Airport connects bus to hotel, staff is generally okay, although not all are helpful. When we checked out, we requested two taxis, but when they arrived, the drivers had difficulty communicating with us to confirm that the taxis were booked for us. Unfortunately, there were no hotel staff available to assist us, which made us feel quite upset. Additionally, the hotel facilities are outdated; the lighting is dim, and we found some dust and dirt on the towels and bedding.

Il nostro soggiorno recente all'Hotel Sapporo Stream è stato un'esperienza meravigliosa e lo consigliamo molto, soprattutto per le famiglie con bambini piccoli. La posizione dell'hotel è veramente invincibile it’è convenientemente situato vicino alle principali attrazioni, ristoranti e trasporti pubblici, rendendo facile esplorare Sapporo senza alcun problema.
L'accessibilità dell'hotel è stata un cambiamento di gioco per famiglie come la nostra che viaggiano con un camminatore, direttamente accessibile al Cocono Suskino Mall e poi direttamente verso la zona della stazione. È raro trovare un hotel che consideri per le famiglie, e apprezzavamo davvero il design pensativo.

This hotel is a must especially if you’re going during the Sapporo Yuki Matsuri (Snow Festival). Susukino and Odori site are only few blocks away and the Tsudome site is only a subway ride away. It’s super close to the subway station and it’s also close to Nakajima Park where you can play in the snow. The Susukino site is a very lively place with plenty of shops and restaurants.

Hotel - Mi fa sempre sentire bene, sempre pulito,fornire tutte le cose di base come la spazzola dentale, barbecue,capelli,comb, asciugacapelli,shampoo, lavatrice,condizionatore per capelli, lozione corporea, maschera oculare,tea e sacchetti di caffè.
La maggior parte delle attrazioni sono molto vicine come la torre di TV sapporo, la torre di campanile sapporo, il parco odore, vicino alla stazione JR Sapporo.
Colazione - non molte scelte ma può ancora mangiare.Penso che debbano avere una varietà di cibo e menu.
Turismo - Se prenoti un tour da klook.com, verranno a prenderti dal principale lobby dell'hotel.
Stazione JR Sapporo vicino a circa 450m - a piedi di distanza.Puoi raggiungere questo hotel da un nuovo aeroporto chitose prendendo una metropolitana intorno 45min.Its anche più economico circa 1150 yen per persona.Una volta raggiunto la stazione JR Sapporo , È possibile camminare utilizzando la mappa di Google o si può utilizzare l'app Go Taxi per prenotare un taxi se si pensa di avere un sacco di bagagli che costa 770 yen.

Hotel room was huge and very spacious by japanese standards. Bed was comfortable, room was clean and a full set of amenities was available for us to use. The massage chair was amazing especially after a full day worth of walking. And the free shuttle bus to Sapporo Station on our last day was very convenient and a life saver! Especially with our heavy luggage bags, it would have been troublesome to have to carry them down the subway stairs. So it really helped us alot! And please do book a space for the bus in advance.
However, I wished staff service would have been better. Front desks was very helpful, but on our first night, we called for help in the night because we couldn’t find anyway to turn off the overhead light for the right side bed.
When we asked for someone to come and help us eventually, the male staff who came sounded very irritated and unhappy. Don’t know if it was a wiring problem or some setting in the main room control panel, but there was NO WAY we could have figured it out ourselves.
In fact, every morning at 7am, just that particular light on the right side bed would turn on automatically by itself and wake me up. I hope that the hotel can rectify that problem.

Cross Hotel was at a most convenient location - 8 min walk from Sapporo Station. The rooms were decent size for the price and the onsen was a lovely facility.
Outside the hotel, there is a very nice matcha shop and izakaya. Very convenient when you want to just grab some food after a long flight.
Nearby is the quaint Clock Tower and an office building with very good authentic sushi on the ground floor and good eateries in the underground.
The service was excellent. I forgot my iPad and Miki and the hotel staff kept it for me and also delivered the iPad to the train station so I will not miss my flight. I am forever grateful to Miki and the kind gentlemen I spoke to.

Location is not bad, not as near to Susukino as other similar hotels but, they have their own parking garage, which cost only 1500 yen for the day plus you can move the car in and out without restrictions. Just need to bring the card to front desk to validate it each time when you go out.
We walk to Susukino and the shopping arcade by foot, it takes 20-30min walk, we can actually see the shopping arcade No.7’s section from our window. All in all I like this hotel a lot, breakfast selection is great, but the room size is quite small, well I think this is normal here in Japan in the city. I would come back and stay at this hotel again if I shall return to Sapporo.

