The hotel provided us with 4 bottles of water 300ml, which is more than any other hotel we've been to in Bali. The service is excellent, don't recommend buying any breakfast or dinner here unless you really don't have a choice. The portions are small compared to the price, really not worth it. There is a pool and pool towels which can be taken from the room. Also there is a shuttle to the city centre. The rooms generally speaking are clean and comfortable, but the sheets they use are dirty and you can see the yellow stains on them. Also sometimes you'll see ants in the room or mosquitoes. The service is really good, better than any other hotel I've been to. The location is near the city centre and it's easy to get a grab.

Hotel itself were great, water pressure for shower and temperature is extremely good. The view and cleanliness were great. Massage service still acceptable. Food were great and restaurant staff are in good manner. However , there’s an unpleasant experience during our trip. 1. We are staying at Villa 2. Yesterday we were asked by a male hotel staff at reception counter whether consume any drinks, I said none. The staff call housekeeping to check on our room in front of us to reconfirm it. I felt this is too much and we are not checking out that time 2. There’s a room directory in our room, and a QR code to WhatsApp hotel management if have any questions. I did that and all I got the replied is : please refer to room directory. That’s all. No proper explanation , nothing. 3. Checking out hotel on 3/12 , which is today. The same male staff standing at the reception desk and ignore us, until my cousin started to mentioned hello we would like to check out and he just mentioned ok, and took our keys , and again, call housekeeping to check whether we consume any drinks in fridge, more concern on checking any outstanding bill even before we check out ( refer to point 1). I hope management can look into this matter seriously. We are the guest staying in Villa 2, the most biggest and expensive villa in your hotel. And all we got from that male staff is attitude , and so much care about the drinks fridge and outstanding bill. Proper hospitality training is required for hotel staff. Thanks.

It was a very fun experience staying at Anumana Village Ubud. The la carte breakfast was really good especially the muffin. The room was very spacious with a mini bar and a comfortable bed. We had spent great day and got good sleep as we had went to mount bromo the same day and the hotel was not that nice there but anumana village Ubud is one of the most good hotel I visited. We had dinner for two nights, we met a very kind and helpful worker named Wulan who helped you giving the best recommendation for food and a lot of good things about her and Ubud. The best thing about my trip is the helpful worker who helped us with everything and she should be praised and promoted. Not lying this is the best hotel i stayed in.

After 6 long yrs we were eager as to revisit. The location of Unamana Village, approx 20 mins outside of Ubud is perfect for those who want to surround themselves amongst a natural environment where you can witness the local community go about their day. Our welcome with a refreshing cool drink was most appreciated. Luckily we scored the same large room we've had all previous visits so the familiarity really brings back fond memories. Our breakfasts choices were varied & delicious, along with the evening meals we had here. We were treated to a traditional dance programme during one nights dinner which was very entertaining. A highlight of the stay was renewing friendships with staff who we first met 7 yrs ago! The pool & surrounds have been upgraded & extended making this place somewhere you could easily spend a week & not be bored. We had daily massages too, on-site, which really did add something extra to our holiday. Our 'must stay' place every time in Ubud.

By far the best hotel we’ve stayed in in Bali. We’ve so far been to hotels in both Sanur, Munduk, Lovina and now Ubud, and have the best feeling here. The staff is SO welcoming, polite and helpful, pool area well maintained, and the room is NICE. Good cleaning, laundry service, pickup/shuttle service to Ubud, activities and an ok restaurant/breakfast. Wifi is the best so far, and all rooms has a well functionning aircon. It takes about an hour to drive to Ubud center when traffic, but 20-25 minutes without. So glad we came here :-)

The hotel is just outside of Ubud, my room was a large garden room (single storey) and beautiful with a small private outside garden area (you can shut the gate on the world!). It you are used to European size rooms, the size of the room feels enormous, the bed is huge, love the backlit carved headboard. The room comes with a semi outdoor bathroom, so the plug in mosquito repellent could come in handy, although I didn’t see any mozzies anywhere. The views over the rice field from the pool and the restaurant make you feel very zen. The grounds are very beautiful and well kept. The included breakfast (not buffet style) was nicely presented and tasty. I only ate in the hotel one night but the food (and dessert) was very nice. There is a free shuttle bus into Ubud but I didn’t use it as I was on a tour. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, thank you for making my stay so very relaxing and enjoyable.
