Очень классное уединенное место в горах! Сервис отличный! Брали бунгало выше по склону от основного здания и остались в восторге! Я нигде так не высыпался)) до города на такси минут 7. На ресепшене можно поменять деньги. Отличный завтрак, и хороший ресторан. Цена выше на 2-3к чем в других отелях но оно того стоит. Персоналу отдельный респект! Всегда помогут, всегда на связи. До склона с домами отвозят на карах в любое время и забирают тоже при необходимости. В домах есть всё необходимое, даже фонарь и электрическая мухобойка😀

This place is a bit outside Sa Pa town (5km) but it means it is close to a couple of the hiking trails through the ethnic villages. It is easy to book a taxi in/out of the village with the hotel owner if needed and you can probably rent a motorcycle in town if you want (I just walked in and out since the views are nice). Great views over the valley from the chalet, the chalet is nice and it is a perfect place for a few days if relaxing. It has a lovely swimming pool. The owner is great and very helpful and they make fantastic food so no need to worry about dinner (the salmon dishes were particularly nice and seem to be their own recipe).

We booked a mountain view room and were in the 3rd floor and we can see part of the mountain and the lake and the main town buildings. It was their winter so it was cold, foggy and damp the whole time. The staff are very friendly, nice, hospitable and really had a great service as they are so accomodating. The only thing we were a little upset was when we were resting after a long bumpy travel by bus, we put the Do Not Disturb sign outside the door but all of a sudden they just unlock the door because they was gonna fix something in one of their drawers. I was in my bra and panty laying in bed and they never even let us know ahead that they were gonna fix something. They dont wait when there is no more guest or give a heads up ahead so we will be prepared. We didnt want to be disturbed and it happened twice that they just unlock the door without knocking and asking. We are happy with their service though, there was no buffet breakfast but you can order from the menu and they will cook it for you fast. The staff in the restaurant were nice and accomodating, we tipped one that was always there to take care of our breakfast as she was really hard working. The hotel was very close to everything in the main town but it is just up on a hill but manageable, we love walking back n forth.

Ho prenotato un bungalow di firma.
Mi aspettavo la vista dal bagno, ma la prima stanza che ho ricevuto era la stessa della vasca nel giardino frontale.
La stanza nuovamente assegnata non aveva una vista dal bagno e riceveva una stanza completamente diversa dalle foto fornite su Trip.com.
E'un buon posto per restare di nuovo, ma non sembra che ci sia motivo di pagare un'ulteriore e rimanere nel bungalow della firma.

La stanza era pulita. La posizione è bello andare per i passi direttamente, anche se si prega di tenere presente che la maggior parte dei passi di gruppo inizia nel centro di Sapa. Un taxi dall'hotel a Sapa prende 25-30m.
In generale è un hotel tranquillo e bello. Ho finito per avere bisogno di prenotare una delle camere più costose (l'unica disponibilità durante Tet). A quel punto, non credo che l'hotel sia stato il prezzo che ho pagato, ma posso immaginare che le loro camere di base sono un valore migliore e non una scelta cattiva. Non prenoterei di nuovo.

L'esperienza di alloggio dell'hotel ecologico è molto buona. La situazione della casa singola, la pulizia, l'ambiente bellissimo, diversi giovani popolazioni comuni, il servizio è anche entusiasta. Siamo felici e ostili quando ci fermiamo.
La popolata è una villaggia di neri, che è più unica, e vicina alla città di raggruppamento della famiglia di Red Tong. Arrivo in 10 minuti di moto, facile da sperimentare la diversità culturale e sentire il bosco.C'è una grotta selvaggia vicino, che può anche andare a esplorare, e aggiungere un sacco di piacere. Ma l'unica carenza è che è lontano dalla città, suggerendo di guidare una moto, altrimenti il traffico è inconveniente.
In generale, vale la pena vivere!

The front desk officers were very accommodating and friendly so as with the room boys , restaurant staff and swimming pool staff.. We arrived before the check-in time, so we left our luggage in their storage. We need to change clothes because the climate is freezing.
then they let us use the hotel's comfort room. When we are done with the activities in Sapa, we checked in our room and were happy for the room we have. The CR is supplied with super white and new bath towels , face towels , floor rug, tissue paper . The bathroom is equipped with hot and cold shower ( elegant) provided with body wash and shampoo.
The bedroom is super clean and tidy like the comfort room and bathroom. It has a dresser with mirror , lamp shades. It also has a cabinet for clothes and a hair dryer.
There are 2 swimming pools in Bamboo Sapa Hotel. One is the outdoor pool, ( but did not take a swim because it's too cold) and the other one is at the G level which is warm and a whirlpool. A cozy restaurant is for the buffet breakfast which is included in the booking.The array of delicious, nutritious and fancy food was served.
Electrical socket for charging is situated near the headboard. There were pairs of bedroom slippers and bath robes which were dainty white. So fresh-looking to wear! 2 bottles of mineral water ,cups and saucers and heater were also provided.. oh, if you want to call the front desk, a telephone is on the desk☺️❤️🥰

RRechieOur stay at Sapa Centre Hotel was absolutely fantastic! The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The hotel has a very welcoming atmosphere. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
The staffs were incredibly friendly and helpful.
The location was perfect for exploring the city.
We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting SaPa.

That level of thoughtful service truly made a difference, and we are so grateful for it!

