Siamo venuti a Sanya, eravamo in un altro hotel, non ci piaceva la nostra camera, il personale ha cambiato la nostra camera con una premium, con un'ottima aria condizionata, l'aria condizionata ha bisogno di tempo per fare spazio, fa freddo dopo circa mezz'ora, devo dire che mi sento come a casa, il cibo è pulito e buono, la piscina è pulita e si lavora fino alle 22, voglio solo dire di più, mi piace che sia vicino a tutto ciò che lo circonda, o diciamo vicino a tutte le spiagge degli hotel a 5 stelle, il prezzo per l'hotel non è niente per questa qualità

I like everything about this hotel. It has a very green territory, thermal pools, washing machines available for guests, spacious rooms, kitchen with all utensils. Cleaning and changing towels and bed sheets was done every day. I was upgraded from a 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom with a huge terrace facing the road, but it was very quiet. If you like walking it’s only 20-25 min comfortable walk to the beach.  The staff is very helpful and polite. I am going to recommend this hotel to all my friends. I find this hotel to be better than many 5 star hotels I stayed before 👍🏻

The best place i have ever been in Sanya! The best service, the best location, the best breakfast! I have came here with my family of 7 with 2 indants. As soon as i arrived i got free upgrade on my room. The young lady at the reception helped us a lot in every potential way. The beach was just a 5 minute drive and hotel provides free shuttle. You can even have a free shuttle to take you to CDF duty free which is 28km away. Also, you can rent a electronic bike from the reception.I also reccomend to visitors to go to 亚泰美食街 which is food street just 2.8km away The resort itself organizes several activities to visitors every evening. And almost forgot they got hot spring which is super clean and on top of that it is free 😍. So to conclude it was a perfect perfect place to enjoy the peace and happiness. I reccomend it 1,000% to everybody whether you are with your friends couple or family it is a perfect place. . Thank you Argyle Resort see you next year!

Argyle resort is very comportable and nice resort when visit with children together

We have stayed in this hotel for the second time. It’s excellent for the price offered. We’ve got a free room upgrade upon arrival and a free amenity coffee and tea after checkout offered by Andy. She was really nice and has a great customer service skills. In general, all the stuff were professional and helpful. The territory of the hotel is beautiful with nice swimming pool. Both times we stayed at the hotel it wasn’t crowded like at the famous brand names hotels. It feels more quiet and cozy here. It takes 5 min by taxi to get to the beach and restaurants. The hotel provides shuttle as well. The room was clean, spacious with clean linen, terrace and magnificent view. I would only suggest to add more fruit and western food for foreign guests as the hotel provides only Chinese breakfast. Overall we had a great stay and we’ll definitely come back!)

Jacqueline是最好的帮助人，staff were very helpful, particularly Jacqueline. Great family resort, many outdoor amenities (pool, hot springs, pods bar etc.), not too busy. Would book a bigger room next time but overall a nice experience😎

The reception staff were nice and respectful. Initially, we booked a room with a kitchen to cook. However, there were no cooking utensils and stove. Upon our request, we upgraded the family room immediately without extra charge. We used the translation app to communicate. The breakfast was just fine with mainly Chinese food. It would have been much nicer if the restaurant offered more bread and jam choices. We enjoyed the hot springs as the weather was not hot during our stay. The place is quite compact so we felt much safer for our kids. Our children felt truly sorry for some of the animals, particularly the she-deer and one peacock that was kept in one place all the time.

All good, even upgraded our room with 2 rooms apartment but breakfast was not good at all.

Thanks to Olivia and Andy who made our first stay in Argyl hotel an amazing experience at Yalong bay . Very clean rooms and nice swimming pool.
