Very Beautiful hotel with a pool and great rooms. However, be mindful that this specific property is actually outside of Ubud and depending on traffic it might take a lot of time for you to get there.

The hotel provided us with 4 bottles of water 300ml, which is more than any other hotel we've been to in Bali. The service is excellent, don't recommend buying any breakfast or dinner here unless you really don't have a choice. The portions are small compared to the price, really not worth it. There is a pool and pool towels which can be taken from the room. Also there is a shuttle to the city centre. The rooms generally speaking are clean and comfortable, but the sheets they use are dirty and you can see the yellow stains on them. Also sometimes you'll see ants in the room or mosquitoes. The service is really good, better than any other hotel I've been to. The location is near the city centre and it's easy to get a grab.

Hotel itself were great, water pressure for shower and temperature is extremely good. The view and cleanliness were great. Massage service still acceptable. Food were great and restaurant staff are in good manner. However , there’s an unpleasant experience during our trip. 1. We are staying at Villa 2. Yesterday we were asked by a male hotel staff at reception counter whether consume any drinks, I said none. The staff call housekeeping to check on our room in front of us to reconfirm it. I felt this is too much and we are not checking out that time 2. There’s a room directory in our room, and a QR code to WhatsApp hotel management if have any questions. I did that and all I got the replied is : please refer to room directory. That’s all. No proper explanation , nothing. 3. Checking out hotel on 3/12 , which is today. The same male staff standing at the reception desk and ignore us, until my cousin started to mentioned hello we would like to check out and he just mentioned ok, and took our keys , and again, call housekeeping to check whether we consume any drinks in fridge, more concern on checking any outstanding bill even before we check out ( refer to point 1). I hope management can look into this matter seriously. We are the guest staying in Villa 2, the most biggest and expensive villa in your hotel. And all we got from that male staff is attitude , and so much care about the drinks fridge and outstanding bill. Proper hospitality training is required for hotel staff. Thanks.

Merveilleux hotel en face des rizières ! Époustouflant ! Personnel top ! Seul remarque, c’est a 30 min d’ubud centre, mais c’est fessable avec Grab vous avez beaucoup de taxi. Genial je recommande

烏布非常好的一間酒店，每天都有車前往烏布聖猴公園，不過我們等不及最早一班11點，自己打車也不遠，離烏布大秋千也是15分鐘左右車程。 早餐每天都可以選一份，我第一天要的鬆餅，第二天要了美式早餐，服務員和我推薦煎餅哈哈。 不過他們的咖啡很一般，第二天打了奶泡加進去好一點。 最享受耳邊偶爾想起風鈴聲，那是我在東南亞國家最喜歡聽到的聲音！ 也非常感謝酒店很用心，給我鋪了生日蛋糕🎂床墊，可惜我們沒有零錢了。 希望哪位大神去烏布旅行住這家酒店記得給小費，哈哈😂🥹

本次峇里島之行最滿意的酒店，服務很好，房間也很大，酒店位置有點偏，要提前1小時預訂他們的車可以免費送你到烏布。酒店的食物很好吃，早餐每人茶或者咖啡二選一，果汁和果切二選一，再選一個主食。嘗試了幾種都不錯，之前評價裏誰推薦的鬆餅，反而一般。

Хороший отель в Убуде

We had been served excellent and we enjoyed relaxing after our arrival from Europe. The Spa treatment was great, the rooms well prepared with a beautiful view from the balcony over the rice fields. Very good food and drinks. Special thanks to Pande Oka from front desk and Ulan from the restaurant who had been extremely friendly and helpful, but anyhow everyone from the service team had been nice and kind. So let's speak about the good things.... Hotel staffs is the best, very kind and working nicely, Spa was beautiful and good pricing as well, the Hotel is pretty, full of flower and vegetations. Now for the bad things, room even though it has been renovated, you can see it's old, bed are very hard, it smells humid a lot. But what we have to complain and we did on departure, breakfast was perfect but dinner we ordered a la carte. Price althought not too cheap was not overly expensive neither but the portions were ridiculously small. We complained the 2 evenings we were there, never saw that anywhere in Bali. The smallest soty ayam I have experienced, the salad was so tiny, it could have been barely an apetizer. Sorry, as much as we love the staffs there, we will not return nor recommend the place.

Very beautiful gardens with a neighboring rice field. We loved it! The pool was huge set in the beautiful gardens with statues of elephants and goddesses! So lovely. The staff was friendly, so helpful and welcoming. Waayan the driver was exceptional as driver and guide to Ulun Danu Beratan Temple and the Jatiluwih Rice Terraces. The massage set in the midst of the rice fields was truly relaxing with frogs croaking and birds singing. We used the free shuttle to go to town and were picked up when we went to a late BAli show in the evening. The rooms were good size, super clean with a terrace and view of the gardens. We stayed 6 nights. We highly recommend.

This resort is exceptional value for money. It’s in a great quiet area 20min outside of the hectic and chaotic Ubud. They offer a free shuttle service into Ubud (we didn’t use it) three times a day and also free bicycle rental. We come to this area a lot for short getaway holidays and normally would have to spend a lot more money to get a resort like this. So happy we have found this place. Be aware that you are in a rural setting. So expect the consequent gecko, cikades, rooster and pig noises:) Thoroughly enjoyed our 3 nights here!!

Nice hotel on the outskirts of the city. To get to Ubud you need a taxi for about IDR 100. Unfortunately, the hotel serves very poor breakfasts. they are just not good. The staff doesn't speak much English so it's hard to communicate. we had the best villa in the hotel which was dirty. very poorly cleaned. bathrooms dirty. old towels. the bedding was not changed even though there were geckos living on the ceiling in the room and pooping right on our beds and bedding. Swimming pool was clean and nice.

Enthusiastic staff and service. My family enjoy this trip very much. 5/5 would recommend to everyone who want to stay in Ubud
