Questo hotel è stato fantastico. Ho prenotato la camera con accesso alla piscina e ho apprezzato la privacy dei miei lettini sul balcone. Il personale è stato cordiale e disponibile, in particolare il direttore generale che ha risposto a tutte le mie domande in inglese e tramite Wechat. Grazie! La colazione a buffet era buona, anche la cena a buffet una sera era abbastanza buona. La spiaggia è adorabile. Il letto e le lenzuola erano fresche e confortevoli. Ho apprezzato molto il mio soggiorno rilassante allo Sheraton.

We had a great stay in Sheraton. Staff were very cooperative especially Olivia at the front desk. She guided me for everything. Resort has many swimming pools of different depths. Environment was like a home. Room was very beautiful without any smell. Breakfast was very delicious. Few things which annoyed us was the long queue to wait for breakfast outside the feast restaurant and no air conditioner in the Lobby. It was too hot and humid in the lobby and it was too difficult to sit there for few minutes. Over all our stay was good and we will go there again.

my second stay in this hotel in less then 2 years. Everything is Sheraton standard. Receiption staff (i guess name was alina on 11th November), she help me alot and did not leave unless i resolve my issue (car charging issue with 3rd party) she spend 5-10 min , until unless we solved. Thanks alot

My family and i had a great time in sheraton haitang Resort & we stayed in the family suite with Seaview facing for 2 nights. The children love the sea theme bed room so much. There are alot of activities that keep the young children occupied and stay in resort throughout the stay. Last but not least, i like to compliment Iris for her exceptional service & hospitality. She take great care of our needs during the stay. highly reccomend to anyone who wish to have a fuss free holiday with families.

As this price, I totally recomend this hotel. Room condition is really good, most of all, kids pool is so warm on Dec. Marriot give us free shuttle via airport. Bang for the bucks.

Family atmosphere, better than expected. Amenities are wonderful but most importantly the staff was super friendly and helpful. Upon checking in, one of the staff named Skye really made sure we were set for our holidays, provided all information. Top notch costumer service!

This hotel gave me a great experience, Lesley was warm and attentive, professional and meticulous, whether it was checking in, or answering questions. Let me have a feeling of home, the hotel room is clean, well-equipped, to our family to create a comfortable living environment, in addition, the hotel also provides us with some additional warm service, the price is also very high, recommended to all families with babies stay!

We stayed at the Premier Room (Double bed) (Pool) and we had a great time. Everyone was really accommodating and nice, most especially the house keeping Ayi's. And we would like to give a very special thanks to Miss Lesley Li for taking care of us, making our stay even more relaxed. We are definitely coming back! 🫡

Hotel is very big, maybe a bit too big if your room is all the way to the end. Sound isolation is poor so it’s pretty noisy. Price is one of the lowest of haitang bay so you get what you pay for. Rooms are starting to be a bit old.
