ancora mangiare.Penso che debbano avere una varietà di cibo e menu. Turismo - Se prenoti un tour da klook.com, verranno a prenderti dal principale lobby dell'hotel. Stazione JR Sapporo vicino a circa 450m - a piedi di distanza.Puoi raggiungere questo hotel da un nuovo aeroporto chitose prendendo una metropolitana intorno 45min.Its anche più economico circa 1150 yen per persona.Una volta raggiunto la stazione JR Sapporo , È possibile camminare utilizzando la mappa di Google o si può utilizzare l'app Go Taxi per prenotare un taxi se si pensa di avere un sacco di bagagli che costa 770 yen. Ci piace e amiamo il nostro soggiorno al Ana corona Plaza hotel.Viene qui la prossima volta che torniamo a Sapporo.Raccomandato.Grazie mille per il vostro servizio meraviglioso.🥰

Nice hotel to stay, very comfy and clean. Almost staff are helpful and friendly. The breakfast is decent and tasty. Above of all the price is reasonable.

Mercure Sapporo is conveniently located between Susukino (Namboku line) and Hosuisusukino (Toho line). The room booked (deluxe double) was spacious (over 40 square meters) and the breakfast selection was decent. My children loved the food! Jump onto the Tozai line at Odori and you can visit Shiroi Koibito park after a short walk. Jump onto the JR line at Sapporo and you can reach to further places like Otaru or Noboribetsu. The service staff are friendly and helpful. Certainly recommended if you’re coming with young kids.

My wife and I checked in the hotel from 10-14 July 2024. Upon check-in, we were attended by a female counter staff. After checking both my wife and my passport, she mentioned that the room was booked for 4 nights for only 1 person and that I’ll have to pay ¥1,500 additional for each night that my wife stays with me. That added up to ¥6,000 which I felt was totally unnecessary because there was no additional costs incurred regardless my wife is staying with me in the room or not. I tried to speak rationally to the staff attending to me but due to some Japanese rules, she frowned and insisted that I’ve to pay for the ¥6,000 which I have no choice but to pay up. After paying the ¥6,000 we went up to room 705 and realized that the carpet in the room was so old and dirty with stains all over, especially along the main passageway. The bathtub is the only location we can take our shower in and it creaks whenever we step inside, sounding like it’s gonna break apart anytime. The water temperature was also irregular. Though this hotel is conveniently located just minutes walk away from Takajima-Koen Station, we doubt we’ll ever stay back at the hotel ever again. A negative impression has been created since the moment we checked into the hotel and nothing has changed throughout our stay there.

Best brand new hotel. All facilities are very clean. Housekeeping cleaning the room everyday. Except wifi bit slowly. Breakfast best but too much pork. Since we r Muslim. Staff friendly and helpfull. Htl near Sapporo station, took only 5 min to go to Sapporo Station. For sure I'll be staying at this hotel again soon. Keep up your good work.

This is really the best IBIS Styles I have ever stayed in! Everything is just perfect. Great location, close to the metro stop, within walkable distance to all the hotspots, and amenities available that are really above and beyond typical IBIS Styles hotels. The staff were friendly and super helpful, there's a nice sushi restaurant and even a Lawson convenience store on site. Premium rooms are specious and lovely. Highly recommended!

雖然酒店比較舊一些，但是十分清潔整齊。請留意水上滑梯是需要額外收費的，另外室外的游泳池部份需要留意開放時間。由於我們是六月份入住的，天氣不是太熱，所以室內的泳池部份雖然有暖水，但是還是有一點點冷。建議如果有小朋友的話都穿着長袖的泳衣會比較好一點。 反而溫泉的部份比較有驚喜，有室外的獨立泡湯位置。室內的浴場地方都很寬敞。梳洗的位置也很多。 另外非常值得一提的，就是非常建議加購晚餐，晚餐的蟹腳絕對會令酒店值回票價！因為他們的蟹腳是很多肉，很新鮮，沒有雪藏味的！亦不需要擔心沒有refill，一直都是滿滿的！

The staff is friendly, and the inside of the hotel is not new, but it's clean and nice. Please note that parking is sometimes full.

La finestra ha portato il bug a tutta la mano. C'è un super sbarco alla porta dell'hotel. Si ricorda che c'è un'auto che può trasportarti. Quando l'hotel si trova, non ha detto che il servizio delle uova di grandi dimensioni può dire sì. Solo quando è andato alla fine, ci ha detto.Tutti gli altri sono buoni, la cena è molto buona. La camera di giro è molto bella e piacevole. Nel complesso, vale la pena sperimentare un hotel!!!

Second time staying at this hotel. Very well appointed in a good location for station and public transport. If you have a lot of luggage you should take a taxi to and from the station even if it’s a little pricier (around 7USD). Don’t expect large rooms as in Japan, you get what you pay for. If you want a larger room, pay more! It was perfectly adequate for our needs for a couple of nights in Sapporo. The check in and check out is electronic but staff are on hand to assist. The lobby is lovely and welcoming in the winter. Free bathroom amenities are available. Finally, they serve an outstanding breakfast with a lovely view of the famous landmark Government Office park in front of the hotel. I would choose this hotel again.