UUtente ospiteThe property itself is stunning—truly a museum-like experience with amazing food and a fantastic location. Unfortunately, the hospitality didn’t quite match the setting. The staff, from the front desk to the concierge and wait staff, often lacked the warmth and friendliness expected in the hospitality industry. It was unclear whether this stemmed from unfriendliness or simply a language barrier, which was surprising given that most hotels in the area employ fluent English speakers.
For a hotel belonging to such a prominent global chain, I expected a higher standard of staff training to ensure a consistently polished experience, much like their other locations. With better service, the experience could have been nearly flawless.
The food was exceptional, but the service at the bar and tearoom was notably slow. I suspect this was because the staff were also attending to restaurant orders.
One particularly disappointing moment occurred when our host at the restaurant seemed visibly annoyed when we ordered hotpot, requiring her to set up the electrical equipment. Additionally, another attendant continued to handle the hotpot and add food despite my request for him to stop.
While our room was lovely, it felt a bit unsettling to be quickly ushered into an upgraded room that happened to overlook a construction site. Although it was wonderful to enjoy the open doors and city view, being woken up by construction noise was far from ideal.
Lastly, the doormen stood out for the wrong reasons. They often appeared to be slacking off, which created an odd and unprofessional impression. It would be better to have no doormen at all than to have staff who do not fulfill their role properly.
Overall, while the hotel has incredible potential, a more attentive and professional approach to service would elevate the experience significantly.

Ha una grande e splendida hall dorata con personale del servizio clienti giovane e molto disponibile e amichevole.
Il 15° livello è una sala pubblica per i clienti stanchi dell'hotel che arrivano presto e non possono ancora controllarla per riposare, ricaricarsi e leggere con bagni puliti e belli e un bar. C'è una piccola biblioteca 📚 lì per leggere.
Puoi fare un pisolino e sorseggiare la tua tazza di tè ☕️ ammirando la vista romantica delle montagne!
La colazione a buffet dell'hotel è ottima con una varietà di cibi serviti.
Ho prenotato un letto matrimoniale king size con una splendida vista sulle montagne. La camera è dotata anche di balcone dove puoi prendere il tuo caffè e bere la tua birra 🍺 mentre ammiri la vista delle montagne nebbiose 🏔️.
c'è una grande vasca da bagno 🛀🏻 e una sala da spettacolo in piedi con il bagno accanto.
mi sono goduto una vacanza coccolata e deliziosa festeggiando la nostra seconda luna di miele insieme 👩❤️👨💐

SSooThe hotel had a welcoming atmosphere and the lobby was beautiful CNY decorations.The rooms was clean and spacious with balcony a nice view mountain and city. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Special thanks one of the staff who recommendations on local dining spot.The hotel locations was perfect within walking distance to several attractions and restaurants.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this place. I definitely be staying here again on my next trip.

We arrived early and let the hotel know about 10 days prior that we will be arriving at 4am.
I called the front desk who asked me to walk about 50m but wasn’t clear about the direction. After 30 mins he sent a buggy to pick us up.
A common theme is that some staff don’t communicate if they don’t know something or are unable to help. They just nod and it’s really difficult to discern whether they’re going to do anything or not. Just let me know you don’t know or can’t help - even in Vietnamese! At least I can translate it myself.
After 3 hours of waiting in the freezing lobby, Lala explained the process and gave us clarity on next steps. She was kind enough to upgrade as it was my birthday and it was slow season, which I appreciated.
Lala is a gem - she came by and everything was really smooth after that. She was cheerful and clear in her communication. She gave useful recommendations and she was clear in what she could and could not do. She was really great and we appreciated her help greatly.
Overall a good, clean hotel - a bit far from the town but that’s a good thing.
Facilities are good and plenty - you probably don’t even need to go to the town area.
Most of the staff except for a handful are quite difficult to interact with due to their refusal to give bad news or say they don’t know something.

Ggav.tedAmazing stay at Sapa Town! The location is walking distance to the shops in town but not too near so much so that we can still enjoy the peace and tranquility of the place. Aliana hotel is the place to stay for when you visit Sapa Town not only their beds are comfortable, the room space and service is great! Kudos to Loang and the team at Aliana who speaks great English and provided excellent hospitality and service!

UUtente anonimoSituazione si trova vicino al centro Sapa principale dove la strada a sinistra dopo aver uscito dall'hotel, bella barca a vapore e bbq, parlore di massaggio, club, posti da bere a notte e il mercato Sapa sono situati, a piedi di distanza alta da 10 a 15 minuti. E' anche a 10 minuti a piedi vicino alla stazione di autobus per prendere quelli che prendono il bus a dormire a Hanoi.
La vista dell'hotel è bella, con montagne ma un po' di fuoco durante il soggiorno. Il sole diretto nella stanza mattina.
Il personale dell'hotel è abbastanza gentile da organizzare il trasporto verso i luoghi interessanti di Sapa senza alcun costo aggiuntivo, il pagamento è 100% al conducente.
Il lato inferiore dell'hotel non ha ascensore, tutti i bagagli e gli oggetti devono essere prelevati utilizzando il volo delle scale accanto all'hotel, e il suo in zona aperta senza tetto/ombra, se la pioggia sarà certamente bagnata. Ma l'hotel fornisce ombrello e il personale dell'hotel aiuta a portare il bagaglio.
L'hotel stesso è situato anche in alto per raggiungere il lobby.
La doccia d'acqua calda durerà solo per un massimo di 15 minuti, e poi l'acqua inizia a diventare fredda, non buona per un tempo freddo come questo.
