Hotel in zona Tianya Haijiao, Sanya

Highly recommend this hotel when you visit Sanya. They are really nice, warm welcoming and friendly people. The hotel is very clean and modern. Not forgetting the free drinks 😊 💯 . The hotel is close to the beach and many restaurants and shops.

La posizione dell'hotel era molto conveniente e la camera era molto moderna e pulita. Ma la parte migliore era il servizio! Era la parte migliore di qualsiasi hotel I'ho mai stato. Un membro del personale (frontaü Xiao) ci ha aiutato con tutte le nostre necessità e ci ha testo attraverso il wechat. Molto consiglia!!

Le onde sono vicine al piede, come se una parte della stanza fosse la canzone della natura.La sabbia era pulita, il vento del mare era caldo, viveva in un piccolo cielo e un terreno così pulito, e aveva un senso di tranquillità per anni. L'atteggiamento del servizio è gentile, come l'aria qui, comoda e naturale, prendendo cura di ogni domanda senza traccia.Qui, il tempo sembra rallentare e essere adatto per un po'di tempo.

民宿處在西島一條清幽的小路上，店家人員男男女女都很熱心友善，旅途中需要協調幫助的問題都能馬上有解決建議，充分體現了“民”的人情味和主理人對高品質服務的要求；客房設施現代簡約智能化，“宿”的條件明顯比網絡圖片所顯示的更加温馨舒適。作為另外一個城市的民宿主理人，視縵嶼為榜樣，為其運營人點贊！因此離店時我自願拾整好房間設施用品，表示對縵嶼店內工作人員的感謝、理解和尊重！

酒店位置很棒，就在海邊，去海邊非常方便，天氣好的話，在海邊椰夢長廊看夕陽簡直美呆了，還可以撿到很多好看的小貝殼。位置離西島也近，後面有去西島的行程安排，果斷有續住了幾晚。房間面積大，隔音好，裝修風格非常獨特，每天都有打掃衞生，非常乾淨，太讚了工作人員，給店長點贊。性價比超高，還有免費的洗衣機房和游泳池，強烈推薦哦

L'appartamento è molto grande e abbastanza pulito, e viene già con tutto quello che ti serve, asciugamani, sapone, utensili e puoi sempre chiedere più cose attraverso il loro servizio di butler. I butler ci hanno fornito molte informazioni su dove andare e cosa mangiare e hanno risposto con urgenza alle domande. Solo limitazione è credo che possano comunicare solo in cinese .... L'appartamento è vicino a molti posti di pranzo e a soli 10 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. Tuttavia è facile ottenere un giro da servizi di salutaggio come Didi. Se si può parlare cinese e si cerca un valore per un alloggio economico che è conveniente e vicino alla spiaggia, consiglio vivamente di rimanere qui.

L'igiene è pulita, vicino a Yeshoe, e la lavatrice frigorifera è perfetta con strutture, come appartamenti single, e la cucina è dotata di capacità per usare la cucina per la sua stessa cucina

Our transport got us to the wrong location the first time, but after calling the front desk, the reception lady was very kind to quickly zip over on an electric scooter and brought us to the correct location which was just about 100m away. There were locals staying in the apartment block too, some accommodations were rented out for tourists. Comfortable 2-room private apartment for 4 adults, with 2 rooms and double beds, 1 common shower, wash area and toilet. Kitchenette equipped with refrigerator, microwave, induction cooker, crockery, cutlery and some food preparation tools. Living/dining room had a TV, coffee table, 3-seater sofa, dining table and 4 chairs. Balcony had a washing machine with capsule detergent, drying rack, a couple of outdoor chairs. A nice sea view awaits with views of surrounding apartments. Morning/afternoon sun shone onto the balcony nicely, providing warmth and excellent for drying clothes. Need to request floormat at the shower area, digital lock was hard to open at times, remote for TV wasn't working but reception resolved quickly. You can link up with reception via WeChat for any queries or requests. At ground level there're just 1 or 2 grocery shops and about 3 eateries, but not very lively. About 10mins walk, you can reach a shopping mall/arcade with a very large supermarket and there you can get lots of snacks, drinks and a variety of other day to day items. Lots of eating places at the shopping mall too. Although the apartment is quite out of the way, just call DiDi as its very fast to arrive and took us to many places.

We are a family of 3, two adults and 1 child. We were very pleased with the service given to us by Debby（小黄）. She catered to all our needs and made us feel part of the Ocean Sonic Resort family. 1. This hotel is close to the airport, about 15 minutes, and it's about a 30 minutes drive into Sanya. It's good if you just want to be near the ocean and still be close to the airport. I enjoyed the stay here. Pros: The staff are helpful. The room was clean. Very exciting to see a thoroughly clean room, so I was 😁. The bed was very comfortable.🤩 The beach is about 5 minutes walk. 😍 I didn't try the food and other services as I was only stopping through and needed a cheap pace to sleep. There's a bathtub that works. The price is very reasonable and it's a good quality. Cons: The shower water didn't get as hot as I prefer. The air conditioner works well, but not well enough for a women in menopause 😅. The building is older so it shows. There are small minor details that could use maintenance but overall, the facilities are well kept. I don't see it as a concern but others might. There are a few negatives but still worth a stay.
