This is a great hotel if you need to be close to the airport. Staff are friendly and helpful. You can even hire a scooter from them for the day.
Sound insulation: The noise from the planes flying over head doesn't bother one. However, sound does carry if people talk loudly from other rooms and the reception area.
The room is clean and has beautiful decor. Just something to note: The bathroom is an all in one (shower and toilet).

RRuotuParliamo prima degli aspetti positivi:
1. L'ambiente dell'hotel è molto buono, l'arredamento interno è sobrio e lussuoso e le suite sono molto grandi.
2. Il giardino si estende su una vasta area e presenta diversi alberi da frutto tropicali.
3. Ci sono molte attività genitore-figlio, che sono la prima scelta per le famiglie con bambini.
4. Il mare nella baia di Haitang è davvero bello e la spiaggia è relativamente sottile.
5. Se gli ospiti vogliono andare in spiaggia o in piscina, l'auto del concierge può venirli a prendere e riportarli, il che è molto adatto alle persone pigre come me.
Quindi, parliamo di ciò di cui non sono soddisfatto:
1. Ho prenotato una suite con vista sul mare. Dopo aver effettuato il check-in, ho scoperto che il bagno puzzava sempre come un bagno pubblico. Era un po' come l'odore dello scarico del pavimento, e non un po' ero troppo pigro per cambiare stanze e volevo provare prima. Non è stato possibile risolvere. Ho pulito di nuovo il pavimento e lo scarico e ho scoperto che non aiutava molto.
2. Allo stesso tempo, l'aria condizionata in questa stanza non sembra molto potente e suderai se ti muovi anche solo un po'.
3. Dopo aver contattato prima la governante, non ho aspettato una risposta per 10 minuti. Forse la governante era occupata in quel momento, quindi poteva solo chiamare la reception e darmi un feedback che mi avrebbe spruzzato il purificatore dell'aria. Sono rimasto un po' senza parole. L'odore dello scarico a pavimento era causato dallo spray del deodorante. Si risolve con una sola dose? Ho preso l'iniziativa di chiedere al personale delle pulizie di andare di sopra a controllare. Più tardi, il personale è venuto a dare un'occhiata e ha detto che non c'erano problemi con l'aria condizionata, ma l'odore dello scarico a pavimento non era ancora stato risolto.
Successivamente, ho preso l'iniziativa di andare alla reception per trovare la governante. Dopo che la governante ha trovato il direttore di turno, ha cambiato la mia camera e mi ha spostato in una suite deluxe con vista sul mare. Mi ha anche dato 2 noci di cocco a questo leader.
4. Il tavolino del set Haohai ha degli angoli così taglienti e c'è un bordo di metallo nella parte inferiore. Se non prestassi attenzione, la mia gamba si graffierebbe e si gonfierebbe. - Lovely beach with loungers, sunshades and basic amenities (lemonade, towels, beach toys).
- Awesome night views.
- Amazing open-air aquarium with exotic fish and turtles.
- Great amenities for kids (electric vehicles, train, pedal karts, swimming pool floats and boats).
- Friendly and helpful staff.
- Great location near CDF mall.
- Really good breakfast.
Bad:
- I received a significant electric shock just by touching the front tray of the children’s popcorn machine at breakfast. I immediately informed a member of staff whose response made me feel this was not the first time it had happened. They switched off the popcorn machine and said somebody would fix it. 10mins later we saw the machine was switched on again (the staff member said it was fixed).
- The security chain on the door to our room locked itself from the inside after we left the room, so we could not get in when we got back. Had to wait 15-20min for staff to open the chain from the outside, then had to wait another 30-40min for a repairman to replace the old/faulty chain lock - this took a while because the new hardware did not fit properly and the door could not be closed (it was fixed with some loud hammering). The next day, the door couldn’t close again so I had to again wait for a repairman to fix it (more loud hammering).
- A few times we had no response when calling “instant service” on the phone. The WeChat service was also sometimes slower than we’d expected, especially for urgent questions.
- Tired and worn out exterior and interior decoration (faded/peeling paint, damp patches).
- Wobbly fixings (balcony light, toilet paper holder).
- Confusing A/C controls (two control panels, no indication what each one is for)
- Live music started quite late and was loud - we had to close balcony door to let our child sleep.
- Transparent doors to the shower and toilet cubicles.
- Inconsistent service at breakfast (some days very attentive, some days not so).
- No good value lunch or dinner options. I tried a room service salad which was terrible (it used canned beans, canned corn and canned chickpeas, and processed roast chicken) - surprisingly bad value and quality.
- One evening our taxi was not permitted to enter the hotel grounds due to a special event. We had to walk up the long driveway with our (tired) young daughter….it would have been nice for the hotel to offer their electric buggy shuttle from the main road to the lobby.
- After the trip, I received an email with a link to the bill, but this link took me to a web page which said an online bill was unavailable.

