Hotel in zona Tianya Haijiao, Sanya

I had an incredible stay at the Hyatt Regency Sanya, conveniently located close to the airport. The hotel offers stunning views of both the swimming pool and the beach at the same time, which was a real highlight of my stay. Plus, it has access to a private beach, making it the perfect spot for relaxation and privacy.The hotel itself is very clean and feels brand new, adding to the overall luxurious experience. What really stood out to me was the exceptional service. The staff were extremely kind and attentive, with special thanks to « Scott » for his help and professionalism. I also can’t forget to mention « Lesley » who went above and beyond. During my stay, a typhoon hit and all delivery services stopped, but Lesley kindly sent fruits and coconut to our room, which was such a thoughtful gesture during a difficult time.Thank you for making my stay unforgettable!

Highly recommend this hotel when you visit Sanya. They are really nice, warm welcoming and friendly people. The hotel is very clean and modern. Not forgetting the free drinks 😊 💯 . The hotel is close to the beach and many restaurants and shops.

L'ambiente di alloggio è pulito e il servizio di ricezione è attento. Quando gli ospiti hanno esigenze e problemi, il fratello e la sorella sono molto intime e tempestive. Sono rimasti in vita per molti giorni. Vale la pena raccomandare 👍 esperienza molto buona vivere molto confortevole 😌

酒店靠近住宅區，環境很好，比較安靜。晚上很晚才辦入住，雖然沒有電梯但是前台小哥幫我扛行李上樓啦～房間很大，還帶一個小陽台，打開窗户清風徐來，特別舒適。乾淨整潔，物品齊全，還有一次性馬桶墊和一次性的毛巾，總體來説比較滿意，性價比高。白天還看到前台小哥在大廳彈吉他，好愜意的小鎮生活～上午退房之後還可以寄存行李在前台，在小鎮逛白天還回來借用了幾次廁所🤣🤣（小鎮上好像是沒用公共廁所的？

La gente si trova nella piccola città di tutto il mondo, vicino al mare sulla spiaggia. Il paesaggio è buono. Il stile di decorazione è semplice e delicato. Il tempo è buono e fotografare nella stanza è molto divertente e mangiare e giocare vicino

Il popolo è molto vicino al mare, l'ambiente è buono, il rapporto costo-beneficiario è molto alto, il capo nord-est è particolarmente entusiasta, aiuta a prendere il bagaglio e aiutarci a fare l'aggressione, particolarmente attento, evitando molti diluiti, i cibi raccomandati sono particolarmente deliziosi, le cose sono buone e economiche, Dopo la cena, la casa del capo invita gli ospiti a mangiare insieme, super lode, particolarmente consigliato!!

Servizio: la governante di questo B&B è molto cordiale e amichevole e fornisce un servizio attento sia al momento del check-in che del check-out. Hanno sempre continuato a sorridere e mi hanno fornito molto aiuto e guida, il che mi ha fatto sentire cordiale e caloroso. Pulizia: dal check-in al check-out, ho scoperto che la pulizia all'interno e all'esterno della camera era coerente, sia che si trattasse del letto, dei mobili o del bagno, erano tutti tenuti molto puliti. Servizi: Le condizioni hardware del B&B sono ottime. La camera non solo è completamente attrezzata ma anche molto ben tenuta. Che sia la comodità del letto, lo stile dei mobili, o l'utilizzo degli elettrodomestici come TV e condizionatori, sono molto soddisfatto. Inoltre il B&B mette a disposizione anche molti servizi comuni, come palestre, piscine, ecc., così da potermi divertire durante la mia vacanza. Ambiente: Questa è davvero una destinazione di vacanza ideale. Il B&B si trova in riva al mare. L'ambiente circostante è tranquillo e bellissimo Si può sentire il rumore delle onde e vedere la splendida vista sul mare ogni giorno.

The hotel location was very convenient and the room was very modern and clean. But the best part was the service! It was the best out of any hotel Ive been to. One staff member (前台小捷) helped us with our every need and texted us through wechat. Highly recommend!!

This is a really lovely hotel! If there's one place I stayed at during my trip which I would like to visit again, it's this one! At first, I ended up in Tianya Town by coincidence. I liked the village and the beach, thought it would be nice to stay there for a few nights later on, so checked if there was a nice-looking hotel available and booked this one. I didn't regret my choice! I love it that the rooms are bright, with a white colour scheme, and cosy. I was a bit worried that it might be noisy at night, but there are no loud bars directly near the hotel and there wasn't much noise from people in other rooms either! It probably helped that I had a corner room at the end of the corridor and facing the village (I found the seaview rooms too expensive and actually think the rooms with village view may be more quiet). The layout of the room was also great, with a small hallway area with bathroom near the door, which means that the bed is sheltered from potential noise in the corridors. The area surrounding the hotel was also perfect for me. Tianya Town has exactly the right mix for me of enough liveliness but without too much noise and partying (earlier on, I also stayed at Houhai which was lovely during the day but so noisy at night. I much prefer Tianya, although admittedly the eastern end of the beach seemed noisier, but that's far away from this hotel). The beach is also lovely: nice view, not too crowded, small cafés (serving coffee, fruit juice, beer, etc.) where you can sit on a beanbag on the beach. It was also a nice touch that the hotel offers a free photo shoot (that's usually not really my thing, but it is a nice way for a solo traveller to get a few photos of myself that aren't selfies). First 3 photos are free. They take more of course, which you can choose to buy for 30 RMB per photo, but it's all very relaxed without pressure to buy more. The room came with a spacious balcony. The only thing I found a pity is that there are no chairs to sit on the balcony (and no chairs in the room either), but I solved it by moving a small cabinet from the room to the balcony, which seemed solid enough to sit on. I definitely recommend this hotel and hope I have a chance to visit again next year.

My Wife and I booked the Wutong Aromatic Hotel for a 4 -night stay during Chinese golden week in October 2024. What we love: 1 .The location is almost right on the beach, and there are many restaurants, food stores and supermarkets with-in walking distance. 2.The rooms and lobby area are super clean and tidy, Free airport-transfer is available. Our flight arrived after 10 pm ,and although we waited an hour for our luggage, the driver waited patiently for us and kept in contact by texting us. The service is absolutely AMAZING.I have to mention the manager, Mr. Ivan who always went the extra mile and always catered to our needs and ensured that we have a comfortable stay. When I sat in the lobby working on my laptop, Ivan kept supplying me with juice and water, free of charge. The bathtub!! I LOVED the bathtub on the balcony, with the AMAZING view over the beach and ocean. The view was STUNNING! We could wake up every morning and see the ocean. What could be improved: No. 1 - The breakfast. The breakfast consists of sausage, egg, a slice of bread (not toasted) and some salad ( cabbage?) And then either juice or milk. I would actually love some bacon, or a choice of either bacon or sausage. Instead of the salad, rather add a hash brown :) You could opt for coffee, but apparently it is charged extra ( However when I did not eat breakfast but ordered coffee only, they never charged me ) No. 2; The fitness room was unavailable at the time. So, Mr. Ivan, please fix the fitness room:) No. 3 Although tea is available in the room, there is no coffee. I strongly recommend the hotel supplies some Nescafe coffee sachets in the rooms as well.
