Fantastic stay in this great area provided with many local food around. This was redesigned and rebuilt in the signature old Xiguan building which is more intimate and comfortable than staying in the hotel nearby. I booked three rooms with my friends and were very excited when we checked in. All of them have balconies or rooftops, and we could feel the local atmosphere of Yongxingfang. The B&B has a coffee shop on the first floor. The owner and employees are nice, they even invited us for free coffee. The waffles are delicious as well. The rooms smell nice as soon as you open the door, and the appliances and facilities inside are carefully selected, which may be more complete than those in a hotel. All in all, staying at Yongqingyue during the Christmas trip to Guangzhou was a pleasant experience. Definitely will come back again!

The owner is very helpful to help us carry luggage to the room. Room is coz my and nice.

Very nice and cozy room, a lot of shops and restaurants around this area! Host is very helpful too! there was a construction work at mid night, we called host to deal with it and host gave us response immediately. Thank you!

民宿很漂亮，老闆很熱情。民宿就在永慶坊裏，逛街也方便，民宿也很適合拍照打卡哦。一樓還有好喝的咖啡，口感很特別。

非常好的一家民宿。乾淨舒適，熱情親切，位置更不必説了，春節期間永慶坊人超多，住在這裏就很輕鬆，人多的時候我們就休息，隨時下樓就可以逛吃逛吃，還可以到荔灣湖、泮塘轉轉。附近好吃的可太多了。

房間不大，佈置簡單，樓下是咖啡店樓上住客，要刷門卡才能上樓相對安全，在永慶坊裏面，這個價格算是佔了地理位置的便宜

就在景區裏面，周圍都很方便，離粵劇博物館很近，周邊逛的地方很多，小吃也很多。房間還有投影儀 ，小朋友很喜歡。

位置極佳，房間缺少地方放置什物，有提供茶具，但無茶葉及杯？？？浴室無浴簾或屏風（乾濕分離），床上如提供薄被供選擇更好。

房間很乾凈。。備品齊全。。位置在永慶坊裏面。。離李小龍祖居很近。。去哪都很方便。。老闆非常熱情 。。幫忙拿行李。。

很滿意的一次入住。房間蠻大的，裝修和設施都比較新，打掃的很清潔，就是天窗那半塊沒撕掉的膜有些醜，也擔心上面是否有人望下來。民宿一樓咖啡閣的小哥很親切友善，咖啡好喝。

老闆很熱情，位置位於永慶坊裏面，非常不錯，老房子改造，一次性紙巾，質量太差了，粘**子，一次性拖鞋質量也差，換好一點的體驗感更好，強烈建議不要用一次性的毛巾，天冷了，不吸水，淋浴乾濕不分非常不方便，建議老闆快點完善好

位置真的超便捷，走幾步就到周圍景點！吃的也很多！老闆人也很貼心！

位於永慶坊的中心，特別喜歡房子的挑高設計和天窗，傢俱和內裝極簡風有品味。一樓就是個咖啡店，拿鐵蠻好喝的，對入住的房客還有優惠。入住時遇到的問題都能被完美地解決，很好的入住體驗！😊😊👍