Da quando ho controllato, il signor Arif era incredibilmente utile e attento, e si assicurava che tutte le mie esigenze fossero soddisfatte e andasse oltre e sopra per rendere il mio soggiorno comodo. Il suo professionalismo e la sua gentilezza erano evidente nel corso del mio soggiorno.
Dopo aver controllato, mi sono reso conto di aver dimenticato alcuni oggetti personali della casa, ma mi ha fatto preoccupare, ma il signor Arif mi ha aiutato a trovare i miei beni e mi ha organizzato per essere consegnati al mio indirizzo. Xxinyue9777All'inizio della seconda tappa del nostro viaggio al Bird's Nest Resort, ci siamo trasferiti al Genting Resort e abbiamo alloggiato nella Genting Eagle Full Sea View Villa. La vista sul mare all'interno era invincibile. Era completamente diversa dalla precedente Peacock Tree House La vista dalla Peacock Tree House È più uno scenario di piante verdi di foresta pluviale tropicale. Questa Genting Eagle Villa si affaccia davvero sul mare e ha montagne verdi alle sue spalle.
La camera del Genting Eagle sembra molto più sofisticata, già simile allo stile di una camera matrimoniale di prova. La vasca da bagno in terrazza qui ti permette di fare il bagno guardando il mare. ! La biancheria da letto e i prodotti da bagno sono stati aggiornati. Fai colazione qui o chiamali per venirti a prendere in macchina. Andavamo al Peak Park per giocare e fare colazione. Chiamavamo sempre un'auto che ci venisse a prendere. Dovrebbero avere un centro di spedizione potente, altrimenti noi ospiti dell'alloggio non verremmo mandati dentro e fuori così velocemente.
Nei due giorni successivi siamo andati a nuotare nella scogliera Tianchi. Lo scenario nella scogliera Tianchi era così incomparabile. Ogni pietra e ogni albero erano uno scenario così perfetto che era come un assassino di telefoni cellulari.
L'ultima cosa che voglio dire è che il personale di servizio del resort è molto bravo, il direttore Sun, che mi ha contattato per primo telefonicamente, si è preso cura di me su WeChat chiamata. Lei è sempre molto gentile e disponibile. Anche il personale di servizio del ristorante era eccezionale. La mia mano era bruciata e mi hanno aiutato ad applicare l'unguento per ustioni e se ne sono occupati prontamente. Il personale del servizio in camera ci ha anche fatto bollire l'acqua e ha lasciato un bigliettino caloroso.
Il Paradiso sulla Terra è davvero un paradiso sulla terra. Ritornerò sicuramente per una seconda visita la prossima volta, è così piacevole. !

SSav.amberOcean Sonic Resort è stato un piacere per la nostra vacanza familiare! Dalla nostra arrivo, il personale è andato sopra e oltre per assicurarci che ci fosse un soggiorno meraviglioso. Nimo in particolare è stato incredibilmente utile e attento, assicurandosi che tutte le nostre esigenze siano state soddisfatte.Grazie mille a Nimo per aver fatto del nostro soggiorno una splendida esperienza.
Il resort stesso è fantastico, con incredibili piscine perfette per le famiglie, che hanno avuto feste di schiuma per i bambini ogni giorno, che amavano assolutamente. La spiaggia è solo a pochi passi lungo la strada, offrendo facile accesso al bellissimo oceano.
La nostra camera era spaziosa, comoda e ben attrezzata. Ci sentivamo a casa durante il nostro soggiorno. I luoghi del resort sono bellissimi paesaggi e mantenuti, creando un’atmosfera tranquilla e rilassante.
Le strutture, le attività e il servizio clienti del Ocean Sonic Resort sono di prima qualità. Non potevamo chiedere un miglior posto di vacanza familiare. Sicuramente torneremo in futuro!

MMegan_CohenL'hotel è situato in una zona turistica molto. Molti turisti di lingua russa. C'è un centro commerciale all'hotel e una zona di cucina intorno alla strada, la spiaggia è a pochi passi. La stanza era pulita, veniva con le attrezzature di base, prenderò un'estensione per caricare i dispositivi multipli. L'ascensore è molto lento e se si vuole rilassarsi dalla piscina e trovare un posto dove sedersi è necessario andare presto quando i sedili si prendono rapidamente. La zona di ginnastica ha abbastanza attrezzature per far finire il lavoro. L'iscrizione e l'iscrizione erano molto veloci, non abbiamo avuto problemi. Se non si può parlare cinese, tradurranno. Ci sono stati alcuni turisti rudi. Siate cortesi e rispettosi per i lavoratori e le persone che cercano di aiutare, e cercate di usare la loro lingua tramite un app di traduzione o imparare qualche parola. Vedete il apprezzamento istantaneo e rispetto per il tentativo. Se si va al fronte della pineapple e si cammina a sinistra per circa 5/10min si possono trovare alcuni ristoranti occidentali chiamati il Delfino, Little India e un luogo italiano. Se vuoi caffè prima di mattina c'è una Starbucks sulla stessa strada che si apre alle 7:00. In generale è stato un buon soggiorno per un viaggio d'affari senza problemi.