The room is well furnished and it's clean, well-equipped and inviting.
- basic amenities and facilities are one of the best for us throughout our stay. The bathing toilet even has a tv as you soak in after a tiring day out.
- instructions and communication were well tabulated and communicated
- sheltered dedicated parking lot at level 1. Useful for Hokkaido as the vehicle is sheltered away from the snow, which is one less effort for us as we don't need to dust away the dust.
- location to nearby sightseeing location is at most 20 mins away. Hokkaido tower, Tanukikoji shopping street, Nijo market is all a stone throw away. Lawson convenience store is just 3 mins away
- best value for money, hotels around this area cost double the cost for the number of travellers we have..
We were thoroughly pleased with this booking and we will look forward to this host and accommodation if we ever come back again. We felt at home throughout the stay and the only regret was we wasn't around for most of the day as we are constantly away

I stayed in a capsule in the dormitory on the 3rd floor of the hotel, where self check-in facilities are located. I believe there are family units or private rooms on other floors of the hotel.
+ Very good location. Less than 5 minutes walk from nearest subway. Subway journey about 5 minutes from central Odori Station.
+ Very comfortable beds and good quality linen and pillows. I slept very well during my two nights there.
+ Very good and clean communal facilities - high quality furniture, spacious bathrooms (a lot better than the price suggests).
+ Self check-in was easy (apart from the lift, see below).
- I booked my accommodation through Trip.com. That meant I did not receive an email from the hotel with the code to activate the lift (or even know that I needed a code!). Thankfully, a lady put in the code for me to take me to the 3rd floor so I could check in, otherwise I would have been stuck with no access to the hotel. MAKE SURE YOU RECEIVE THE CODE TO THE LIFT BEFORE YOU ARRIVE.
- There are no cooking utensils, plates, cups, cutlery or fridge in the kitchen on the 3rd floor where the dormitories are located.
I would happily stay here again for the money, now I know the downsides I have written above so that I can plan accordingly.

包括進入房間時，先輸入密碼，然後，按一下最上方的一個按鍵，才能打開門。而酒店在郵件中並沒有說的很全面。
郵件中給的密碼是進入前冂對麪的門時使用的。
總之，酒店應當從住客的角度，把辦理入住、開門、上電梯、開房間門等流程，都演示並錄製好。然後，發給顧客。

La porta della casa è sempre aperta, il che mi ha fatto sentire un po'insicura sul cammino verso la stanza.All'interno era tutto bene. Tutto per una notte era lì. Anche una lavatrice. Mi mancava un posto comodo per mangiare, ma come ho detto per una notte o due, sarebbe stato del tutto bene.

UUtente anonimoE'un alloggio senza nessuno.La stanza è grande, con mobili e apparecchi elettrici, ma penso che il lavoro pulito dell'hotel sia più pulito.Non c'è spazzola, quindi è meglio portare il pigiama quando dormo.Lava la mano e' spaventata e'difficile da usare.Inoltre, pensavo che il suono del riscaldatore sarebbe stato molto morbido. Poiché è in una zona tranquilla, non puoi sentire molte voci esterne, ma puoi sentire voci accanto o in basso.

CChalee PerezI had been 4 nights stay at this property with three people. The room is big enough for us,separate toilet and shower rooms that is good offering. It has kitchen room and washing machine that great choice. It's easy to walk to centre Susukino and Nijo Market 30min walk for great exercise 💪

You will need to upload all id/guest info via their check-in weblink.
On the day of arrival, they will email u (1) the apartment passcode & (2) locker code, hanging in the door entrance, to retrieve the unit key.
Then u will also need to upload a group photo on checking in as proof.
Unit is fairly clean, it’s just 50 steps away from the subway, it’s basically a fully furnished apartment with washing machine / dryer. Comes with air cond, heater, internet, TV & a mini bath tub. Fully equipped kitchen & utensils for light cooking.
Lawson, 7/11 is very close by.
* The space is a little tight & there are very few electric sockets, so we used the air conditioning socket & the toaster socket instead.
We had trouble entering the unit because of the steps in keying in the ID pad, but thankfully they replied by email very promptly.