XXiaoniaofutejiagaL'hotel è molto buono, molto tranquillo, Treasure Hotel, purtroppo il tempo di permanenza è troppo breve, la stanza è grande e piena di fascino, c'è una piscina al piano di sotto, molto vicino alla spiaggia, ci sono molte barriere coralline in il mare Xiaodonghai, si consiglia di andare a Nanhaijiao per prendere il mare.
Svantaggi: la colazione è relativamente semplice e i bambini devono pagare.

AAlexandra May Pickett This has been my third trip to Sanya and I must say this hotel left a lot to be desired. My personal goal for choosing this hotel was A. Trip.com is still using great photos of the place that sold that island retreat to me and B. to have the resort vibe where I would not have to leave the comforts unless it was for a good reason. However on arrival and inspection my husband and I quickly realized we would be seeing a lot more of Yalong Bay than we had planned with almost every meal being eaten at other hotels with much less of an “off season “ vibe. The location is great and accessible to the beach but the hotel boasts pools(more than 1 being important) however on inspection only the kiddie pool and half of the main pool were allowed to be used. The pool in front of the McDonalds was semi drained and cornered off despite staff members cleaning in it as if it were being used. The main pool divided up into 4 areas was also not in full use with the entire right side being forbidden. Many of the other pool like areas that originally had been marked as swimming areas also had signs up saying it was a “landscaping pool - do not enter”. Another unsettling part is the incessant douyin content creators who set up camp at the stairs of the only usable pool to film the general area and talk all day in shifts with no real consequence or idea of privacy.
As for dining the “western style dining” was definitely not catering to westerners unless you count rubbery eggs and dry bacon with a side of rotisserie corn sausage as a “full English” the dining hall itself is in two areas indoor (with broken upholstery and exceptionally dirty flooring) and outside with chairs that resemble public swimming pool seating in the 80s with a dose of tetanus on the legs. The evening dining is also something to be avoided if you have no way of understanding Chinese or do not wish to get food poisoning since meat is kept outside in dishes for you to choose your own BBQ options while no regard for cross contamination or food allergies are applied.
The hotel rooms themselves were the redeeming feature of this hotel with daily cleaning and good views of the mountain and ocean depending on your choice of room when booking. It is also worth noting there is no room service but there are very convenient meituan drop boxes located outside the hotel lobby. Cleaning staff were super friendly and other hotel staff seemed to be divided into “older” and “younger” the younger of the bunch being much more helpful and more recognizable as people working in the hospitality industry.
Other amenities such as the spa (was not occupied and not on offer) and the gym was well equipped however some machines were of the older more unreliable variety and with no working air conditioning you could potentially be working out in a sauna.
On arrival you are offered a complementary coupon for one afternoon tea set, the pictures used for advertising this special offer are unfortunately false advertising. With an odd assortment of savory and sweet cookies and snacks it was anything other than something I would purchase myself.
Our first impression was that the hotel was in an “off season” but on closer examination of hotels in the surrounding area we found other hotels to have daily scheduled activities, full use of amenities and to be run by actual hospitality staff and not by untrained locals like the LAN Sanya - ocean view resort.
Unfortunately this hotel would get a 10/10 would not recommend to foreigners and would not book again from me.

UUtente ospiteQuesta è la nostra prima volta in questo hotel e ci siamo divertiti molto! Il personale è davvero gentile. Apple poteva parlare inglese e lei ha offerto un aggiornamento per la stanza durante il check-in. La vista era sorprendente. Ma Beck ci ha aiutato molto, risolvendo tutte le nostre dubbie o domande, egli era grande per noi per passare un bel tempo. Il colazione dell'hotel è davvero buono, con molte opzioni (noodle, vapore di guangdong, una sala da cucina...). L'hotel ha 4-5 piscina, uno di loro con gli slide. E c'era una spettacolare di schiuma ogni giorno 17-18h. La spiaggia , 5 minuti a piedi era meravigliosa: pulita, quasi vuota. Ciò che ci piaceva era anche tutte le piante intorno all'hotel. Ci sono anche un ristorante hainan e un hotpot Chongqing. guardiamo in attesa di tornare molto presto! Amiamo questo hotel!
